We found the apartment extremely pleasant and homely within the walking distance to the strict center of the city. It was spotlessly cleat with all the amenities that we could wish for away from home.

We were very pleased with the apartment, everything was so lovely. You can tell they put effort thinking of the little details, Nothing was missing. The view from the apartment was beautiful, the check in was nice and easy.

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Julia ist sehr verlässlich, freundlich und jederzeit erreichbar. Self check- in, check- out funktioniert super! Danke schön! Beim nächsten Mal buchen wir wieder bei Julia:)

The place was very spacious and it was located very centrally which made it super easy to get to places. We were provided with everything that we needed for our long term stay (1 month). Christoph himself was very responsive and always available if we needed anything. Can definitely recommend this place!

Hochkar kayak merkezine oldukça yakın ve şirin bir kasabada yer alan bu eve bayıldık. 4 kişi geldik ve ev tam donanımlıydı. Kesinlikle harikaydı.

We stayed for a few days in Martin's apartement and it was perfect. The location is near the center with a great public transport connection. In front of the house you have a supermarket and an delicious italian restaurant. the apartement was clean and warm with a lot of space for our family of three

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in der neu modernisierten, hellen Wohnung. Der Dachbalkon, klein aber fein, war ein Highlight. Die Lage ist perfekt und die Wohnung war die beste, die wir bisher in Graz gemietet haben.

I want to thank Stephanie for her being so responsive and available during our stay. The space is quaint and walking distance to grocery stores, the center, farmers markets, restaurants. … also easy access to public transportation. We highly recommend and would stay again.

Wir haben hier 6 wunderbar entspannte und schöne Tage verbracht und das Haus mit Garten in vollen Zügen genossen! Die private Sauna ist ein echtes Highlight, genauso wie die gemütliche Fensterbank von der aus wir gerne die Sonnenuntergänge beobachtet haben. Wer einen ruhigen erholsamen Rückzugsort mit toller Umgebung sucht ist hier genau richtig. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Das Haus und die Umgebung sind sehr schön. Man hat alles was man braucht und vor allem Ruhe. Die Kommunikation mit Martin verlief problemlos. Wir hatten ein schönes und entspanntes Wochenende zu dritt mit Freunden. Hätten auch locker noch ein paar Tage länger ausgehalten.

Vielen Dank! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. :) Die Unterkunft ist sehr ansprechend eingerichtet, wir wurden im Vorfeld mit allen Infos versorgt, die wir brauchten. Die Gastgeber waren gut erreichbar und haben und mit wifi usw schnell weitergeholfen.

Super geräumiges Haus, wir hatten zu neunt wunderbar Platz, großer Parkplatz und ein komplett eingezäuntes Grundstück, da konnten wir ohne Bedenken den Hund laufen lassen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in Hanni's Farbscheune. Die Unterkunft war genau wie beschrieben - ruhig & perfekt zum Entspannen. Hanni war immer erreichbar & vor allem der kostenfreie Radverleih hat uns sehr erfreut, da wir somit einfach & schnell die Stadt erkunden konnten. Bei Fragen war Hanni immer erreichbar & auch sonst haben wir uns immer nett mit ihr und ihrer Familie unterhalten. Wir kommen gerne wieder!!

Super Kommunikation und tolle Wohnung

Appartement was klein, maar groot genoeg voor 2 personen. Het was zeer proper en in een mooie omgeving gelegen. Ook genoeg wandelplaatsen die in een korte afstand bereikbaar zijn met de auto. De buurman die ons opving was ook heel vriendelijk en heeft ons op een fijne manier welkom geheten. De communicatie met Gabor verliep ook vlot.

The Place was clean and looked like the pictures, the check in was easy and the hosts responded quickly. The interior was Very pleasant and their were yoga mats and board games provided. Perfect for short trips. 😊

Love the spacious flat. Beautifully decorated and just right for my wife and three daughters. We loved the space as a jump off point for adventures and really appreciated that there was enough room to chill, relax and feel at home too. Perfect location, big awesome TV (we watched a movie). The host is great, friendly and responsive.

Ich war zum ersten mal bei Martin und es hat absolut alles gepasst. Das Zimmer ist so wie auf den Fotos, klein aber für 1 Person absolut ausreichend. Die Lage könnte nicht besser sein. Für mich das Schönste aber war der Garten. Die Pflanzen wachsen wild, es ist nicht feinsäuberlich aufgeräumt aber nach einem Stadtbummel super zum Entspannen und Erden. Ich komme von Herzen gerne wieder.

Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Genau die richtige Wohnung nach einem anstrengenden Tag am Red Bull Ring. Sehr schön waren die „kleinen, leckeren Aufmerksamkeiten“ vom Gastgeber Danke❣️

Die Unterkunft von Milena lässt keine Wünsche offen. Das Apartment ist geräumig, Küche, Bad und Wohnbereich sind sehr gut ausgestattet. Durch die Hinterhoflage war es trotz der Nähe zum Zentrum sehr ruhig. Man findet in der nahen Umgebung leicht einen Parkplatz, den man von 20:00 bis 9:00 kostenlos nutzen kann. Sehenswürdigkeiten, gute Restaurants und Ausgehmöglichkeiten sind ja in Graz reichlich vorhanden. Milena ist sehr sympathisch und jederzeit für Information erreichbar. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Sehr empfehlenswert!

This apartment was a wonderful place to return to each evening while I was taking a course nearby. I stayed about 2 weeks. Endless hot water and a great bath, a pretty well equipped kitchen for cooking, a bicycle, (no helmet provided), excellent heating and lots of space. A little dark inside being on the ground floor, but this didn’t bother me as I was out for most of the day at course. Close to the Augarten (park) and river, and old city. Lots of little touches that I appreciated: candles, umbrella, shoe horn, and flexible with check out time. Hosts were very responsive and accommodating. Thankyou for a comfortable and great stay. Highly recommended
