What a Great place! Close to everything, but very peaceful. Great for day trips! The bed was very comfortable. Which is good after a day of exploring. Very friendly host! Made sure we had everything we needed. What a beautiful property.

The apartment was well-appointed with every amenity needed for a pleasant stay. Very clean and comfortable. Quiet and secluded yet walking distance to two beautiful beaches and close to nice restaurants. Liz was very quick to respond to questions and very helpful.

Our family had the most unforgettable stay at this beautiful home on the Big Island! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and completely at ease. The house was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we could possibly need — from beach towels and snorkeling gear to a fully equipped kitchen perfect for family meals. Waking up to the sounds of nature and enjoying coffee with a view each morning was pure magic. The location was ideal — close enough to explore beaches, and local spots, yet peaceful and private enough to feel like a true retreat. Our hosts were incredibly kind and responsive, offering great recommendations and making sure our stay was seamless. We created memories here that our family will cherish forever. We had a great stay at Lorelle Petite Retreat apartment. We loved the location being on the hill; it was nice, cool and tranquil. The space was clean and well shocked. Lorelle is a very generous, friendly person.We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation.

Would certainly stay again. Well-located home base near Kona, close to everything but outside the main hustle and bustle. Easy checkin. A few other reviewers mentioned some loud neighbors - I experienced nothing like that. Place was just as described and perfect for my needs. Thanks!

I loved my stay at Francesca's place. It's located very close to the airport and easy to find, which was a huge relief after a long day of travel. The spot itself is very comfortable, quiet, and peaceful. The dedicated parking spot and laundry available were also very convenient for my 2 week stay. Highly recommend and would stay again

What a beautiful and peaceful place to stay! We loved it. From beach towels to the electric fireplace, the cottage had nice touches. We loved the mermaid lagoon hot tub and the gorgeous tropical plants and flowers out the window. The kitchen was awesome right down to the huge sink with the in-counter dish soap dispenser. We were sad to leave! It was easy to find and there were cute little signs designating each cottage's parking spot. Every time we walked into the room, I was impressed with the beauty of the decor and garden views.

House was nice and clean. Host was helpful and friendly. Had some small ants in the house, but nothing that bothered us. Road was a little noisy. Having beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, and snorkeling gear available was an added bonus.

Absolutely amazing property and space! Would highly recommend to anybody coming to Kona, without hesitation. Extremely safe feeling, peaceful, and within quick driving distance to most things on the Kona side of the island. Great hosts who were always very responsive. Will gladly stay here again when back on the island.

I can't say enough about how great this place is. It's beautiful, inside and out. It's actually the nicest Airbnb we've ever stayed at. Really, everything is top-notch, down to the products Jennifer uses, the availability of laundry facilities, and the friendliness of the host. Jennifer was so accommodating, bringing us veggies and fruit from the garden, and even bringing us something we left behind to the next place we were staying in town. I was a little intimidated by the steep driveway at first, and I wouldn't recommend showing up for the first time after dark, but I quickly adapted. The place is so quiet and peaceful, and I would say the pictures on the website don't even capture how lovely it is. I would definitely stay here again if we're fortunate enough to return to the Big Island.

Outstanding air bnb. My family and I loved staying here. We slept well in the cozy beds, ate well in the amazing kitchen and lounged beautifully all around. I adored the full size ld and brand new washer and dryer! Absolutely a hidden gem of all gems. Well appointed in every way. And we even fell in love with the sweet neighbor pup who thoughtfully greeted us daily. Kenya has a great property (with a spectacular view) and a kindness that is steeped into her home, her instruction, and her hospitality. Absolutely 10/10. We would return!!! Actually I would stay anywhere else on the big island. Thank you so much, Kenya!

I am so glad to have found this wonderful poolside bungalow for my long weekend. It’s tugged away in a little corner of this island paradise in a quiet neighborhood. Self check-in was quick and easy. The room was spotless clean, very comfortable and well thought out. There is even a water cooler/dispenser by the pool which, by the way, is for my exclusive use and made the place even more special. James & Rocky were warm and welcoming without being intrusive. James came by with a very nice welcome treat and that was the last time I saw anyone during my stay, though I knew they were right there if I ever needed anything. Internet was OK when it worked but be ready for the occasional spinning icons. But then, who cares?! I was supposed to be unplugged in this perfect get-away hideout. Mahalo nui, James and Rocky.

This was the perfect place for me to stay traveling alone! Bed was very comfortable and it was really everything I wanted. Close to everything, will definitely return when back to the big island!

This was a great place to stay with my family of four for the final two nights of our Hawaii trip. The space has everything you could need, is extremely well-stocked, feels very private, and the pool is simply amazing. After 10 days of beach and hikes, we ended up just spending our first afternoon here enjoying the pool and ocean views right up to the magnificent sunset (once we realized how nice the pool and pool patio view was). The private patio off the apartment is perfect for meals. The beds here are very comfortable! The location is ideal for accessing Kona town, beaches, and the airport. Doris is a very welcoming, friendly, and accommodating host.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The location was extremely convenient, being close enough to Kona downtown but at the same time enough distance to be quiet and relaxing. Rob’s space was clean, bright and modern. It offers everything you need during your stay and had amazing views of the ocean. Communication was fast and clear so we had answers to all our questions almost immediately. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in Kona during your time on the Big Island!

My wife and I LOVED our stay at the Kona Coffee Plantation. The spacious, tastefully furnished apartment is set in a beautiful, jungle like setting. Although the unit sits above the main house it offers complete privacy. Loved the large deck off the main living area and the huge sliding doors that lead to it—helped bring the outside, in. The photos don’t do the property justice. Kona, itself is a few minutes drive down the mountain by and some of the best beaches in Waikoloa are an easy half hour drive. Our favorite was A bay. Staying here gave us the best of both worlds—beach and mountain side. Highly recommend!

Our stay at this Airbnb was nothing short of magical! As newlyweds on our honeymoon, we couldn’t have asked for a more peaceful and beautiful space to celebrate. The sunsets were absolutely breathtaking, creating the perfect romantic atmosphere each evening. Everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged, making our stay truly special. This was my second time staying with Gay Lena & Brian, and once again, it was a wonderful experience. They’re such generous hosts—from letting us relax by the pool when we arrived early, to the way every detail of the space is so carefully curated. You can truly feel the intention they put into making your stay comfortable, relaxing, and memorable. They’ve thought of everything, and it shows. I can’t recommend their place enough and look forward to coming back again!

What a wonderful place on the Big Island to explore the big island. My son (college age) loved his stay here.

My family and I stayed at Nohea’s place for one night, but I wish we were able to stay longer. Her place was very beautiful and exactly as pictured. My family and I felt very comfortable. Nohea was quick to answer my questions and she was able to accommodate my early check in request. Her home is so beautiful and I’m very thankful she allowed my family and I to stay there. Next time I head out to Kailua Kona I will definitely be booking to stay here again. Check in and check out process was seamless and it is so easy to find.

As a family of three, we found this place comf, The pool was a nice place to cool off at the end of a hot day. We loved the Lanai and grilled some steaks one night on the common area grill. The Aloha vibe was the best part with friendly staff and tropical bird sounds. Mahalo for many our stay so special!

Peaceful and relaxing stay! Mornings were especially lovely with the sound of birds chirping. The place was very clean and thoughtfully stocked with everything you might need—even beach chairs, beach mats, beach umbrella and beach towels. We throughly loved the convenience of the in-unit washer and dryer. Chris was very helpful and responsive. Would definitely stay again!

Sheena’s studio is awesome, very spacious for 2 people and away from all the busyness. Everything was super comfortable, especially the bed, and best of all this place has all the small essentials you need for a great stay like laundry detergent, beach gear, and shower stuff. The kitchen was also super helpful as we were able to cook our meals and we had everything we needed there. Being higher up the place never got too hot and we slept very comfortably at night with the fans. Sheena was an amazing host, accommodating and friendly! Highly recommend this place for your trip to the big island.
