I stayed here while visiting NYC with my family, and it was a perfect experience. The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described—comfortable beds, great amenities, and a peaceful environment to unwind after a busy day exploring the city. The location was convenient and safe, with easy access to everything we needed. I would 100% recommend this stay to anyone visiting the area, and I’ll definitely be booking again next time I’m in NYC. Gregory was truly the best host —so kind, welcoming, and responsive. He went above and beyond to ensure we had everything needed and made us feel right at home. His hospitality made our trip extra special. Thank you, Gregory!

Great host and great house in a wonderful and quiet neighborhood. My family enjoyed using this house and felt very safe.

The location was another highlight: a peaceful, safe neighborhood that felt like a calm retreat, yet only minutes from JFK Airport—super convenient for travel. I’ve stayed in this area before, and this is by far the best listing in terms of quality, comfort, and value. If you’re looking for a cozy, pristine, and well-located stay with a top-notch host, don’t hesitate—book it! I’ll absolutely return next time I’m in town.

We went on a girls trip with teenagers. This home was perfect for our group of six. So much space and the home was absolutely gorgeous. All the beds were comfortable and the bathrooms provided all the space we needed to get ready! The home was located in a great place in Hoboken and was in walking distance to all the restaurants, shopping and to the NY waterway ferry which we utilized each day to travel into New York! I loved the charm of Hoboken and the friendliness of the people we encountered! I truly would come back to this home with my family anytime! Thank you for a great stay!

I absolutely loved my stay here. The apartment has a chill yet sophisticated vibe — super comfortable, thoughtfully designed, and in a peaceful neighborhood with barely any noise. The natural light from the window beside the bed was a daily highlight — it made mornings feel warm and refreshing. Muhan keeps the place spotless — everything was clean, well-maintained, and clutter-free despite being fully stocked with what you’d need. Muhan was an amazing host — always responsive, kind, and great to talk to. I really enjoyed our end-of-day chats about how my day went in New York. The in-unit laundry and stocked kitchen made my stay so much easier, especially on days I just wanted to unwind. Since Muhan actually lives here, the apartment feels lived-in in the best way — welcoming, functional, and full of small comforts. It truly exceeded my expectations, even beyond what I imagined from the listing. I’d absolutely recommend this place and would love to return when I’m back in New York.

I had a fantastic stay with Brynda. I felt very welcome. Brynda is a very warm, open, communicative and positive person, we had great conversations on the balcony in the evening during the sunset. This is really one of the highlights of the apartment, you can enjoy the sunrise in the morning and end the day in the evening and watch the sunset. In the vicinity there are countless shopping opportunities for daily needs, there are many train stops within walking distance so that you are super connected. If you plan to go to New York, I think you should definitely take the chance to stay with Brynda, she really sweetened my stay and she was a great hostess. I will definitely come back!

Yoel’s place was perfect for our 6 night stay. So close to the subway to the city, but with plenty of restaurants/coffee shops/deli’s close by. The apartment had everything we needed, really spacious bathroom & great shower! Would definitely stay again :)

Joanna is a wonderful host! She is kind, helpful and very responsive… Her place is clean and very accommodating. Her tree covered backyard is a lovely place to enjoy morning coffee or an afternoon cocktail. Joanna kindly allowed us to drop our bags off before check in. She dropped off extra coffee pods and checked to make sure we had everything we needed… When we told her our TV remote was not working we had new batteries within minutes. I would not hesitate to stay at Joanna‘s place again

I had such a lovely and relaxing stay at Diana‘s and Perla‘s place! Fully recommend, it’s a perfect place for good sleep and recovery when exploring New York. Also Diana has been a perfect host and helped me out whenever I needed something. Will hopefully go back there soon!
