Great Place!! First thing my 5-yr old daughter said after entering the unit is that she wanted to relax instead of going swimming. At other staycation she would usually go change to her bathing suit straight away upon arriving 🥰 Thank you Ms. Glenda!!

Homee Philippines was an excellent location for me and my girlfriend. 7 - 10 minute walk to the Greenbelt/Landmark area where you can find an array of different upscale outdoor restaurants, bars, and fine clothing. Overall, the apartment is very modern, with TV’s in both bedroom and living room, clean and a fabulous view of the city :)

短期間の滞在に必要なものは揃っていて、快適に過ごせました。 しかし、新しく購入されたものなのか、乾燥機の電源が繋がっておらず、設置場所がコンセントから離れていた為、重い乾燥機を移動させて使用するしか方法がなく不便だった。 キッチンも小さめなので、長期間滞在で料理する場合は少し不便かも知れない。 短期間の滞在の際は、また利用したいと思います。ありがとう。

We had a wonderful stay! The place was spotless, well-equipped, and exactly as described in the listing. The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating, making the check-in and check-out process seamless. It’s a perfect spot for a barkada getaway—spacious, comfortable, and convenient. Ann was incredibly accommodating and very responsive host. By giving me all the information few days ahead , She made it so easy for us to check in. We had a wonderful time staying in Ann’s Place. A very comfortable and peaceful house. The rooms are spacious and cozy, equipped with air conditioning units. Bath towels, extra blankets, pillows and bedsheets are also available and well arranged in the closet and drawers. Really appreciate that Drinking water were provided and promptly delivered when low of supply. Love the amenities that were provided for us from toothbrushes to soap, shampoo and conditioner. Though there was a little problem with the plumbing in the bathroom, Ann was quick to respond and send a plumber to fix the problem. Will be staying again in Ann’s Place when I visit Laguna again. Thank you Ann for being a super host!

The entire experience was great. The place was even better than how it looked in the pictures and amenities including kitchen utensils are complete. The host was also very nice and responsive. They even allowed us to stay 30 mins longer to make sure tha everything is settled before we go. It would be better if the staffs would properly introduce themselves before getting inside the premise and taking pictures, medyo nakakagulat kasi pag bigla na lang may papasok na di kilala. We also had issues with caterpillars, although we understand that even the staffs are not sure where they are coming from, it would be best for this to be addressed as soon as possible as our children had rashes after spending time outside and in the pool and the only reason we can think of are the caterpillars(higad) all over the place.

Had a great time staying on this place. Very responsive host and they make you feel comfortable by asking what I need. They ate very accomodating.

This is our second time staying at Eugene's place, and once again, it exceeded our expectations! It's truly one of the best locations to disconnect from the hustle and bustle of city life and reconnect with nature. The surroundings are peaceful and rejuvenating, and we were lucky enough to experience some rain during our stay, which added a magical, almost folklore-like vibe to the entire setting. Always a 5-star stay for us! We hope the place continues to be maintained as it's the perfect getaway for nature lovers. We'll definitely be back again!

We had a great family getaway at Victoria’s beach house! The kids loved the pool, and we all enjoyed the beach just a short walk away. The place was clean, spacious, and close to markets. Victoria was very accommodating. Highly recommended!

We had a pax count changes in the last minute before we check in. Some of us cancelled. April refunded us what I paid for extra pax. She was very easy to deal with, I honestly thought that I cannot have that refunded but I tried and she returned it without any hesitations. We appreciate that. Thanks so much.

The location is convenient, making it easy to get to and from the airport, which was a huge plus for us. The condo itself is well-kept and comfortable, offering all the amenities I needed for a short stay. The area can be a bit noisy at times due to its proximity to the airport.

Owners are responsive. Clear instructions. Place is clean and you can see the sunrise from the glass door. Easy access place.

Unit is the same as the photos. Clean and smell nice. Just a few mins walk to Ayala. Host is also responsive.
