We wanted a weekend trip to relax with our family and Roland’s place was just that. Great things for the kids to do at the house and close enough to St Augustine to go enjoy some of the attractions there. The house was clean and neat, the pool was perfect and we will definitely come back!

Our stay was absolutely perfect! The house was beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location couldn’t have been better—just steps away from the beach, making it so easy to enjoy the ocean any time of day. Eason was an amazing host, incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend!

Awesome place! Super clean and cute. We had everything we needed and then some. Loved that it was such a quick walk to the beach. The beach was quiet and not crowded at all. You do have to go up and over a sand dune with your beach gear, so for someone not as stable on their feet, it might be an issue if you have a wagon, etc. We’re already talking about our next trip back!

What a beautiful place and fantastic location. Walked to downtown St. Augustine. Lili was very friendly and asked us a few times if we needed anything. Very clean and having a pool was an added bonus for us. We took advantage of the porch area and sat outside and just relaxed with the fantastic weather. It honestly was the best, very peaceful and relaxing, just what I was looking for, for my birthday weekend. Highly recommend. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend this rental to family and friends.

Came for a wedding. The home was exactly as the pics showed and it was pristine inside with all the necessities including beach chairs, umbrellas and towels. Perfect location, walkable quaint little area, lots of great recommendations too. Great space, amazing host, Pauline always responded quickly and went above and beyond to accommodate us. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there, just needed another day or two to enjoy the town. Highly recommend.

I could not have asked for a better first experience with an Airbnb. In fact, the Coleman's set the bar so high, any place I stay after this will have some pretty big shoes to fill. (For reference, my sister stayed in a different Airbnb back in November and she had go out and by a simple toaster.) Everything from pen, paper, and scissors, an air pump for the pool floaties, a grill with propane tank, cleaning and cooking supplies, step ladder, extra blankets and pillows... It's like a home away from home. Needless to say, no nightmares here! lol The pool was perfect. The house has decorative notes/reminders all over the house so we never had to guess what to do. The neighborhood was so quiet. We live in Jacksonville, so we don't get to see too many stars. This location was the perfect blend of walmart-10-minutes-away, but also minimal-light-pollution and woke-up-to-birds-chirping-in-the-trees. My kids loved it and want to stay there again.

This by far was the best Airbnb I have rented. The house was adorable and we felt right at home. Everything was super clean, provided more of the small things than any other rental (spices, board games, kids toys, etc.) I have stayed in and the neighborhood was quiet and clean. This was my grandsons first vacation (14 months) and it couldn't have been more perfect. The fence around the pool relieved so much worry for his safety. It was spacious and open for him to run inside and out. There were 5 adults and one toddler and plenty of room! The host was super quick to respond and lovely to work with. The maintenance man came by and was so nice and even the lawn guys apologized for interrupting our day (they totally didnt and they even waved back all 100 times my grandson waved at them). We did not end up walking anywhere because we mostly stayed at the house but it was very convenient to everything. The option to heat the pool was the best $150 spent. Overall, I would recommend 100/10!!

Staying at Matt and Tashas was great. Its a serene home with all the basic amenities you need. Its very clean and centrally located to crescent beach and st augustine downtown. Matt was very communicative and proactive if I needed anything. It was greatly appreciated as I ended up having to do the trip alone instead of with my friend like I originally planned. The sitting area in the backyard was also very private and made for peaceful mornings enjoying the sunshine and birds chirping with a cup of tea. Overall a great stay in a quaint location with a lot of tranquility & convenience.

This place was just as advertised, affordable, and a great place to stay for a nice getaway. We would definitely stay here again!

This place is beautiful 😍 thirty minutes to saint Augustine. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Large kitchen, lots of parking, plenty of beds. Fast wifi and area is super spacious.

Mike is a very nice man . I would like to stay there again . The area is excellent , very nice for exploring and bicycle riding .

Lipsy was a very helpful host! She was quick to assist with everything! The house is located less than 10min from Historic St Augustine so it’s perfect! We had a large group and it fit us perfectly. The 2 kitchens allowed us to store and prep all the food we needed. The backyard was great for kids and the open space allowed us to spread out! If we go back we would stay here 100%!

We had a wonderful time staying at this house. Jessica was super sweet and super friendly and make sure we had everything we needed. 10 out of 10 would recommend and we will absolutely stay there again when we come back in town!

We felt right at home in Matt's place. The house was big and spacious, we absolutely loved the pool on the back porch. Was a perfect setting to grill dinner and enjoy the pool, was very hot outside but the back porch was very shaded and comfortable you could feel the ocean breeze., just perfect!! The ocean access was very close walking distance. The garage was also stocked with all you need for a day at the beach. Coolers, umbrellas, chairs, even beach toys for the kids. The kitchen was also stocked with everything you need to cook a meal for your family. The snacks and bottle of wine that was left for us by Matt was a great surprise and treat after a 6 hour drive. Plenty of restaurants within good driving distance. Plus a circle K at the top of the road. Matt was very responsive to my messages. We would definitely stay at Matt's again in the future. PLEASE READ!! I know the repercussions negative ratings can do for business which is why I rated this 5 star but you should def read this review if traveling with a larger party. We booked this place because myself and another mom were bringing our sons and a few friends down for a concert at the amphitheater. We particularly liked the outdoor space for them. We saw the rule about 10pm being quiet hours and knew we’d be at the concert at 10pm but mainly wanted the outdoor space to enjoy for the afternoon hours after the beach and before leaving out for the concert. Not an hour into being there (6pm) we get a message from the host threatening to kick us out for noise. We had LIGHT music playing and just the voices of some playing ping pong. No one was partying/excessive noise. Point being it seems quiet hours are really for all hours. The rest of the trip we walked on eggshells wondering if we were too loud. Not recommended for large groups or groups with young adults looking to enjoy

We loved everything about our stay! We were traveling with two young kids, and the house had everything we needed and more. Really appreciated the wagon and all the beach toys and extra towels, and how easy it was to walk to the beach. Julie was so responsive to questions, and you can just tell she cares about the comfort of her guests. When we come back to Crescent Beach, we will definitely stay here again!

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in Camilles Haus sehr genossen! Das Haus ist sehr hell und freundlich eingerichtet - von 2 gut ausgestatteten Badezimmern, über Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, Gasgrill, Strandhandtüchern und Gesellschaftsspielen war alles vorhanden. Die Küche ist optimal ausgestattet und die Lage des Hauses ist sehr ruhig. Da wir sehr schönes Wetter hatten, haben wir viel Zeit auf der Terrasse und im Pool verbracht. Dieser ist relativ kalt, das ist von unserer Seite das einzige Manko.

Erin’s spot was great! Would love to stay again, the kids & wifey had tons to do in the house and around the area while I was stuck working during the morning (which was at the amazing desk in the master bedroom)! It was hard keeping the kids out of the water! The beach at the end of the street had tons of shells for the kids to collect & we had just warm enough weather to swim every day & night lol I’m not sure where the toys kept coming from but there is quite a lot of choices for the smaller kids! The beach toys were amazing as well!!

Love the entire home . Just a few folks driving through the neighborhood loudly a night or two. It’s super close to the beach and fun local restaurants ! So much to see and do . Everyone in our family had comfy beds !!! Def agent coming back

We looked for a home in a quiet location right on the beach that allows pets. This beachfront home was perfect for our week long stay. We got up every morning for the absolutely beautiful sunrise, visited with our daughter in Daytona during the day and then returned to be on the beach to look at the stars and even saw 2 rocket launches. The private ramp to the beach is only about 20 steps and your feet are in the sand. The neighbors on the road are friendly too. We easily walked to get coffee, breakfast and pick up a pizza and groceries. The pictures listed are spot on, so what you see is what is there. The home has everything including paper products, spices, and cleaning products. I could tell there was a light smokey smell as another renter mentioned, but nothing that would make us not rent again. Miss the view of the sunrise already!

It was a great place for us. A quiet area. The house was large enough to allow us to not be in each others way. Roman was very helpful throughout the complete process. We plan to book this property again next year.

We had another great vacation at Xue's. We thoroughly enjoyed the beach, and Xue was amazing as always with helping us out with questions and recommendations and such.
