we had a very nice stay at adam and nicole’s place! the home was beautiful and the view unmatched. there was plenty of space for 7 of us.

Our stay couldn't have been better for me and my family. Great location, quiet and private; set back from the road. The house was just what we needed with plenty of space. We ended up staying longer that planned and Maria was able to allow us to stay as long as needed. Maria was an excellent host and responded quickly to our questions. If you are planning on staying in Concord, I would recommend staying here! Thanks again Maria!!

Beautiful home on beautiful property. We came to see the autumn colors and the trees surrounding the home were so vibrant! Quiet, calming and relatively close to a lot of great things to do. Everything was very clean and it was nice having separate bathrooms upstairs. There was a light musty smell mostly on the main floor that people with allergies might be sensitive to. Also to note, the main house and the guesthouse are attached, but there is a private driveway coming from Munsey Hill Rd to the guesthouse that wasn’t clear on our phone maps. Overall a great stay and great home!

We enjoyed the house. The house was comfortable and warm. The kitchen had everything to cook a nice meal. The area was also very easy to explore. My family and I really enjoyed our stay at Dana's house!

We had a great weekend in Alton at Liz’s place. Liz was super responsive in the weeks leading up to our trip - and the house exceeded our expectations. Definitely the highlight of our summer.

I went with my friends and it was fantastic! The surrounding area as beautiful and the added amenities really made the stay special for us.

Great little spot in the woods. We jetted up to NH on short notice for a quick ski trip. My wife being from the area, we wanted to be close enough to the mountain but without any crowds. That’s exactly what we got. Check in was breeze, house is clean with plenty of room for our family of 4. The kitchen is well stocked! We had a ton of snow on the ground which provided amazing views of the woods behind the property. The kids loved playing in the snow down the hill in the back yard. We hope to come back this summer to see this beautiful property in another season.

Absolutely perfect! Peaceful and beautiful surroundings! Roomy and clean and had everything you could need. Loved the windows and the views from the windows! Harry and Bonnie were just the right around of friendly; they were nice and interacted with us but not at all intrusive! WiFi worked great but I really enjoyed not having a tv, we sat around in the evening having a glass of wine and playing games. Our daughter recently moved to the area so we would definitely love to stay at the cottage again!

Loved staying in Korene’s place. It was very comfortable, bright, and clean. Korene was very responsive and helpful. We felt right at home. I highly recommend the space and the host!!!

We had a lovely stay at the condo. It was the most comfy place to get snowed in. We received about a foot of snow the night we checked in and Seasons was very helpful to continually plow and shovel walkways. We explored the property and had fun sledding down hills with our tube. The condo is very clean and comfortable and has everything you may need. It was still decorated for the holidays which was a nice touch as well. The electric fireplaces worked great and were so pretty to look at. All of the furniture was very cozy and comfortable. The carpet throughout is great on cold days. We highly recommend a sleigh ride at Nestlenook farm if staying in the winter. Living Shores Aquarium is down the block and a great place to visit with kids. Diana’s Baths is a short drive away and beautiful to explore in the snow. Our daughter loved seeing the frozen waterfall. There are lots of restaurants nearby. We can’t wait to come back and see it during the summer months.

My kids and I had a great time skiing and Daniel’s place was cozy and welcoming to come back to. We had what we needed and the place was clean and host was friendly. Walkable to so many things, too! For a quick trip where we were out and about for most of the day, this was a prefect place to stay.

Oliver is a great host, great communication. I stayed at his place for multiple weeks and it was amazing.

What a fabulous place! Our family of four used Annie’s place for a ski week and it was perfect. Beautiful, comfortable, spacious. Great kitchen and dining room. Great location. And Annie was a fantastic, proactive host. One thing I’ll note (and I’m sure someone else has too): the stairs to the upstairs bedrooms are very steep. Not a big deal, but something to note. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Kelley and Jim are great hosts! We requested a reservation the day before we were to arrive. They were responsive and communicated well about check-in and location. We were greeted personally by Kelley. She had warm home, baked bread, farm fresh eggs from her chickens in the refrigerator, and a bottle of wine. The apartment was cozy, and the perfect location for our needs. Snow was cleared, so the apartment was easily accessible as were the roads. This was such an incredible place to stay! The whole mansion is absolutely stunning, the surroundings and views are beautiful. However, what made this stay truly special was the incredible kindness and hospitality of the host. This was a wonderful experience and we are all looking forward to our next stay!

Such a great deal considering the price and amenities. The location was quite a drive from our destination but it was close to other places like Okemo and Woodstock. Beautiful surroundings. A warm full size pool in the winter time is unbeatable. Place was clean when we arrived. The building was quiet and peaceful. No issues with noise nor difficulty with checking in.

Great stay, lots of room. Front desk was super friendly.

Really nice place it had lots of fun amenities! My only complaint is that there were some basics that were missing from the kitchen (salt, pepper, olive oil, cutting board etc.).
