We had a wonderful time at Tyler’s place!!! It’s such a lovely apartment, very close to Warren Street with all the cute shops. Also was perfect for a cozy movie night on a cold day. Absolutely recommend!

We had a lovely and peaceful 2 night stay at Esopus Studio. Highly recommended - 4 C’s - cute, cozy, comfy, and clean - perfect for two people. Close to Phoenicia Diner and outdoor activities. Alma was very responsive to questions before and during our stay and proactively informed us about her no shoe policy and to bring slippers! Hope to return someday.

Great location. Walkable to many options in town. Comfortable space that met all of our needs for a short stay to attend a concert at the Bearsville Theater. Host kept us informed and was very responsive to questions.

Dan’s place was so awesome to be in. It felt like we were it such a cozy home. He wrote great instructions for us to find the place and get in. He really did a great job making sure he was available for any questions that we had. The space was very clean and filled with all the necessities we needed! So even if we ran out of something he had extra. He has a Murphy bed that was so cool to see and the space was set up to utilize the small size. Everything in there was intentional. The spot was close to Main St where all the cool shops were at. We took the bus to get to the spot and cabs to get around throughout our weekend. I would definitely come back to beacon and we appreciate that we were able to stay there!

It was a longish stay and at first glance I was impressed with the overall design of John and Maria's lovely apartment. Everything was there for a comfortable stay and after a time I felt like it was my apartment. That, in my opinion, is what makes for an ideal Airbnb. Not in interruption in the steady flow of things in ones life, but rather an easy and accessible plug and play as it were for one to continue with the important things in ones creative endeavor. That will be the lasting impression I'll take away from this Airbnb experience, a great resting place, peaceful with a touch of anonymity in a closely knit neighborhood. Definitely worth it.

We had the most relaxing stay at Wendy's apartment! The house was beautifully decorated, so comfortable, and in the best location; just a few minutes away from great shopping and eating. The kitchen was very well furnished if you plan to do any cooking. Wendy is incredibly friendly and generous. She had great recommendations and was easy to get in touch with. We really enjoyed our trip!

Great place with lovely views!!! Beds were very comfy. I felt very refreshed after sleeping which I rarely feel at hotels/ airbnbs. Carl was very friendly and passionate about hospitality.

Really enjoyed my stay. Great amount of space, rooms were large with lots of storage. Cute kitchen with all the necessities. Close to shops and restaurants. Diane responded quickly with any questions we had and was super friendly.

Rene's place is wonderful. This is the second time we have stayed and our son stayed another time. It is very clean and well appointed. Rene is a very friendly, responsive host. We had a issue on our end about when we could arrive and Rene was very accommodating, more than he had to be. The apartment is also is in a good location, close to restaurants, cafes, etc. I would highly recommend this airbnb.

My family had the best stay! Loved the funky decor, comfy sheets, and the amenities. Felt right at home! Couldn't have asked for a better spot!

We had a great last-minute getaway! The space was cozy, clean, and full of natural light—perfect for two. The bed was super comfortable, and the kitchen was pristine. Check-in and check-out were simple, and the hosts were friendly and responsive. Great location, just a short drive to nature trails, breweries, and Warren Street. Would definitely stay again!

Rose is definitely one of the best AirBnB hosts. We had an unexpected work challenge at home the day before leaving for her place in Hopewell Jct., NY. She was incredibly patient, solution minded, and totally available while we got everything situated hours before leaving TN. We sure needed a vacation. Great location, easy to get to. The swimming pool was lovely, a real treat. So private and very clean. Rose made it easy for us to have a fantastic visit in NY. It's no wonder she's a Super Host. We recommend staying here.

Very close to the highway for convenience, comfy bed, nice space for a stay with my 2 dogs. There is an active railroad nearby so I recommend a white noise machine for better sleep. I didn't realize the first night until the train went thru about 3 times. The next night I had the white noise machine on and it was much better. Also, though the listing says there is a freezer, there really isn't one. Typical mini fridge freezer but has no door and very very small freezer space. I wasn't paying attention to that detail but the weather was below freezing so I kept my ice packs for my cooler outside to stay frozen. Otherwise, it fit my needs for the weekend and we were comfortable. It was nice to have the yard to walk the dogs. The digital door lock worked well....I've had trouble at other places. I would stay again.

This is exactly what we needed. A place to have a respite from the city, nestled in nature, dog friendly, close to everything, knowlegable and accommodating host and so friendly. Trisha was just wonderful. We are planning to make this place a destination to come back to every once in a while. It is close to NYC and yet immediately transforms you to serenity. Highly recommended.

What a magical escape for a night! The hot tub was perfect with a symphony of frogs! The hosts were phenomenal, leaving chocolate, half and half and oranges for our stay. We loved the essential oil diffuser and the best thing- all the lights were dimmable!

Theresa was an amazing host, she clearly communicated with us along the way, and made sure we had our privacy & provided the upmost comfort. Her space was well kept and full of considerate touches to facilitate a relaxing stay, the subtleties go a long way. We enjoyed the hot tub in the snow, shared a few stories of skiing adventures & loved the friendly visits from Ben. The views were picturesque to boot, we definitely plan to come stay in other seasons.

Renee’s place was a nice and cozy getaway from the city, and surprisingly fit 5 people + 2 cats very comfortably! She was also very quick to respond to any questions I had, we had a great time!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at John’s Airbnb in Newburgh! From the moment we arrived, John’s warm hospitality and attention to detail were evident. The place itself was spotless, and incredibly cozy—truly a home away from home. Every little detail, from the well-equipped kitchen to the thoughtful local recommendations, showed the care John puts into ensuring his guests have a memorable experience. The location was perfect for exploring the area, and John went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. It’s clear that he genuinely cares about his guests, and it made our trip even more special. We especially loved relaxing in the jacuzzi and taking in the stunning view of the Hudson River. I can’t recommend John and his Airbnb enough! We’ll definitely be returning on our next visit to Newburgh. Thank you, John, for creating such a wonderful space and for being such a fantastic host!

Kim’s place excelled in the following areas: easy to find, easy checkin process, clean home, working and ready-to-use hot tub, fire pit with chairs arranged nearby, working and available heat, plenty of towels, comfortable beds. My stay was extremely pleasant. Kim also made herself available by phone and answered any questions I had the day of and before.
