The place is by far the best I have stayed at in The Residences. Looked exactly like the pictures, they have a lot of stuff for entertainment, complete kitchen wares, very beautiful home set up including the balcony. The unit is well maintained and the host is extremely responsive. A stress free staycation indeed.

The unit is cozy and clean, though a bit small, it has most of what we need - considering the price, its worth it. The co-hosts are responsive and accomodating of requests, had no problems from check-in to check-out. The free amenities of The Residences such as the pool and gym are amazing. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely want to come back here again some time.

I had an amazing stay. I booked the room at 3am in the morning to check-in around 4pm the same day. They were able to process it immediately and was really responsive and helpful! The pictures from the unit is exactly the same as actual look. It had a great view of the metro!

We rented the unit as a prep area for my wedding, and I’m so glad we chose this place! The host was incredibly generous in accommodating all my requests, making the experience smooth and stress-free. He was very responsive, kind, and approachable the entire time. The unit itself truly lives up to its name — cozy, aesthetic, and very clean. It had everything we needed: fresh bath towels, a refrigerator, a washing machine, a hot shower, and even two TVs — one in the living area and one in the bedroom. We also had a lot of fun with the Xbox and the board games provided. Thanks to the host’s amazing hospitality, he helped make my wedding day even more memorable. Highly recommend this place!

It was nice staying at Aldessa's place. The location of her place is very convenient for pretty much everything that I need. The restaurants, shops and many more makes my stays efficient. The unit is clean, from furniture to linen. the unit comes with everything that I needed to cook my dinner. The living room, bedroom and bathroom are adorned, and styled to make it easier for her guests to use. Overall, the whole place is clean and perfect for a great staycation. Come and see it for yourself.

We stayed here for three nights for a concert in Bulacan since it’s only 30 minutes away from the Philippine Stadium—super convenient! I was with my boyfriend, and he had to work while we were here, so we really appreciated the fast and reliable internet. The place is also close to the mall, which made everything even easier. We cooked our own meals, and the kitchen had everything we needed—complete cookware, so we were able to prepare food comfortably. The host was very accommodating and responded quickly to our messages. We even requested an extension since we were so tired after the concert, and they were very understanding. Thank you for accommodating us! Would definitely recommend this place.

Staying here felt like being at home away from home. The apartment had everything we needed, including kitchen tools, and was incredibly spacious and tidy. We would have loved to extend our stay if we could! The bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning kept us cool despite visiting during very hot days . The place was so huge and very peaceful. Neighbors are very friendly. Jojo the caretaker was extremely friendly and helpful also advice me on how to commute within the areas.
