This place did not disappoint my husband and I. The unit was newly remodeled and so well done, organized and attentions to details for guest conveniences. We loved it !

Had a great time staying here, the apartment was clean, easy to access and felt safe. There was some construction going on just across the street, but it wasn’t terribly loud. The location of this Airbnb is great, easy to get around and central to Tampa as well as surrounding areas. Host was also extremely responsive! I will be here again some time soon.

This place was perfect for us: great location and exactly as described. We really enjoyed our stay. The host was very responsive and helpful, if I ever need to go back to Tampa, I would not hesitate to stay at this place.

Every time a 5-star experience & one of the best values for the price w/included Barefoot Beach Club amenities directly across street. Check in/out always a breeze w/clear communication/instructions - was ready early. Outside free parking 5 steps away & charming balcony/bench. Inside spacious, clean, comfortable, insulated w/ocean views from abundance of windows (has privacy curtains). Unit fresh/safe/secure. AC worked, airflow strong, big/clean SS appliances & stone counters. I used fridge/freezer + oven. Overstocked towels / toiletries for entire group. One BR had closet+hangers. Dressers/TV's in both. LR big screen TV w/cable, Playstation 4 (laggy but playable). Patience w/water pressure but hot. Ladies wanted bright mirror near outlet. Resort heated pool, hot tub & shallow wading pool crystal clear & fully functional. Pool warm, hot tub hot (levels out ~100 degrees due to sheer size. Relaxed vibes poolside w/light music. Beach groomed w/day beds affordable to rent ($20/day). LOVE!

Dan and Charles place was perfect in every way! We cannot say enough about their place and them! Location couldn’t have been any better. We’ve been coming to Sarasota for 3 years now and this place was at the top of our list.Don't hesitate, book it now!

Great location! Parking garage nice. Comfortable beds. Carpets in bedrooms could be replaced. Overall nice place and would stay again.

We had such an incredible vacation in St Petersburg thanks to Phillip’s home and hospitality! It was a great location and quiet neighbourhood, and the home was big and clean. Phillip went above and beyond by providing so many amenities, we had a stocked fridge and lots of snacks, which was really great to walk into after we arrived late. We had the pleasure of meeting Phillip, and he had great recommendations that made our trip even more memorable. Thank you Phillip, we hope to visit you again!

Only suggestion would be in each of the bedrooms to have a couple of small tables or inexpensive dressers to store clothing. This is the third year in a row we have stayed at this location and each time we have thoroughly enjoyed it and highly recommend staying here.

Chris was a very responsive host. During our stay he spent a day working on his boat in the back. He was very friendly, but also respected our privacy. The house met all of our expectations and our kids loved the pool. The neighborhood was great to walk through and each house offered fantastic curb appeal. With 3 kids under the age of 6, the 10-12 minute walk to the beach was a little long, but Chris’ wagon and beach supplies helped! The golf cart would have been ideal, but without a place to park near the beach we didn’t have much use for it. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the entire family agrees we’d love to go back. The modern and spacious interiors were a delight. Patrick, our host, was incredibly responsive and helpful, always promptly responding to my messages. If you’re seeking a comfortable and affordable alternative to overpriced hotels near downtown Tampa, we highly recommend this place. It’s conveniently located just a 15-20 minute drive from all the major attractions in the city. The location is simply unparalleled! We truly appreciate your hospitality and look forward to booking again in the near future.

What an amazing stay! We had such a good time at Johnny‘s place, and would love to come back. The house is in pristine condition and I had my EV, so the on-site charger was a great bonus that allowed us to stay on the island the whole time without having to worry about charging. It is thoughtfully decorated, and really close to everything. Highly recommend.

We have just spent a wonderful 10 days in Sarasota staying in Jennifer’s apartment at The Strand. The accommodation was perfect in every way; a real home from home with everything thoughtfully provided by our host - from toiletries and cleaning products to beachtowels and even a coolbox. The apartment was spotless and easily accessible and communication with our host was so simple. Jennifer always responded swiftly to any messages and nothing was ever too much trouble. We would not hesitate to return to this accommodation again and highly recommend both the apartment and our host, Jennifer, to anyone looking for high quality, comfortable surroundings for their holiday.

We had a wonderful week in MIchele's unit. There were no surprises! The condo was immaculate and modern. Michele was extremely responsive with any questions we had. The check in instructions were excellent. Seeing a bottle of prosecco with two chilled glasses in the fridge was such a nice surprise! The location was outstanding, with Saint Armand's Circle and downtown Sarasota being just minutes away. We also loved the nearby restaurants that Michele recommended. Each room has a large screen tv with Roku loaded with a number of active streaming channels. The water view from the balcony was great, and parking couldn't have been easier in the reserved spot. We arrived without having had a chance to go shopping, and it was so nice that there were cold waters and sodas in the fridge, and plenty of coffee k-cups on the counter. We would definitely stay with Michele again. She was a great host and we really enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful apartment overlooking the canal. It's possible to walk to downtown Sarasota in about 30 minutes, as well as parks and the marina area. Nice pool and amenities, good designated covered parking, and easy instructions for all. We were very content staying here and would happily do so again.

Lovely condo. Full of amenities and supplies. Beach chairs and umbrella indispensable since we flew. Check in with Martha’s mother was flawless. Condo clean with abundance of everything from towels, cooking utensils, dishes, soap, blankets, water, toilet tissue, and more. Place was clean and comfortable. Great view of channel and diving pelicans to enjoy over morning coffee. Martha was extremely quick to respond to any inquiries. Accommodating to our every need and request. Would stay with Martha and her condo again.

Had a great experience during our stay! The property was lovely, clean, and well-maintained. We truly felt at home—comfortable and relaxed throughout. The host was fantastic—warm, responsive, and welcoming.

I cannot say enough good things about this condo, and about the host Laura. The place was exactly as the pictures showed-absolutely beautiful with a welcoming feel and very very clean. There was plenty of room for the 6 of us and each one of us fell in love with the place as soon as we got there. The location is perfect, close to the beach and Johns Pass and Laura provides everything you could need for a fun day trip to the beach. Laura has gone out of her way to make sure her guests have everything they could possibly need, incl an in case you forgot basket with items you may need. She is also very very talented with her creations which you will notice if you stay! She was very responsive to my questions and offered great suggestions for the area. And quick to respond!!! When we got back from the beach the smoke detector was beeping and within mins of notifying her she had someone there with a new battery. This has been by far my favorite rental, and I can’t wait to come back.

We had a wonderful visit! The condo was clean and well equipped. We loved having beach chairs available. This place is right on the beach. There is not a beach view. However, the beach is just 2 flights of stairs away. You do not need to pack a cooler because you can go from ocean to condo in less than 5 minutes! A huge perk for us was the little store right across the street. Our flight was delayed and we didn't get in until midnight. The next morning all we had to do was walk across the street for everything we needed. It was a little pricey, but worth it to not miss a morning on the beach. We are already planning our next vacation here! Thank you for excellent communication and all of the thoughtful extras!
