Gina & Alexis were great hostesses! Very friendly and very responsive. My questions were answered promptly. Property was in a great location for visiting our family and had plenty of room for all of us. Game room was a great plus! Great backyard with plenty of space for family fun.

Michelle was amazing! Our stay was perfection! Such a cute little spot with a beautiful surrounding! The cabin had everything you needed! Loved that I was able to do a load of laundry!! We will definitely be back! Thank you for being amazing Michelle!

Lilyana’s place was absolutely amazing! It was so beautiful, clean and just overall a lovely experience. We were in Bullhead City to visit family but our situation took a turn for the worse. Staying at such a beautiful place still made the trip worth it even under bad circumstances. Any other Airbnb we stay at will be tough to compete with Lilyana’s place. They set the bar pretty high! 100% recommend!

Amazing place! Such a wonderful place in the mountains with tons of wildlife! We have such a great stay. Very clean, linens top notch, bed was so comfortable. Everything about the place was great, wish we could’ve stayed longer. Krystal was very quick to respond. We loved it!

Loved the cottage. Very cute and beachy! Well stocked and equipped. The fresh eggs were great and the chickens made us smile with their greeting when we came and went. Communication was terrific, hosts responded quickly and were always helpful. Would definitely recommend. Big bang for your bucks!

This home was amazing! We did my daughter’s birthday party and she absolutely loved it! The pool was great and the home was impeccable. It was also in a great spot to run to the store when we needed to. There was everything we would need for our weekend and more! Would definitely recommend Michele in the future!

My family and I had a great time and really enjoyed the house! we had fires every night and made a big brunch and had all the equipment in the kitchen we needed. We went to the local park on the mountain and tried our hand at disc golf which was pretty funny but the course was gorgeous. I accidentally broke the microwave and Chad was understanding about it and had really good communication.

We went to Kingman to visit family. Andrea’s place was exactly as described. Everything we needed to prepare our meals was available. Stores for essentials nearby. Entire house clean, cozy and comfortable. Quiet neighborhood and comfy beds to come home to after a busy day of visiting my daughter, son n law and grandkids home, Vegas and the Grand Canyon. Andrea and property manager Tami very responsive respectful and professional. I would absolutely recommend and would stay next visit to Kingman.

Beautiful Sunridge Estate vacation home

The house itself was great… very clean and organized. Had a little hiccups at first but Sergio was very accommodating and was extraordinarily helpful. Had all the amenities you can ask for and some. Quiet neighbor hood I don’t think I saw a single neighbor. Would highly recommend this house to anybody trying to enjoy a relaxing get away…

This is everything you look for in an Air BnB. PLace is huge, clean, close to everything , like food and casinos. I can't emphasize enough on how clean this residence is. Directv came in clutch as we saw some sporting events when we were relaxing. I would book this location when I am back in this vicinity. Also, the parking is perfect and I have to add the surround sound for a movie is amazing!

John’s place was gorgeous, well-appointed, and immaculate. Felt like a luxurious resort stay! Fabulous touches everywhere, from the snacks and drinks provided in the kitchen, to the toiletries in the bathrooms in case anything was forgotten. Very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. John’s place was just what we needed to relax and refresh after a long day’s driving. John is also a quick responder and a proactive host. We very much appreciated his kindness! Looking forward to bringing our teens next time for a longer visit.

Ryan was so friendly and helpful the whole time. My family and I had a great time. It was my mom’s birthday weekend and she had a blast. The location was close to different attractions like casinos boats and jet ski rentals. The river was super close as well. We definitely enjoyed our time.

Super spacious comfortable home with four bedrooms and three bathrooms. This is the perfect family or friend get away. Pool table in the living room makes it even more special. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything you need to cook a meal and a huge dining room table right in the center to enjoy it! The setting was private and safe. We would recommend this lovely home

Loved the location close to hiking, boating, major stores & restaurants. Very comfortable home with great mountain view. Casino lights at night we're spectacular. Home had everything we needed for our long term stay.

Lisa's place was exactly what we looking for. Brought our MTB's and RZR up for an active weekend. It was a great place to recharge in between activities. Plenty of room and quiet!

The whole check experience was great. Brenda was so understanding and helpful with our late check in. The house was very clean and beautiful, and well kept furniture and kitchen utensils, this house was in a very quiet and private area. I would definitely stay here again. There was an issue with the trash can smelling of strong cannabis. I explained to her that me and my crew do not smoke any kinds of tobacco or cannabis. I have never had a complaint of any property that I rented in the past of smelling like tobacco or cannabis after leaving there home. I have always respected other people home. The issue was fix with Brenda immediately.

We loved our stay here! It was exactly what we needed for our big family and energetic toddlers. The rooms were spacious and they even had a pack & play with 2 toddler mattresses which is always a plus. The backyard and pool area was a vibe, lake and gas station felt like it was right around the corner, and casinos nearby. Overall, we would definitely book again. Highly recommend.
