A Perfect Blend of Charm, Comfort, and Location We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The home is full of historic charm—from the vintage architectural details to the cozy, thoughtfully curated décor, everything felt both timeless and welcoming. It’s clear the hosts put a lot of love into maintaining the character of the place while still offering all the modern comforts. One of our favorite features was the spacious backyard. It felt like our own private oasis, complete with a beautiful pool that was perfect for relaxing afternoons in the sun. Whether we were swimming, lounging, or enjoying coffee on the patio, the outdoor space made the trip feel extra special. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly, and we loved how close it was to downtown. It only took a few minutes to get to great restaurants, shops, and local events. Plus, being within walking distance to the river was a huge bonus—we enjoyed morning strolls and evening walks along the water.

Great place, convenient to the beach and perfect for a big family to stay.

We had a wonderful time with the family at Karolina‘s house and would book it again. Especially the pool and playroom was awesome for our kids. To enjoy beautiful sunsets on Honeymoon Island was a highlight for the complete family and we also enjoyed all the stores and restaurants nearby. Communicating with Karolina worked fantastic and in a very quickly. Our family had a great time at this house and we can recommend this house to any family who is looking for an awesome vacation experience!

Great place, close to clearwater beach

Our home was flooded during hurricane Helene and we were scrambling for a safe place to stay with our family. I found this listing online and experienced a seamless booking and check in experience which was imperative during the chaos. The home is perfect. Clean, peaceful, safe. It has all we need. The beds are SO comfortable!! The owner Lynda has been kind and helpful and caring during this very difficult time. We are so grateful.

If you are looking for peaceful, calm, clean and safe, you want this place. As a woman traveling alone, I felt extremely safe on this property and walked around the property at night with no fear. It is very gated and the front desk crew are incredible. The only fair warning is because of all the steel used to build the building (must withstand hurricanes) your internet is iffy and same goes for your phone service. If those 2 things aren't a concern, I would stay here in a NY minute. The host responded to me immediately and after checking in, I didn't have to contact her because everything went so smoothly.

Better than a hotel because there’s 2 bedrooms. Kitchen and bathroom was fully stocked with amenities. Close to interstate 4 and easy drive to downtown Tampa.

We found Paradise in Brandon to be the ideal arrangement these past four days. It was quiet and peaceful while we enjoyed the hot tub and cooked on the grill. It is close to everything you might be interested in Brandon, mall, theater, restaurants. Great place and responsive host.

Great place to stay! Can’t beat the location (extremely walkable to local restaurants, the pier, etc.). Place itself was super nice, extremely clean, newly renovated, and the hosts were extremely responsive. 10/10 would recommend!

The place was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated providing a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The amenities were top-notch ensuring that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed exploring the area … especially the beaches that were close by. Our grandchildren enjoyed fishing off the dock. We look forward to our next visit to Florida and definitely would stay here again!!!

We LOVED staying at Meryem’s place! It was just adorable, the location was perfect, and she was very friendly. We had a small concern with AC, and she immediately came out to see how she could help and was sweet enough to even give us some recommendations for things to do while we were there! Would definitely stay with Meryem again.

Lori was so accommodating getting us into our second cottage for our second week, for which we are grateful to her and her marvelous cleaning crew. This was our third time and each time in a different cottage, which was equally peaceful, provided space and tranquility inside and outside and as with the other reviews the loveliest hidden gem.

Had a great stay! The home is very clean and in excellent condition. Communication with the host was easy and smooth. The location is perfect—just 4.5 miles from Siesta Key Beach and about an 18-minute drive to downtown. Would definitely recommend!

This was a perfect location for a two family vacation and college tour to University of Tampa. We were under 10 minutes to everything. Also, a nice ride to St Pete. We will be back.

This was not only an incredible house, but Kyle was also an amazing host. He was extremely responsive and genuinely cared about our stay. We can’t stop raving about how lovely this place was—gorgeous views, cozy cabin vibes, peaceful, and private. We’d definitely come back.

Very beautiful, calm, and peaceful house the house was really clean and matched extaclty like the pictures and very clean aswell when we have arrived. An amazing clean pool, and is overall very good choice for when you are staying in the small town of North Port. I 100% recommend, especially the very easy way to get in and good communication from Yosdel 10/10!!!

As always Siesta Key is a paradise! Villa 7 at Crescent Arms is the perfect spot, close to beach and convenient parking. Unit was clean and spacious. Despite SK being in repair/rehab mode everywhere you look, Villa 7 was one of the few ground level units 100% functional. We love Siesta Key and will be back!

VERY spacious. Great entrance with chairs so easily put on and off shoes which was requested. Bathrooms very clean. Master bedroom very spacious. Very nicely stocked for us to enjoy coffee and some snacks the next morning. Close to our extended family near Botanic garden. We were comfortable, beds were nice. Quiet street. Did not end up walking anywhere but close to a great and popular pickleball public park. For the few questions we did have, owners were incredibly friendly and responded quickly. Unusual layout with stairs into different parts of the house. Kitchen sort of off to the side in a nook but we were there for extended family events so not really an issue.

This villa excelled our expectations , and went above and beyond on accommodating our family of three this weekend while we used it as a main hub for our time on Amelia Island. We found that every single thing prior to our arrival was well thought out and prepared for us .All we had to do was show up ! Can’t say enough good things about this property and its highly responsive host ! 10/10 recommend! And we will be back !!

Great stay in Florida! House was clean and Paula and Roberto were very responsive when we had questions! Pool and backyard were amazing. Lots of space in the house for 9 guests too! Thanks for having us!
