The village of Monolithos is built at an altitude of 700 meters and is 56 kilometers from Rhodes. It is located on the southern side of Mount Akramytis and extends southwards towards Cape Fournoi.

The house is located in the center of the village of Emponas, which is 38 km away from the island's airport and 54 km from the city of Rhodes. It has one bedroom with a king-size bed including a toilet and one bedroom with a double bed, which has a toilet with a shower. There is a kitchen, dining room, seating area, courtyard and barbecue. Less than 100 meters away are all shops of interest such as supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, and traditional shops with local products.

La casa es acogedora y funcional. Somos Kyriakos Konstandakis y Anna Yallouraki, nietos de la abuela Paraskevi, a quien pertenecía esta maravillosa casa. Nuestro amor por la casa de la abuela nos motivó a renovarla con absoluto respeto.
