We enjoyed our week in Alcudia and the house very much. The house was comfortable and spacious and perfect for two families (or one big) .Short walk to supermarket, beaches, restaurants etc. Nice terraces and garden. Convenient with the key box outside the house. We never met Joan and Nadia in person but whenever we had questions they replied swiftly and helpful through email. We would really recommend this house for a nice stay in Alcudia!

Andrés place is amazing and the orchard, swimming pool and tennis court made it such a fun place to be with our grandchildren. Andrés and his family were ever helpful and made us feel so welcome. We are moving to Mallorca but I would recommend it and will do to any friends. It is set in one of the nicest towns in the centre of the island.

We had an incredible stay at Margarita's finca, perfectly situated at the foot of the mountains. This location allowed us to enjoy both cycling trips in the mountains and leisurely rides on the flat parts of the island. The finca itself was wonderfully cosy and impeccably tidy, providing a perfect retreat. Margarita was very responsive and flexible, ensuring our stay was seamless. We highly recommend Margarita's place for anyone seeking a peaceful getaway in the Mallorcan countryside, while still being conveniently close to charming villages like Selva, Caimari, and Campanet to enjoy the local restaurants and bars.

Wir haben uns im Haus und in unmittelbaren ruhigen Umgebung des Hauses vom ersten Moment an wohlgefühlt. Es gibt mehrere wunderbare Sitzmöglichkeiten im Garten und auf der Dachterrasse. Wir haben in der Küche nichts vermisst was für den täglichen Gebrauch notwendig ist. Vanessa war in kürzester Zeit für unsere evt. Fragen erreichbar. Wir drei Frauen haben rundum den einwöchigen Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Planen bereits den nächsten Aufenthalt dort vor Ort.

Wir waren 15 Nächte-meist zu viert in der Finca, uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Man ist auf ein Auto angewiesen. Es war wie „nach Hause“ kommen. Wir wurden sehr herzlich begrüßt und hatten den ganzen Zeitraum einen Anspechpartner, der sich umgehend um unsere Bedürfnisse/Fragen gekümmert hat. Die Straße ist leicht zu hören, das hat uns aber nicht weiter gestört. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen, wenn wir einen Selbstversorger Urlaub planen. Das Grundstück ist wunderschön mit Oliven,- und Zitrusbäumen und Kiefern gesäumt, traumhaft mit Blick auf den Berg Puig de San Salvador. Wir haben es sehr genossen, die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet, mit allem was man so braucht. Von Kaffeefilter bis Handseife, Spülmittel, Salz, Olivenöl alles vorhanden, sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, Pool und Aussenbereich auch sehr gepflegt und sauber. Mückenspray einpacken! Wir haben uns hier sehr willkommen und gut aufgehoben gefühlt! Vielen lieben Dank Juan, ich hoffe wir sehen uns wieder!

We had an awesome stay for our bike holidays. The accomodation was even better than on the pictures. The kitchen was equiped well, the are tidy and the whole place was located in an relaxed and quit area. We will definetly come back. Thank you Maria

Der Aufenthalt auf der Finca las Tortugas war wundervoll. Wie wir es uns vorgestellt hatten, war die Finca schön abgelegen und sehr ruhig. Auch für den Aufenthalt mit zwei kleine. Kindern war es super geeignet. Der Pool war mit einer Tür verschlossen, sodass wir keine Sorge haben mussten, dass die Kinder zum Pool abhauen. Auf Anmerkungen und Nachfragen haben die Vermieter schnell reagiert und sich um alles gekümmert. Es gab Sandspielzeug für die Kinder und Schirme, die man mit zum Strand nehmen konnte. Alles in allem hatten wir eine tolle Zeit und können die Unterkunft mit bestem Gewissen weiterempfehlen.

If you're considering the Finca as a venue for celebrations, there couldn’t have been a more perfect place for us to celebrate our wedding. We were able to easily arrange everything with Fabrizio and Miriam from Austria. The Finca is the ideal location for a gathering of up to 30 guests. As a vacation home, it's perfect for families or two couples.. One bedroom is located in a separate wing under the terrace, while the other section has two bedrooms connected by a staircase, all three equipped with double beds. We loved the interior design and appreciated the natural surroundings. We love chickens, and enjoyed the sounds of the free-roaming chickens and rooster on the property. Contrary to a previous guest's comment, we didn't notice any disturbing noise from the nearby, yet distant, road. For us, this place has become truly special, and we are filled with gratitude for the wonderful support from Miriam and Fabrizio! And last but not least: the pool is amazing and magical!

Eine wunderschöne Finca mit allem, wirklich allem, was man benötigt und noch mehr. Das Haus ist so schön, dass wir auf jeden Fall wieder kommen werden. Es uns an Nichts gefehlt und die Kommunikation war optimal. Man schläft wunderbar. Der Pool ist perfekt und in der Küche kann man super kochen.

A fantastic location, very close to the restaurants of Cala D’Or and the beach. Its also a short walk to the Marina, with a couple of large supermarkets close by. The staff who look after the villa and clean it do a great job and were lovely and friendly. The pool is great and it was wonderful to come back to an air conditioned place. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spotless and well equipped. A very well managed property, thank you Jesus.

Marina est aux petits soins avec ses hôtes. La maison est spacieuse propre et décorée avec beaucoup de goût. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir pour farniente autour de la superbe piscine.

je rêvais de faire une Paella a ma famille pour Noel, eh bien, elle m' a trouvé une grande poêle a Paella, avec un trépied, ey j' ai pu grâce a elle, faire de mon rêve une réalité sublime maison, on a même profiter de la piscine, au 27 Décembre, non, je recommande vraiment cette pépite !! et la proprio est un amour !

Place is amazing, perfect for big groups. It’s clean and pool was well kept. Jacuzzi and steam room didn’t work for our whole trip though which was a shame.

Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war von Anfang an sehr professionell und daher auch sehr angenehm, weil der Gastgeber praktisch sofort geantwortet hat. Ich hatte das Glück schon viele Stunden vorher einzuchecken, ohne dass mir eine extra Gebühr berechnet worden ist. Es ist ein traumhaftes Haus mit einem top gepflegtem Garten und Pool. Das Haus hat zwei sehr große Schlafzimmer mit begehbaren Kleiderschrank und Bad en Suite. Darüberhinaus haben beide Zimmer eine Klimaanlage, die man jeweils einzeln regulieren kann. Die Küche hat alles was man zum Kochen braucht. Das Wohnzimmer war einfach nur ein Traum. Ein Kaminbereich, eine Couch-Lounge und ein Essbereich. Die komplette verglaste Front im Wohnzimmer, die zum Garten ausgerichtet ist, konnte man öffnen. Dadurch hat man quasi das Wohnzimmer nach außen verlagert. Im Garten sind CitrusBäume und Kräuter angepflanzt, die einen herrlichen Duft versprühen. On Top im Außenbereich kommt der riesige Pool. Es war einfach alles Traumhaft. ❤️

Great house with a great view and it had everything we needed for our stay (7ppl on a golftrip). Matias was always easy to communicate with and he even gave us recommendation where to book shuttle service as we were a larger group. Flexible with check in and check out which was much appreciated. I can recommend the house if you want a spacious place in a calm area but still close to everything Palma has to offer.

Das Haus war sehr schön und groß. Für 8 Personen gut nutzbar. Riesiger Garten mit Terrasse, absperrbarer, sehr großer, sauberer und moderner Pool. Dazu gehört eine grosse Sommerküche mit allen Utensilien, die man braucht inklusive Grill. Der nächste Strand ist in 5 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Bis nach Palma sind es ca 40 Minuten. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in den nächsten Ortschaften zu finden, in 10 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Eine schöne Unterkunft für die warme Jahreszeit. Danke, Margarita für die nette Kommunikation

We loved our stay at Toni’s place. The location was fun with many restaurants and shops within walking distance. We also loved the proximity to the beach.

Ми відпочивали сімʼєю . Нам дуже сподобалося. Вийшло так що наш рейс затримався, але господарі дочекалися нас , хоча ми й прибули досить пізно. Помешкання було чисте і підготовлене для нас, а господарі милі та щирі люди. Також варто відмітити присутність розумного рижого кота, що ще більше додало нашому перебуванню в будинку враження як вдома. Рекомендуємо.

Die Unterkunft ist empfehlenswert. Es war sauber und entsprach den Fotos. Die Promenade ist zu Fuß einfach zu erreichen. Die Nachbarschaft ist ruhig und zu Erholung sehr gut. Auf meine Nachrichten wurde sehr schnell reagiert. Eine gute Unterkunft für den Preis.

We had a great stay here, the lake view is beautiful and it's very close to the beach. The place is very clean and equiped with everything to feel like home. The garden is impecable, we spent most of our time there barbequing and watching our toddler run around. Raquel was very responsive. I would stay here again, I highly recommend for families with children.

Fantastic place for a family of 5 with 3 young children. Lots of indoor and outdoor space. Outdoor space is great with seating areas in the sun and shade. The automatic awning made lunches great to easily enjoy and shade the children. The lawn is also so kid friendly free from slips and made it a stress free and relaxing place to enjoy without having to watch their every move. Great location to shops, supermarkets and restaurants. Being around the lake also made for another interesting feature to explore! Highly recommended and a great villa, thanks for the enjoyable stay!
