Via Waze: search for Boathouse Baywalk (this is the precise location. The beach has fine sand (surprisingly!) and we love it. Worth it to reserve the entire house (5 rooms) if you’re a group of 8-10 pax. :)

My family and I stayed at Ella’s property for 4 days for the holy week and we’re already planning on when we can go back ❤️ If you’re looking to unwind, temporarily detach from city stress, and just connect with nature and your loved ones, THIS is the place to be! Everything was clean, complete, and we had goodnight sleep throughout our stay. My family and the dogs especially enjoyed staying at the beach port and listening to the waves The beach is public accessed so there will be moments that a lot of people will be there but it’s not as congested as other beaches like boracay or batangas. Stock up on food since grab is not accessible but there are nearby stores you can buy from. Would be nice also if the porch has a small gate since we have an instance that a kid went up our porch and said hi. We have dogs so thankfully he was able to run before the dogs got to him. It’s for everybody’ safety 😊

We had an awesome stay at her place. Our room is very spacious, felt very homey, very clean and very friendly staff. Worth the price.

This listing is excellent. Ella prepared everything for our convenience. What we love: Bathroom- super clean ; the water was not salty or muddy Bedroom - spacious as it was ; though we were only 3, still the matresses were under the beds. (Hindi nagdamot si owner) while other property nakooo nakatago na lahat ng extras to ensure sakto ang payment sa booking Kitchen- drinking water and gas (though werent used) was included in the price Patio- best! Only place thus far na nabook ko na TRUE right in front of the beach!

This was a fantastic place to stay! Glenda was always available for anything you needed. Loved being right by the beach! The breakfast was very good, I recommend the French toast. Wish I could have stayed longer, felt right at home!

Our second time here - had a peaceful and restful time as before. Looking forward to the new amenities that are upcoming, especially the pool. Will come back. Staff are always helpful and friendly.

We stayed here with my family during New Year’s Eve, and we had an amazing time! The location is perfect—near the beach and right beside Naro Cafe, where you can relax and enjoy great coffee. Huge kudos to all the staff for being incredibly accommodating! The food is delicious, and the pool is fantastic. Overall, this is an amazing place to unwind and relax. It’s definitely worth the price, and we’ll definitely come back soon! Cons: It’s a bit far from the market, and cooking isn’t allowed, but grilling is an option.

This is by far one of the best airbnb that we got to check in. Super private like we rented the whole hotel for ourselves when we were there Weekdays-Friday). Just couple of steps from the hotel to the beach. You get to see the 1 (one) Island from the 100 islands. Clean room and the complimentary wine and flowers for our honeymoon was very heart melting. Bathroom was clean as well, and they provided the best service beyond our expectations. Not to mention the super sarap na breakfast 🤭 This place is a reco and would love to visit again and again and again 🥰

The place is well maintained and everyone is responsive to our needs. From the owners themselves to the staffs they make it a point that your stay will be comfortable and that your needs are always met and taken cared of. The food are reasonably priced and the taste quality and quantity are worth your money. The only downside is the Local Government unit didn't take care of the beach although Angelica takes care of the cleanliness of the beach front of her place.

We did not have any issues on finding the exact place using google maps. The resort itself is amazing. The food is also good as well as the café beside it. Even though there are also other guests in the resort, we did not feel like we're sharing the same space. All of us still have our privacy. You just need to cross the road to get to the beach which makes it very accessible even though. we went there before sunrise. Will definitely go back!

The place was super clean with well-maintained rooms. We requested for extra mattresses and pillows which they gave without extra costs. The rooms were really cool and comfy. The beachfront location and the swimming pool were perfect for unwinding. We even had bonfire during sunset, and the caretaker helped us grill the meats for dinner. Special mention to the owner who was incredibly kind and accommodating. She graciously allowed us to extend our stay for a few extra hours so we could clean up and pack our belongings without feeling rushed. We totally recommend this spot for anyone looking for a relaxing and pleasant getaway!

Had a great time at this resort! Check in was seamless and the staff helped with our bags when they showed us to our room, which was beautiful. The place was beautiful too! The pool is pretty (although the water was cold), the gazebo, the dining villa, and the view deck were beautiful. Right next is this great underrated cafe/restobar, Inaro, with the most amazing sinigang I’ve ever had. The free breakfast was great too. The staff was helpful and accommodating. Had an amazing time, will definitely come back here. Underrated gem, Lingayen.

The place was lovely. It’s captivating and the pool was nice and the beach is a few steps away from the pool.The rooms and the bathrooms are huge and clean. The design , fixtures and furnitures are perfect.I really love the design and aesthetics. They thought of everything that the guests will look for and ask . We wanted to stay longer .Definitely we’ll come back and recommend the place.

Ate Betty is very kind and friendly...so dont worry about the hospitality...even the dogs will welcome 'u'.. and the place is clean and cozy...with nature surrounding u...every penny is worth what you paid for..and 1000/100 we will visit next time.. soo dont think just go for it and book it... SALAMAT..

Great stay and very accomodating host!

Good stay overall! Friendly hosts and very close to Hundred Islands Park. The only downside is that it's a bit difficult to reach the location because the road is quite narrow, with many vehicles parked outside.

Wir waren auf der Durchreise und haben eine Unterkunft für eine Nacht gesucht. Das Tiny House ist im hinteren Teil eines langen Grundstücks, dass direkt am Strand endet. Es sind also nur wenige Schritte zum Stand, der gut gepflegt und wenig besucht ist. Wir haben ausgedehnte Spaziergänge am Strand gemacht. Es lohnt sich vor Sonnenaufgang oder zum Sonnenuntergang an den Strand zu gehen. Das Tiny House hat eine kleine Dachterrasse. Man kann hier seine Kaffee am Morgen oder das Bier am Abend genießen. Es gibt eine Klimaanlage, die den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm macht. Wir konnten ebenfalls den kleinen Pool nutzen. Er bietet eine willkommene Erfrischung. Die kleine Küche ist mit grundlegenden Dingen ausgestattet. Es gibt keine Möglichkeit zu kochen, was aber aufgrund der Größe auch nicht sinnvoll ist. Wenn man mit dem Bus unterwegs ist, dann kann das Zentrum von Dagupan in ca. 10 bis 15. Minuten mit einem Tricycle erreicht werden. Wir haben uns die Unterkunft von Betty als Favorit markiert.

great place, peaceful, amazing friendly host, will definitely be back, the room is really big and nice fresh air, the neighborhood is perfect to relax and rest in peace. i enjoy going to the beach everyday at sunset time, it is super peaceful!!!

Very near the jump off for hundred islands

This is our second time booking this place, and the view and ambiance never fail to amaze us. It feels like having a private beach because there are hardly any other people around. It can get really hot at noon, which is understandable since it's summer, but overall, the place is worth the visit. Ma'am Alona and the caretaker Richard are very approachable. Thanks again for having us!
