Responsive host, clean unit. Alll we need in our stay are available, though, we did not use their things as we bring our own personal stuffs . Clear instruction , hassle-free check-in . The price is fair, just enough for their services , maintenance cost, and utilities . Definitely, we will book this again.

Overall, we had a wonderful staycation in this lovely abode! Staying on the 17th floor offered a cool ambiance and stunning views, making the experience even more special. The place was cozy, with a clean and simple design that made us feel right at home. We stayed here for a week and this place is awesome, it's modern, clean, quiet and very peaceful. The location is great, few minutes drive to town proper of Santa Maria. Our host was very accommodating and communicates with us throughout our stay. I definitely will stay here again and again. My hat's off to Ramon our host.

Everything you might need is provided, from kitchenware and dining essentials to bathroom supplies. All you have to do is relax and enjoy your stay. Every bedroom, along with the dining and living areas, is air-conditioned for maximum comfort. We also appreciated the complimentary coffee and mamon—such a sweet touch! Kriselda’s place is very cozy and highly functional. All the things you need are already there, including drinking water, you just need to bring your other consumables like food, ice and charcoal for the grill. The pool and room is just of the right size for family of max 12 (with kids). I like that they have water heater in one of the showers that helps relieve kids’ shiver after swimming. Hosts are very responsive. I can’t think of any cons to point out as everything is clean and comfortable.

I have stayed here repeatedly. Like my previous experiences, this time the owner, Glyza, has been very kind with a great reflexibility as had been. She's been responding so fast. The unit itself is likewise good. Thank you so much!

After navigating narrow winding streets to find the place we were pleasantly surprised by the beauty of this AirBNB! It is exactly like the photos and a perfect secluded oasis in the middle of the concrete jungle of Meycauayan. The host was extremely accommodating and responsive, and there are attentive and honest caretakers on the property that will assist with anything from buying groceries, food, as well as laundry. It's important to note that utensils, plates, drinking cups are not included in the booking but still loved it so much that more of our family wants to rebook this place for their own get togethers. Would not hesitate to book again, thank you so much!!

I was honestly worried at first—worried that I might not want to leave! Patrick Jayson’s Airbnb in Timog exceeded all expectations. The location? Almost too convenient. With Tomas Morato just a stone’s throw away, restaurants, ATMs, and convenience stores were practically everywhere, making it dangerously easy to indulge. And the host? Unbelievably accommodating. He let us check in early and check out late, which felt almost too generous. Not to mention, he was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. If you’re looking for a hassle-free and comfortable place in QC, this is definitely the one.

We really liked the ambiance of the place. Having cooking appliances made our stay more convenient, and the nearby restaurants gave us options for when we didn’t feel like cooking. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and plan to come back again in the future.

Very nice resort like condo. Very safe and secure. Pools are amazing. Condo property is well maintained and very clean. Pictures do not do this place justice. As a US citizen I felt very safe in and around the property. I walked by myself on several occasions. Mall across the street and a few restaurants near by.

I am very happy we found this place for our quick staycation with my colleagues! The place is immaculate, aesthetic and complete! The host is very hospitable and always a call away whenever we have some concerns. I am giving a 5 stars to this place because we loved the stay here. We would love to come back here. I love how clean the unit is and the bathrooms are spacious. Everything was well thought of, the kitchen utensils, cleaning stuff and even the trash bags! Ms. Chaselyn is a responsible and very accomodating host. The house is amazingly clean and have a glamorous vibe. We will definitely recommend and book this again.
