Renta de alojamientos vacacionales frente al agua en La Barceloneta, Ciutat Vella

Ev anlatıldığı gibiydi.. 2 aile kolayca sığdık.. Manzarasına bayıldık. Şehrin biraz dışında kalıyor ama metro durağı evin hemen yanında olduğu için sorun yaşamadık.

I loved staying at Gustavo's place! Having the terrace was a dream - I spent more time outside than inside which is just what I was hoping to do :) Gustavo was a delightful, communicative host and Poblenou was a nice, livable area that was easily accessible to the city center and beach.

Susanna and Alvaro are wonderful hosts. Extremely good communication and excellent recommendations. The selection of food and drinks was very much appreciated as we arrived in the evening. The apartment had everything we needed and was well located for the train into the city. We also visited Montserrat and Sitges by car - plenty of free parking spaces around the apartment block. We particularly enjoyed the sea view, comfy beds and the hammock on the balcony. Overall a great stay in a beautiful city.

Am petrecut un sejur minunat în Saint Adrià de Besòs, iar cazarea oferită de Alex a fost absolut perfectă – ne-am simțit ca acasă, departe de casă. Totul a fost extrem de curat și bine îngrijit, cu o atenție deosebită la detalii. Terasa este uriașă și ideală pentru momente de relaxare după o zi prin Barcelona. Locația este excelentă – foarte aproape de oraș, dar suficient de liniștită pentru a te bucura de odihnă. În zonă sunt restaurante bune (Lin are niște noodles delicioși!), o piață aproape, și tot ce ai nevoie la doar câțiva pași: magazine, cafenele, totul la îndemână. Alex a fost o gazdă extraordinară – foarte prietenos, comunicativ și atent, mereu gata să ajute cu orice am avut nevoie. Mulțumim pentru ospitalitate, cu siguranță vom reveni cu drag!

We’d like to extend a big thank you to Carmen and Alex for being such amazing hosts. They truly went above and beyond to answer our questions and ensure our stay was as enjoyable as possible. The apartment itself was beautifully decorated (we loved the seaside theme!), very clean, and incredibly comfortable—a perfect place to relax. The views of the marina and beach were stunning. We’d absolutely recommend this place to families or groups of friends. Everything you could need was provided, from a dishwasher and a cute little laundry room to a handy coffee machine. We’d love to come back—10/10!😊

Eva fue una anfitriona magnífica desde el primer momento. Desde nuestra llegada, nos recibió con una calidez y atención que hicieron que nos sintiéramos bienvenidos al instante. El departamento es ideal para ir con niños, y Eva no solo se aseguró de que estuviera impecable, sino que además estaba increíblemente preparado con detalles pensados para nuestras pequeñas. Siempre estuvo atenta y disponible para ayudarnos con cualquier consulta, grande o pequeña, y nos proporcionó recomendaciones locales excepcionales que hicieron nuestra estancia aún más especial. Desde sugerencias para cenar hasta actividades familiares, cada una de sus recomendaciones fue un acierto, y gracias a ella descubrimos lugares únicos de la zona. Su compromiso y dedicación se reflejaron en cada aspecto de nuestra experiencia, logrando que nos sintiéramos como en casa en todo momento.

really lovely apartment. Juan made iur stay extra special and was very accommodating. had a very pleasant experience. Juan was always on hand to help with anything we needed and was quick with his communication. i would definitely use this place again in the near future. beach was a short walk from us

A place you don’t want to leave, quiet and save, restaurant along the beach is value for money and with good food.

David was an excellent host and very helpful. He went above and beyond helping us with recommendations and suggestions. The house was very clean and the garden has several seating areas and a nice swimming pool. Garden good for both us and our small dog. It is very peaceful and 5-10 minute walk to a walk/cycle track along the beach which we did many times. The town has everything you need, is not overly touristy and we shopped there most days. The local port has several restaurants. We were there for 4 weeks and had a really excellent time. We would thoroughly recommend David's house.

It was one of my favorite places, it was very beautiful and clean and had all the amenities. It can easily host 2 families with 7 to 8 people. The hosts were very friendly and provide all the information upfront. Easy check in, we had informed them about out check in time and they were there before we arrived. The view from the terrace is very nice, you can have your early morning coffee looking at the sunrise. Unfortunately due to the rain and cooler weather we couldn't use the swimming pool. There is an ALDI near by to buy stuffs and it is 25 mins to city center by car. All in all a good value for money for 2 families. There are Garbage bins just near the house so that you can throw away your trash. It was a beautiful experience. we would love to go back again.

Magnifique ancienne maison de famille que l'on investit facilement. Vaste et chaleureuse, son emplacement proche de Barcelone en train permet des visites quotidiennes. Son jardin et ses terrassses permettent de profiter du climat clément. Il est aisé de communiquer avec Sergi. L'accueil assuré par une de ses amies, Paula, a été bien agréable.

Wir haben einzigartige 4 Wochen in Idoias wunderschönem Haus verbracht. Obwohl im Februar/März das Wetter nicht immer mitgespielt hat, haben wir den Garten und die schönen Ausflüge in die Umgebung in vollen Zügen genießen können. Das Haus hat alles geboten, was wir benötigt haben, so dass wir uns nach kurzer Zeit wie zu Hause gefühlt haben. Idoia war immer ansprechbar und stand uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite.

Sonia and Helena were absolutely top rate hosts, offering assistance, answering any and all questions, no matter how seemingly ridiculous, they were kind, patient and very accommodating. As for this property, it was magical with old world charm but very well kept, very clean, well renovated without compromising the beauty. The location is optimal, smack dab in the middle of a tiny, gorgeous town, right across from the beach and literally a stone's throw away from metro, groceries, food, a few clothing stores etc. We LOVED this more than I can type. Thank you ladies! All the best!

Silvia ist eine wundervolle Gastgeberin. Wir durften unsere Koffer schon ab 11:00 Uhr unterstellen, weil wir sehr früh in Barcelona angereist sind. Die Begrüssung durch Silvia war so herzlich, dass sich meine Eltern und ich gleich willkommen gefühlt haben. Sie hat Wasser, Cola und Kaffee bereit gestellt und das Beste, sogar eine Flasche Weisswein. Silvia ist sehr aufmerksam und höflich, immer erreichbar, fragt nach, ob alles in Ordnung ist oder man noch etwas benötigt. Toll! Die Wohnung ist ein absolutes Idyll, man merkt Silvia die Liebe zum Detail an. Wir waren 10 Tage zu Gast und haben immer wieder neue liebevolle Details entdeckt. Das absolute Highlight der Wohnung war für uns der wunderschöne Patio mit unzähligen Pflanzen und Blumen. Hier haben wir auch jeden Morgen ausgiebig gefrühstückt und abends unseren Wein genossen. Mehrere Supermärkte sind gleich um die Ecke. Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig im Stadtteil Gràcia, zur Metro sind es 7 Min. Danke liebe Silvia. Wir kommen wieder!

If you come to Castelldefels we definitely recommend staying in Sergi’s apartment. It’s in a very quiet neighbourhood and very close to the beach and possible hiking routes. Our one year old son also had a great time (especially in the big garden area). Everything was easy and would always come again.

Wir hatten wunderbare Tage in der Unterkunft von Nelly und Aitana. Nelly hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und alles gezeigt. Die Wohnung war sauber und es hatte alles was man braucht. Der Strand war wunderschön und ein paar Meter von der Wohnung entfernt. Die Bushaltestelle ca. 4 Min. entfernt, mit diesem konnte man direkt in die Stadt fahren. Bis zum Plaza Catalunya waren es je nach Verkehr zwischen 45 und 60 Minuten. Für uns als Familie mit drei Kindern war dies eine gute Mischung zwischen Stadt und Strand. Vielen Dank Nelly und Aitana🙏🏼☺️

What a wonderful place. The accomodation is very well equipped in a beautiful area. The nearby beach is lovely with some great bars & restaurants in walking distance. The supermarket across the road is brilliant, with everything you might need. Also it is easy to get to the city on the bus. The hosts were very accomodating meeting us from a late flight, providing local information and providing bikes for us to use. It was a great place to stay and we would highly recommend it.

Our family of four had a wonderful stay at Luis’ place. Perfectly located close to plenty of cafes and restaurants, Avenue Diagonal for a variety of shopping options, and within walking distance of some local attractions. The accommodation is spacious, well maintained and had all the essentials needed for our stay. Luis is a gracious host and was there to receive us, and ensured we had what we needed for our stay. We would gladly stay here again if we visited Barcelona!

Al & Milla place in just the ideal place to stay in Barcelona if you're on a bit of a budget. It's got everything you really need for a few days. From the very first contact through to checking out everything was just perfect. Al's communication was spot on. Repsonding quickly to any question we had and gave us some very good tips about making out trip memorable. The apartment is literally 6 minutes away from the train and tram stops which take you into the heart of the city. You can be there in 15 minutes by train. There's a HUGE supermarket just a few minutes away and there a a few bars on your doorstep, all very good. The terrace was a great place to unwind with a drink after a long day of exploring. The apartment maybe compact but it's got everything you need. It's on the top floor (3rd/4th) but there is a 3 person lift available. The neighbourhood is quiet and pleasant. The local beach was closed for maintenance but there's Playa de Bogatell and Platja de la Mar Bella nearby.

Yolanda et Alberto sont des hôtes très accueillants. Ils étaient présents à notre arrivée. Nous avons reçu un accueil très chaleureux. Un grand merci à eux pour les explications claires sur l'appartement et tous les bons conseils avec des guides détaillés. L'appartement est facile d'accès. Yolanda avait prévu des petites attentions. Tout était propre. Nous n'avons manqué de rien. Le métro est accessible à pied à quelques minutes et la ligne est directe vers le centre de Barcelone. Nous recommandons fortement cet appartement, nous y avons passé un très bon moment.
