Beautiful villa on a really quiet beach. It's on the edge of a resort of villas so you're fairly undisturbed, and the white sand beach is always nearly empty. Sunsets are beautiful. Communication is great, both before and when you get there for booking taxis etc, and there's daily cleaning. There are a couple of local restaurants that are walkable, and one on the resort itself, but it's a 15 minute trip to the nearest town so you'll either use taxis (500 baht each way) or need to book a car or a scooter. Two of the bedrooms are upstairs with an outside staircase so might not suit every family. The downstairs shower has a strange tap so ask for instructions if you want hot water!

Hilfsbereit, zuvorkommend, bei Fragen sofort erreichbar, Reparaturen wurden sofort ausgeführt. Lage wunderschön. Wir hatten aber einen Roller. Auch vom Jum., Nagelneu. Wunderschöne Wohnung, sehr sauber, garten, super gepflegt und wunderbar grün.

Lovely place to stay and good value for money. It's in a very quiet and peaceful area, but it only takes 10 mins to walk to town.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt - wir wären gerne noch länger geblieben. Zur Unterkunft gibt es nur positives. Super schön eingerichtet, sehr viel Platz auf beiden Etagen und die Lage ist perfekt. Am Rand und sehr ruhig, aber fußläufig viele Restaurants und der Strand schnell erreichbar. Der große Garten ist sehr schön. Auf der Terrasse mit Pool und Blick ins Grüne lässt es sich super entspannen. Sylvia hat sich um unsere Taxis und den Rollerverleih gekümmert - die Kommunikation war super, schnell und sehr freundlich 😊 Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt ☀️

Online communicatie was zeer goed, werd snel gereageerd. Wij werden keurig opgewacht en na een korte rondleiding konden wij relaxen. Wij hadden scooters gehuurd. Was ook wel nodig om zowel het eiland te verkennen als naar de winkel te gaan. Deze is namelijk niet op loopafstand. Accommodatie was schoon en het uitzicht schitterend. Wij zaten in het naseizoen. Aan beide kanten werd verbouwd. Dit gaf soms wat herrie. Was prettig geweest om hier van te voren op de hoogte te zijn. Het eten en bediening in de nabij gelegen Beachclub is voortreffelijk.

If you’ve ever stayed in an Airbnb and thought to yourself “if only” you’ll find everything you ever wished for here: super comfortable king size bed with extra sheets, blankets, and pillows , 5 gallon water jug dispenser, fully stocked kitchen, including rice cooker, super fast internet, his and her workstations, washing machine grill, multiple outdoor seating areas — with shade, snorkel gear, standup paddle board, and the list goes on. Even though it’s technically a one room studio it is very large and spacious, and even after two months, the two of us never felt like we were on top of each other. The home is very breezy and we seldom used the AC . Super chill location on Koh Chang, fairly tourist free. Best of all is Konstantin , who is exceptionally kind and very helpful. We will definitely be back.

Wir waren als Familie mit zwei sehr kleinen Kindern vor Ort sowie mit Groseltern. Das Haus bietet hierfür den perfekten Ort. Der Garten sowie die Terasse sind hier traumhaft. Der direkte Zugang zum absolut idyllischen Strand perfekt. Das Haus selbst hat mit den 4 Schlafzimmern auf zwei Ebenen alles was man sich wünscht. Die Betten waren super, die Ausstattung entsprechend der Bilder. Das Resort selbst mit den großen Pool sowie Spielplatz, Strandbar ermöglichen es problemlos länger vor Ort zu sein. Mit einem gemieteten Roller ist alles möglich und es fehlt einem an nichts. Kostet ca 7€ pro Tag und macht richtig Spaß. Jegliche Anfrage / Hilfe ruf an Marina wurde sehr schnell beantworten und wir konnten uns zu 100% auf Sie und das Personal vor Ort verlassen. Das Haus wird täglich geputzt und war so Immer super sauber! Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit!

Loved our stay at JC’s place. Very peaceful and beautiful views. The apartment has everything needed as described. The surrounding gardens and pool are kept extremely clean by friendly staff. Pipping restaurant next door serves up delicious food all day with probably the best view in Ko Chang. The AC in the living room does not smell good when in use. We decided to use the fan instead, no problems! The Ac in the bedroom works perfectly as does everything else in the apartment. We loved our stay and will definitely be coming back. I really enjoyed my stay here. There is a lot of room inside so it doesn’t feel cramped at all. Nice outdoor seating area with a ceiling fan. Had the kitchen amenities needed to be able to cook meals during the stay. Adjacent to the beach and pool. Just a short drive to the ferry too. Would absolutely stay again. Thank you!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The view is breathtaking and condo so pleasant and peaceful. The beach there is not for swimming as it’s near the main pier where all the tours leave from. Our favourite beach on Koh Chang is a 10 minute walk. Pippins Restaurant next door is highly rated and reasonable. We were there five times in a week. The infinity pool on-site is large and refreshing after a day exploring. Just a reminder we damaged a few white towels (watermelon on one and makeup on another) and the charges for them was discounted to $70. Towels are expensive in Thailand. Would stay again.

Andrew & Nik were amazing hosts, so friendly & helpful. Maggie the dog was very welcoming too. Really nice vibe & felt safe as a solo traveller. Andrew took time on my first day to show me beaches & amenities in the area. Use of moped was brilliant & also free use of snorkel gear & suggestions of places to snorkel.

Wir haben 4 Nächte in dem Appartement verbracht. Wir wurden vom Pier abgeholt, kurz nachdem ich angerufen hatte, das wir da sind. Wir hatten immer einen Ansprechpartner der schnell auf unsere Wünsche reagiert hat: Spinnen wurden aus dem Zimmer entfernt, es gab neue Handtücher, ... :) Restaurants und Bars sind gut fußläufig zu erreichen. Zum Strand dauert es zu Fuß wahrscheinlich ca. 15 Minuten. Wir hatten die gesamte Zeit einen Roller gemietet. Es war alles sehr gut zu erreichen damit. Das Zimmer hat 2 Betten und ordentlich Platz um Dinge abzulegen. :) Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit.

Een goeie locatie, mooi appartement in een mooi huis. Daw en Rainer zijn heel vriendelijk en gastvrij. We hebben een heel prettig verblijf gehad. Ook de tuin en het zwembad waren geweldig.

Ich habe mich sofort zu Hause gefühlt. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Christine ist ein super Gastgeber, immer ansprechbar und sehr nett. Die Lage ist super, man braucht nicht mal einen Roller um alles wesentliche zu erreichen. Zum Sightseeing hat Christine mir aber gleich einen vermietet. Koh Chang hat sehr schöne Orte zu bieten, die man von der Wohnung aus sehr gut erreichen kann. Es gibt hier und da mal ein Tierchen in der Wohnung, aber dafür gibt es einen wunderschönen Dschungel hinter dem Haus, das ist halt so. Am Abreisetag hat mir Christine sogar ein Taxi vom Ort bis zum Apartment gelotst. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit 🙏 .

Хорошее жилье, останавливались на семь ночей, в номере есть все необходимое, хорошая территория с чистым и не очень холодным бассейном. Расположение хорошее, тут спокойно и при наличии машины/байка несложно добираться.

The apartment is even better than described—spacious, comfortable, and beautifully designed. I loved that both bedrooms are located downstairs, each with its own full bathroom, plus a convenient powder room on the upper floor. The view is absolutely spectacular, and the resort itself is stunning. Angelo was incredibly helpful and always responded promptly. Especially for the money, this place is an incredible value. I truly cannot recommend this Airbnb enough—you absolutely will not be disappointed. Honestly, I’m at a loss for words—this apartment was simply magnificent.
