Stay was comfortable. Host was very responsive 1. arranged water can on request 2. cleaned house when we extended our stay 3. prepared house as given in listing the place 1. peaceful green surroundings 2. we had a car so was easy to get around accessibility there are uneven surfaces and steps in entry so young kids and those with accessibility requirements should consider this when booking.

I stayed at Robert’s house for three days with my parents, and I must say the place is quite spacious and absolutely clean. The kitchen is well-stocked with utensils, and there’s a gas cylinder in case you want to make a simple breakfast or some tea/coffee. Both rooms have air conditioning, which was a big plus. The location is fantastic—just a 2–3 minute walk from Ashwem Beach. There’s a supermarket, coffee shops, a wine shop, and multiple restaurants nearby, including beachside shacks. The beach itself is super clean and peaceful. Mandrem and Morjim beaches are also close by, though having a vehicle makes getting around much easier. Robert is an amazing host. He helped with everything—from receiving us to assisting with booking a self-drive car. He was always available on call whenever we needed anything. Just very helpful overall. Would definitely love to visit again!

Place was very clean and aesthetic. Peaceful neighbourhood. It was exactly as shown in the pictures. Definitely better than hotel stay. Felt like home.

A Perfect Getaway with Stunning Backwaters View I had a wonderful stay at wahiida’s in Goa! The highlight of the place is undoubtedly the beautiful backwaters view, which creates a serene and peaceful atmosphere. It’s the perfect spot to relax and unwind, away from the crowds. The location is also great—just a 10-minute drive to the beach and some lovely cafés. The surroundings are quiet and scenic, making it ideal for anyone looking for a tranquil retreat. The home itself was well-maintained, clean, and had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. Overall, a fantastic experience! We spent a wonderful month in this lovely Riverside property in Talpona . Dharman was a great host, he gave us clear instructions on how to find the property and was there to greet us on arrival and show us around. He lives close by and organised a Scooter rental for us and was available if needed. We had a wonderful meal with Dharman and his family. The house is very comfortable and well equipped. Great bathroom and kitchen, lovely bedroom and very comfortable bed. There is Smart TV with Netflix etc. The Verandah is the real plus, looking out onto the river with comfortable sofas, table and chairs and great lighting. We loved our evenings looking out over a few drinks and a meal. Talpona is a great location, lovely peaceful village with a few local shops for necessities, a handful of bars/restaurants and a great beach. We must mention Ravi who's boat is moored by the house. We did a great river boat trip with him. We love this house and location and will return, highly recommend.

From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the impeccable hygiene, warm hospitality, and top-notch service. The property was spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and had a cozy, welcoming atmosphere that made our trip even more enjoyable. The fresh and delicious breakfast that added to our comfort. A huge shoutout to Masud, the caretaker, who was incredibly attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist us with anything we needed. His service truly made a difference in our stay. Lovely property, the riverside infinity pool and views are very serene and peaceful. The interiors are luxurious and aesthetic. The caretaker was very helpful and friendly, good host team too. Thank you for hosting us. Will definitely visit soon again.

Kabir and Wahida’s place is a gem. Its just by the river and you wake up to every morning to only find it really blissful. Wahida has been really helpful overall. Great place to stay, a must visit and would recommend anybody who’d want to be in Goa.

Place is good in between residential area. peace and calm. perfect for the family stay. Martha is very responsive and she helped us late night for medical emergency by attending herself to the situation.

We had a really wonderful time at Rohini's listing. It is located in a gated complex and has all the amenities to make life easy. One can enjoy the peace and calmness of South goa and have access to the serene beaches nearby. We would definitely look forward to getting back here.

Spent an excellent vacation at this place with my family. Namita is a great host. Even though she does not stay at the location, she is always reachable through phone. It is very easy to communicate with her and resolve an issue in case you are facing any. I'd specially like to thank Kumar(caretaker)who helped us check in even though we reached the place after midnight. Now coming to the property, it boasts an excellent view of the mandovi river from the balcony. But what makes the property unique is its convenient location. It's located at a place which is not too close to the commercial beaches so that you face the continuous clamour of peak hour tourists, also it's not too far and you can reach the popular beaches of North Goa within 10-20 minutes. Moreover, it's equidistant from both the airports and reaching Panjim is just crossing the bridge visible from Balcony. So if you are looking to spend a peaceful holiday in North Goa, definitely consider staying here.

It was good place to stay and i enjoyed lot over there becoz it was near by the callangute beach!

Calm atmosphere to relax looking at the lake that fills and empties with the tides. Wilfred is very responsive and proactive to solve even minor issues. Would love to be back to his place sometimes again.

The location is amazing and friendly staffs. Cabins are clean and has very good view. Sandeep was helpful and catered for all our needs. something which can be improved is, there were lot of insects in the cabin.

Since the listing had no name, we had trouble finding the place. The photos of the property have changed as they are extending. Ahkil then sent somebody to meet us, which was great. Initially, the room we were taken to didn't match the Air B&B listing (the photographs, the space or the sea view) . However, Shabi was quick to rectify the mistake on the listing and we had the loveliest room with sea view, huge bathroom and bath. The room (101) is massive and has a/c, smart tv, balcony with sunbeds. There is currently work to extend the small complex so there was a lot going on and all staff were really nice. I would stay here again, in one of the sea view rooms. Shabi is a great host and couldn't do enough for us, he can also organise moped hire from the resort.
