In 10 minutes you can be hiking around Lake Minnewaska or strolling through the quaint town of Stone Ridge. Fine Dining in New Paltz and shopping in Kingston are only 25 minutes away. All that or relax at the house and enjoy the chef's kitchen, vaulted ceilings, hot tub and firepit.

Blue Haven in the Catskills

We built a studio-house on the foundation of an old summer cottage. We did not expand the footprint, but furnished it with select pieces and appliances and gave it contemporary finishes. We also added a screened porch, open deck and stone patio. The woodland and mountain views are lovely, while the location is convenient to Lake Minnewaska State Park and the Mohonk Preserve. Ulster County levies a 4% tax on overnight stays. Payment is made anytime between confirmation and arrival.

Then cook a meal in our well-equipped kitchen or on the grill, and enjoy it on the patio overlooking the property.

Hill Top Country Cottage

One-bedroom country residential cottage on half an acre with a yard and woods in Kerhonkson, NY. On a quiet cul-de-sac atop a hill with a woodland view. 5 Minutes from the rail trail, Minnewaska State Park and Mohonk Preserve. Large yard includes woods and fire pit. The minimum age requirement for booking our cottage is 21 years of age.
