My daughter and I stayed while she was attending a swim meet. Great location to the meet, downtown, and 25-30 min drive to Madeira Beach where we would spend our afternoons. Great location and perfect accommodations for our needs.

There is a second room that is adjacent to the common area but you still have COMPLETE privacy to your room and kitchen and bathroom. I plan on booking both rooms my next trip with my buddies cause this was just PERFECT. The outdoor common area was so cute and photogenic. Nice and private and very peaceful. No noise whatsoever.

We had a great 2 night stay at Richards place. The accommodation is private, in a quiet and safe neighbourhood and perfect for a short stay. The bed was very comfortable and we had everything we needed - the amenities are great. Would return again!

We enjoyed our stay - comfortable apartment, walkable neighborhood with a wide variety of restaurants and shops, friendly host. We would return and highly recommend a stay here. Convenient location to both downtown and nearby beaches.

I stayed at Karina's lovely 3-bedroom house 2/15/25-3/15/25. The place was clean, comfortable, and well-supplied. The pool was great. I was in there a lot. The temperature was about 73 degrees. The beach is about 1 hour away (due to traffic). There were many restaurants, grocery stores, LA Fitness, and anything else you might need nearby. If you like dive bars - go to Joy Bar. It has 2 pool tables, 2 dart boards, and cheap drinks. Karina communicated well and promptly. I would absolutely stay here again.

Priyank was the absolute best host. Very prompt at responding, kind, and easy to speak with. The house was absolutely stunning. VERY clean, modern, cute and quaint. The little things matter and made us feel at home (paper towels, coffee, toilet paper, tissues, vacuum, water bottles, accessible remotes/tvs, extra pillow/blanket, bathroom needs, and so much more). Those small amenities and going the extra mile are what I will remember and make me want to come back. Felt safe in the area, price was very reasonable. It’s hard to find a nice, clean place that is reasonably priced. Very easy check in and out. Cant say enough good things about this Airbnb and Priyank. I was extremely impressed and will absolutely be coming back to stay here!

Owner easy to deal with and flexible as our needs changed during hurricane recovery. There was an internet issue…. Totally out of their control with a cut fiber due to storm damage tree removal. They communicated status and eta for fix about every 6 hours. Great concern for our needs as well as proactive communication.

Tatyana was wonderful. We asked for help with door open instructions and Wi-Fi Pw, and she responded in less than 5 min. Since we accessed the door multiple times, the key pad battery was low, she came right over within 10 min. We enjoyed our vacation so much. And we will definitely book this place again.

Davis’s place was welcoming, super clean, and convenient. The backyard had a putting green, tiki bar, and fire pit, just wish we’d had the time to take advantage of those amenities. We hope to be able to return to the area again and if so, will check to see if this property is available to stay at again.

We booked Daniels home because it was dog friendly and also a perfect location. We were traveling to Florida for my daughters wedding which was held nearby at "Flower Farms Event Venue". We had to bring my dog because all of our dog sitters were also attending the wedding. My dog Rocket loved running around the fully fenced yard sniffing all of the beautiful plants and flowers. Rocket gave the yard a 10 out of 10 score and I appreciated the pooper scooper. The home is clean and beds comfortable. The kitchen is fabulous and has every gadget that you would ever need. I would definitely stay again. Oh and we can't forget the fun little nursery/farmers market on the corner...within walking distance. The produce was fabulous.

This beautiful home is ready for vacationers. The hose provided beach chairs, cooler, umbrella, etc. The big backyard includes 2 sections for dogs. The home feels large with it's open floor plan!

Our family had a wonderful time at this condo! We enjoyed waking to see the ocean every day and also had enough space to relax on our vacation. Helena provides a beach bag with towels and sand toys that were a very nice touch for our beach day. The staff at the bar/restaurant were great and we also felt safe with the 24 hour security guards on duty. This place really made our trip extra special!

Sylvia was a great host and very responsive. The location was great and close to family. The view from the condo was spectacular with beautiful sunsets. Great for bird watching. Nice quiet area. Would recommend to family and friends.

Scott was exceptionally accommodating during our stay! My daughter and I enjoyed touring the University of Tampa, and Scott, whose son also attended the University, shared invaluable insights and suggestions. The pristine and peaceful Airbnb offered breathtaking sunsets from the private balcony! We are already looking forward to our next visit. A heartfelt thank you to Scott for making our trip memorable!

We came for an event at Yuengling Center and couldn’t have been happier with our choice! It was the shortest possible walk to the venue which was perfect and the unit was just what we needed for the weekend with 2 couples. The space was a lot bigger than the pictures seemed and we loved the two patios! Kara was proactive with sharing important messages, tips, and instructions so we didn’t have many questions or issues. Also very responsive if needed. I’d highly recommend!

The condo was very clean and well organized. Very spacious. The rep for Al was helpful, responded to questions quickly, very pleasant. The location was perfect for our purposes. Would recommend.

1,000 characters is not enough to express how wonderful my stay was here. Check in was extremely easy, Jen was so generous to allow us to check in nearly two hours early. The place was not only spotless, there was even relaxing music playing as we entered. The parking pass is extremely easy to use. The AirBNB is in such close proximity to the beach you can walk, scooter (VEOS station right on the corner), or if you choose to drive there is Zone 1B parking by the pier. I’d highly recommend Spa Beach, family friendly. I cannot go with mentioning our lovely neighbors. Dennis is next door, we chatted over wine on the front shared patio. (Great spot to people watch!) Sierra is the upstairs neighbor, she has a sweet pup named Rowan (you might hear his footsteps from upstairs). You have everything you could possibly need here. Full kitchen. Dishwasher. Washer/Dryer. Shower/Tub + jacuzzi jets! Plenty of storage. Comfy bed! Truly this place is wonderful. For a couple or two friends! Thanks
