Luxury Apart. in the City Center

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Łódź! The location is perfect – just a short walk to great cafes, restaurants, and everything you might need. There’s also a beautiful park nearby, which was a lovely bonus. One of the highlights was the mind-blowing underground parking – super convenient and included with the apartment, so we could just leave the car and enjoy the city stress-free. The building is brand new, and so is the apartment. Everything feels fresh, stylish, and thoughtfully designed. Every detail – from the shelves to the little plants – was carefully chosen. We especially loved the big, bright panoramic windows and the huge balcony, which felt more like a private summer terrace with large glass panels that you can open up. All the furniture is high-quality – nothing cheap or flimsy. It’s clear that the hosts put a lot of love and care into creating this space. Excellent

Piotr was welcoming, responsive, and made everything really easy from check-in to check-out. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described—perfect for what we needed. The kitchen was well stocked, and the apartment really felt like home for us. We stayed in the winter and the apartment was always warm and cosy. There are some reviews that mention a dog barking, we were there for a number of weeks and only heard it a few times so it wasn't an issue for us.

I had a wonderful stay! The place was exactly as described — clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated with great attention to detail. The host was incredibly welcoming and made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. Communication was quick and helpful, and every little thing was thoughtfully arranged to make guests feel at home. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and stylish stay. Thank you for a fantastic experience!

Największym atutem mieszkania były dla nas cicha lokalizacja, miejsce postojowe w garażu i dobrze działająca klimatyzacja. Jednocześnie mieszkanie jest dość blisko autem do ważnych atrakcji w Łodzi. Mieszkanie było dokładnie takie, jak na zdjęciach. Czego nie widać, to fakt że mieszkanie posiada również balkon, aczkolwiek bez miejsc do siedzenia. Klimatyzacja znajduje się tylko w salonie, ale przy otwartej sypialni zimne powietrze do niej również dociera. Łóżko w sypialni bardzo wygodne, ze średniotwardym materacem. Kanapa w salonie średnio wygodna, ale da się na niej wyspać. Mieszkanie posiada rolety, dzięki czemu można je odpowiednio zaciemnić. Rano chłodno, ponieważ słońce wschodzi po drugiej stronie budynku. Można spędzić w tym mieszkaniu miły i bezproblemowy pobyt.

Bardzo duże mieszkanie w znakomitej lokalizacji, niezwykle atrakcyjna cena. Czysto i przytulnie, wszystko zgodne z opisem. Bardzo duże łóżka. Byliśmy zimą i pomimo tego, że mieszkanie jest wysokie, było ciepło i miło. Duży plus za parking. Polecamy to miejsce również dla rodzin z dziećmi (byliśmy z 3 dzieci). Polecamy tego gospodarza, sami na pewno tu wrócimy!

Did not stay at the current place but the team reached out to me asking to move to another of their locations which was amazing. You will always be able to talk to someone on the phone and the team is very supportive. The host and team will always help you so you can feel confident that even if something goes wrong they will be able very accommodating and supportive.

It was a great apartment located at Piotrkowska street. It had all the amenities we needed, it was clean and organized. It was a little hard to Locate the apartment since the entrance is from the backyard and the doors don’t have numbers on them, but with quick phone call we were able to find it.

The apartment was very comfortable and had everything I needed, including a well-equipped kitchen. It was quiet and perfect for relaxing after a busy day. Great location with lots of cafes, shops, and a tram stop nearby for easy city access. The only small issue was the old staircase — beautiful but a bit tricky with luggage. Still, I really enjoyed my stay and would happily return. Clear check-in instructions too!

Bardzo fajne mieszkanie. Dobrze wyposażone. Można zostać na dłużej i poczuć się jak w domu. Polecam spacer w pobliskim parku. Kontakt z właścicielem bardzo dobry.
