Not only was the unit spotlessly clean, well-appointed and incredibly comfortable (bed, couch, recliner) but the view was seriously spectacular. We enjoyed the king tides, rain or shine. There are always interesting things to do in Lincoln City/Depot Bay/Newport when the tide is high but otherwise, we were out hunting for agates. Amazing mini-vacation!

The huge windows and scenery looking out over the ocean is spectacular. The porch with a camp Fire is a huge bonus.

This place is walking distance to the beach and restaurants that are open late. After a full day walking the beaches and climbing over tide pools, the hot tub is exactly what was needed to refresh your body for the next day. The place is perfect.

Ken was an excellent host. They responded within minutes. The place exceeded our expectations. Everything was pristine and very clean. If we make it back to Depot Bay we will be sure to stay again!

What a beautiful little place! Wonderful view of the ocean from the comfort of the Condo or a short walk and you're on the sand. Couldn't ask for much more. Warren was a great host, and I would recommend his place to anyone wanting a beach front rental. The hot tub in the unit was a big hit with my group and we would definitely like to return soon...

This house is wonderful for families with kids of all ages. The arcade and hot tub were a huge hit with Grandkids! There is an ocean view from the entire middle floor, so peaceful and relaxing. Everyone agreed that the beds were very comfortable. Just a couple of blocks away are 2 small bakeries and several assorted gift shops, easy to walk to from the house. The home was very clean. It also had many games and children’s books available. Coffee was provided, nice to have that. Jessica was responsive and easy to communicate with :)

If you love the Newport Bayfront, this place is exceptional...just a quick walk and you're there! The place is exceptionally clean, and well-provided. Plus, Paula is a one-of-a-kind host. She's very responsive, friendly, and helpful! I highly recommend this spot.

We had a fantastic stay! The house had plenty of space for our big group, with lots of rooms and comfortable beds for everyone. Everything was super clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed. The view of the ocean was absolutely beautiful. Would definitely stay here again!

We stayed here as a memory trip for my son and husband. Being right on the beach, hearing the waves and having our own way down to walk on the beach made it perfect. The house was wonderful, everyone had their own rooms, open floor plan to have meals and game nights where everyone can be involved. Between Lincoln City and Depot Bay made going either way easily and quickly we had a variety of restaurants and stores to visit. We got to meet Stephanie who was amazing and so incredibly sweet!! Will remember this place for some time to come and if we get a chance to do it again will definitely be using this rental!!

The home was comfy, cute, and clean-- a great place for us to stay the night in Lincoln City! Excellent hosts, communicated early and throughout to make sure things went well for us, and even let us know when the house was clean and ready for an earlier check in as we were in town early, that was great! Neighborhood was quiet and the hot tub was lovely!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this place! The location alone was outstanding. The house was so well thought out, it had everything you could have needed or wanted. It was very clean and very cozy! I will definitely be staying here again!

Beautiful home and perfect set-up with living on all 3 levels. Made everyone feel comfortable with their own private area to relax. We easily walked to the beach with young children everyday. Great location, easy walk to beach with beach supplies included, several delicious restaurants easily accessible. The inside was very unique, trendy and comfortable. Highly recommend and will be back!

Loved our stay! Great location right on the beach- you can’t beat that view!! Very clean and had everything we needed. Loved that there was a crib and extra baby/toddler items, that isn’t the case everywhere and makes life easier. Very clean and close to cute little shops and coffee. Will definitely book again.

We really enjoyed this quiet Nye Beach condo. It was clean and well equipped in all areas. Excellent communication with the host and a view that can't be beat. It is just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, coffee shops and other Nye Beach shops. We look forward to coming back.

Beautiful view! Wonderful to be able to walk right down to the beach. Traveling with a toddler, so hugely appreciated the little things like coffee, sand toys, and books. Highly recommend! Would absolutely stay here again next time we're in Newport.

Again, we had a perfect mini-vacay! I love this little-slice-of-heaven condo! We walked everywhere. The food court was great, the weather was typical beach weather...but who cares, we had a blast. The beds are VERY comfortable. The view of the estuary & beach are peaceful. I love the easy beach access, too. Great hosts; they respond quickly and are very accommodating. We will be back soon, that's for sure!

It was a wonderful place to be lazy or go for a walk on the beach. The ocean sound and view is soothing. There is plenty of room to entertain and work. The grounds are well kept. It’s an easy walk to a fantastic breakfast spot Otis.
