Place is worth the price! Lots of stores that are still open even after 12AM

We are very satisfied at Eladia’s place. It met all our needs from the bathroom portable water heater and a separate room for a washer to wash our clothes. That’s a must. It has 2 bedrooms that accommodated our family. The location is very close to a lot of good restaurants, hospital, grocery store and public transportation. It is also a safe place to walk around even at night time. Eladia is very considerate and thoughtful of our situation due to family emergency. She is also very approachable with the assistance of her caretaker of the place.

The place is nice and spacious. Self check-in was very convenient. We enjoyed the activities that we can do inside (karaoke, ps4, card games, etc) and also took advantage of the public amenities. This is a walking distance from a mall and a food park, everything was easily accesible. Overall this is highly recommended and I would like to go back again.

I had a great time and the amenities were really nice. Our host Ace was really responsive and accommodating. You can have full confidence your stay will be great.

Nestor is friendly and meticulously gave us an orientation of his place. We enjoyed the night market and food trucks in the neighbourhood. Shang and Megamall are within walking distance and big dog friendly. The condo is also big dog friendly which is kinda rare in the neighbourhood. Thank you for letting us stay! We had a good time!

The place is spacious, clean, and very comfortable. I especially loved the balcony—it even had a designated smoking area, which was a nice bonus. The overall atmosphere was peaceful, and everything was well-maintained. Check-in was smooth, and the host was responsive and helpful. I’ll definitely be booking again!

Mark was very responsive, checking in was very smooth and pool access was also easy we just showed our payment. The condo staff were very polite and respectful. The unit was clean I didnt see any bugs or roaches. There were some item of clothing and vicks left at the counter but other than that the place was very clean. The view was also super nice, not blocked by other buildings. We attended the M2M concert and we only had to walk to Araneta. Also a lot of restaurant and cafe options plus there’s 7/11 nearby if you forgot to being a toothbrush 😀. Thank you for making our stay stress-free. Looking forward on our concert and will definitey stay again. 💜

We had a wonderful stay! The place was exactly as described. Clean, cozy, and in a great location. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making check- in and communication smooth and easy. Everything we need was provided and we felt right at home. My family loved the stay, very spacious, WiFi fast, have an space for laundry drying which I saved more from doing laundry outside, AC works good. Emily (caretaker) is very approachable and very friendly, she’s very easy to deal with. we will come back again for sure.

Just as most of the reviews, this place really is a gem in the metro. My friends and I had a wonderful stay, chilling with each other, and the place really entices conversations between its visitors. Located in one of the nicer areas of Metro Manila, this spot is perfect base for exploring the city. Very spacious and air conditioned interior is great for coming back after a long day to relax in.

Booked the place in such a short notice—messaged the host 15 hrs prior to check in time; was pre-approved, then paid the rent an hour before check in time. All with ease and clear communication. The place is just as in the pictures provided. Rooms are big and have their own bathroom with heater. The nipa hut was clean and didn’t need a fan (although it was provided); it was very spacious. The pool has the same height in any area and may be a bit chlorinated but very understandable. Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay. Will recommend this place with no hesitation.

What you see on the photos of the listing is definitely what you'll get. The place is clean and aesthetically pleasing. The owner is easy to talk to. I did not encounter any concerns in my stay. The place is also a few steps away from the mall. Will definitely choose this place again if I need/have to be in the area again.

Unit is the same as the photos. Clean and smell nice. Just a few mins walk to Ayala. Host is also responsive.
