LOVED this home! Was perfect for our little girls getaway trip! Very modern and updated. The pool and outdoor showers were the best part! The only odd thing was the placement of some of the light switches but literally the only thing that we found ourselves questioning and it became a game LOL. The beds were even super comfy!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with my family, as the location offered proximity to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. The presence of a police station and fire department directly across from our accommodations ensured our safety and security. The kids had a great time using the pool and pool table. The place was clean and spacious. Highly recommended.

Place is the perfect size for a bigger group with a good amount of beds and the big living room couch. The private pool was a nice addition as well and a huge backyard. Good walking distance to the beach.

Karen gave my family and I such a wonderful and stress free vacation from the moment we booked and beyond! She was very kind and reached out personally mutiple times to not only check on us but to even help excite us for the vacation. Her response time was immaculate! The house was also just like the pictures and we enjoyed all the amenities! What a deal for all the fun things to do under one roof! Even us older "kids" found ourselves on the trampoline and shooting hoops by the pool! The massage in the jacuzzi was the perfect ending to every night! It was a trip we will never forget and I can't wait to do it again! Thank you Karen!

I absolutely loved this house! Meredith went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Her recommendations were great, we followed those the whole trip and they did not steer us wrong. The layout of the house was perfect for our family. It was exceptionally clean and comfortable.

This was a cozy home in a great neighborhood. Very walkable with a pool almost across from the house. The beach is a 10 minute walk or a short bike ride. Beach was incredible. Clean bathrooms and facilities. The house is spacious and clean. The 30A area is a true gem. This home is a great location to explore it all. I stayed an entire month and looking forward to returning next year.

This house had plenty of room for the whole family, was beautiful and private. I would recommend this rental to anyone that needed the extra room. The house having a kitchenette and additional living room on the second floor was very helpful. We would love to return sometime.

Our family including two children enjoyed a great week at the bungalow. The house is in a great location, a quick walk to the gorgeous (and non-crowded) beach, a manageable walk to Alys or longer one to Rosemary for restraints and shopping. We loved all the extras like the ping pong table, outdoor games, and bikes. The pool got great sun if desired most of the day and wa sa good size for us to cool off. Aimee was very helpful and proactive in offering recommendations and trying to be extra accommodating. Would stay again!

This is our 2nd stay at Kiersten's place. We love the house and the neighborhood. Kiersten is a very responsive host. It is convenient to many stores, restaurants and the beach. Of course, Thomas' Donuts is a MUST and it is an easy ride on the golf cart.

House was better than described…I have stayed at many Airbnb’s and this hike was by far the best value…We will be returning. Great house, great location. We loved our stay!!!

Our stay with Crotty & Co. in PCB was absolutely perfect! The house was quaint and beautifully decorated, and its location was perfect. It was private and peaceful, yet not too far of a drive to downtown. It was a very short walk to the public beach access 95, and a 2 minute drive to Publix. Camp Helen was 5 minutes away. Conservation Park was 10 minutes away. My kids absolutely loved the private pool with the lights at night! Bayou Bills Crab House is right down the road and was excellent. We had an amazing stay!

The house and location were just as described! The beach was within walking distance. We paid extra for the pool to be heated and that was wonderful! Overall, the house was beautiful and we had a great trip!

I can’t speak highly enough of this house and the hosts. The pictures are what you get, and it’s beautiful. Fully equipped with what you need, clean and so much space. Plenty of amenities. Personally I liked staying a little out of Seaside, but still close enough to walk to the main center. The beach across the street is amazing. Would absolutely stay again!

Perfect home for a perfect vacation. My family of 4 absolutely enjoyed our stay at this house. Not only is this a perfect location, the proximity to the beach, great restaurants and an amazing community pool, the home had everything you would need for the beach: chairs, umbrellas and a golf cart! I highly recommend this home and will definitely stay here again.

We spent the month of March at Joe’s place and had a wonderful stay. We loved everything about the house and location. There are many good restaurants and lots of good golf courses very near by. The golf cart was a great benefit to have even though the beach access is only a 5 minute walk. Joe was always very responsive and great at checking in to see if we were enjoying our stay. Joe’s place is very clean and he has a very well stocked kitchen with every utensil and pots and pans and dishes that you would need. Our 4 grand children spent a week with us and they loved the bunk beds and the basketball hoop and all the beach toys. It’s a beautiful area and plenty to do near by. We very highly recommend staying at Joe’s place and we will definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was spotless and well-maintained, making us feel comfortable from the moment we walked in. Chuck was incredibly responsive and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our visit. The neighborhood was quiet, peaceful, and perfect for relaxing and recharging after visiting the beach. Kelly and Sandy’s place was great! It’s just a few minutes from the beach. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The house is just like the pictures. Lots of things to do in the area. They were quick to respond with any questions we had. They also live close by, so if you need them, they’re just minutes away to help! Overall, it was a great place. I highly recommend. And will definitely come back!

Sunny Beaches is a wonderful beach vacation home in an upscale location. typical Florida Beach front community. lots of activity, dining, and entertainment close by. also plenty to do around the greater ft. Walton/Destin Metro area. we had a very nice time. the only real issues we had was the confusion regarding the use of the beach and the beach access. the private owners on either side of the public access have hired a manager who seems to think he knows the law better than what the city has posted on line. regardless, there is plenty of access to the amazing Gulf. thank you Hayley for providing such a wonderful beach vacation home.

Dodie was amazing. Answering any questions about we had. The house had everything we need. It was an amazing stay.
