Es un alojamiento en un pequeño pueblo en las montañas de Rodas. Tranquilo y lejos de los tumultos. Hemos estado muy bien. La chica que nos enseño la casa fue muy amable. Nos trajo melón para refrescarnos, y Nicolás siempre estuvi muy atento. Fantástico.

Varázslatos hely, az izgalmas belső és külső terek harmonikusan illeszkednek egymáshoz, az intarziás, régi faágy a stúdió dísze. Mindkét teraszról pompás kilátás nyílik a tengerre, a vízpartra vezető utat illatos, medditerrán növények szegélyezik, este ki van világítva. A lejáró végén egyszerre csak elénk tárul a fenséges, kristálytiszta Földközi tenger. Észak- kelet felé ellátni a Lindosi félszigetig, dél-nyugatra a végtelen tengerpart nyújtózik. Leontios lejárójának a végében, közvetlenül a vízparton egy kis bambusznád sátor áll, ami megvéd a nap hevétől. 5 kilométeres körzetben nincs se bolt, se buszmegálló. Akinek ez problémát jelent, az jobb, ha autót bérel. Leontios gyors és segítőkész házigazda, az elutazásunk reggelén elküldte értünk a sofőrjét, aki elvitt bennunket Gennadiba a buszállomáshoz. A villa méltó a névadójához, Socrateshoz, akárcsak a nagy görög filozófus, ez a hely is megváltoztatja az embert: többé, jobbá teszi.

The blue villa was fantastic. Lovely bathroom and well equipped kitchen. It was clear that the accommodation was well thought out. We enjoyed breakfast on the veranda because of the sunshades and evenings after the beach. The washing machine came in very handy so we only needed to travel light! Our hosts we very attentive. What a perfect trip. 😃

Appartamento accogliente e pulitissimo. Ogni due giorni vengono cambiate le lenzuola e gli asciugamani. La spiaggia (praticamente privata) è facilissima da raggiungere scendendo poche scale dalla struttura. È formata in parte da sabbia e in parte da sassolini, il mare ha colori fantastici con scogli e sabbia. Filippos è un host impeccabile, al nostro arrivo ci ha fatto trovare una fruttiera piena di frutta fresca di ogni tipo nonché acqua e birra in frigorifero. Inoltre, ci ha consigliato al meglio sia i ristoranti che i supermercati locali, raggiungibili facilmente a piedi. Tornerò sicuramente il prossimo anno con la mia famiglia perché è ottimo anche il rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Our second stay in the apartment and just as good as the first. Wonderful location right by the sea and close to restaurants and shops. The apartment is light and airy and well equipped with everything you need. We had a very warm welcome from Pantellis (Angelos’s dad). We would definitely stay there again.

Wir sind total begeistert! Die Unterkunft entsprach völlig unseren Erwartungen! Despina und ihr Mann waren super freundlich, immer erreichbar und zuvorkommend! Wir bekamen tolle Tipps für die Umgebung! In der Unterkunft warteten Snacks und kalte Getränke auf uns - absolut klasse! Der Pool und die Außenanlage waren gepflegt und super sauber, der Pool war Wahnsinn und gerade mit Kind einfach toll! Wir kommen wieder! Vielen lieben Dank! ♥️♥️

Vi ble godt mottatt. Flott leilighet - rent og pent. Rene håndklær og sengetøy hver dag. Ønsket oss havutsikt, og det fikk vi. Kort veg (100m) til koselig sentrum - og mange gode spisesteder. Stille og rolig sted, uten bråk og musikk. Anbefaler virkelig Gennadi Appartements!!!!

The apartment was very clean and spacious, with two air conditioners that kept it warm despite the cold ground-level floors. The property is new, modern, and beautifully designed. The pool area is lovely, though it was a bit too cold to swim. The hosts were incredibly responsive, left us thoughtful treats, and quickly fixed a door issue. There's also a charming village nearby with a great bakery. We had an amazing stay and would love to return!

Super Lage, tolles Zimmer! Auch um nachts auf dem Balkon zu schlafen und die endlosen Sterne zu sehen. Morgens hat man den Sonnenaufgang im Blick und Abends den Sonnenuntergang. Ruhige Gegend, ein Auto ist zu empfehlen. Ich würde wieder kommen.

What a fantastic accommodation, perfect location and spectacular view from the balcony. Great communication by the host and we stayed 1 night but wished we had booked longer, we will be back to this place for sure!

Μια υπέροχη εμπειρία στο πανέμορφο νησί της Χάλκης! Η Villa Praxithea βρίσκεται σε απόσταση αναπνοής από το λιμάνι, με πολύ εύκολη πρόσβαση. Ένα υπέροχο σπίτι, με απίστευτα όμορφη θέα! Κατά την άφιξή μας, μας υποδέχτηκε η Runi, η οποία μας είπε μερικά πράγματα για το σπίτι και ήταν πολύ φιλική και διακριτική. Ερχόταν κάθε μέρα για να πάρει τα σκουπίδια. Το σπίτι πέρα από πολύ όμορφο ήταν πολύ τακτοποιημενο και καθαρό! Επίσης, μας άφησαν να φύγουμε αργότερα από την ώρα του check out μιας και υπήρχε η δυνατότητα, ωστόσο αυτό δεν θεωρείται αυτονόητο σε άλλους χώρους. Επιπλέον, ο κύριος Ιάκωβος επικοινώνησε μαζί μας για να μας ρωτήσει αν είναι όλα εντάξει με το σπίτι. Συστήνεται ανεπιφύλακτα!

Wir haben eine sehr erholsame Zeit in dieser Wohnung verbracht. Besonders gut hat uns gefallen, dass wir sozusagen einen Privatstrand hatten und dass die Wohnung alles hatte, was wir brauchten. Es ist schon praktisch, wenn man ein Auto hat um Ausflüge zu machen oder die Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Gennadi zu erreichen. Marius war sehr hilfsbereit und die Kommunikation mit ihr war sehr unkompliziert.

La casa è nuovissima, molto carina e confortevole. Perfetta per due persone, ma anche in tre è comoda. È pulita e c'è tutto quello che serve. La posizione sul porto è ottima in una zona tranquilla e silenziosa. La proprietaria Christina è stata gentilissima sia nella fase della prenotazione sia durante il soggiorno, e ci ha organizzato tutti i trasferimenti a Rodi. All'arrivo ci hanno accolto i proprietari del bar sotto la casa: molto gentili e disponibili sono stati un buon punto di riferimento per noi. È stata un'esperienza positivissima che probabilmente ripeteremo!!

We had a very pleasant experience in Livadia! Antonis was a very welcoming, friendly and uncomplicated host. His laidback attitude immeadiatley got us into a relaxed holiday mood. The Studio by the Sea is small, but clean and provided everything necessary. Livadia is close to the port, has nice bars and restaurants and was the perfect basecamp for exploring the island by bus/hiking. The biggest plus was of course that the sea is right in front of the studio! We would definitely visit again.

We couldn’t believe the value for money here- Amazing!!! The apartment is so spacious and clean. We had two bathrooms and two bedrooms, and two balconies! Great Wi-Fi speed, comfy beds, washing machine on site, 3 swimming pools to choose from. The beach is only a couple of minutes walk and it is stunning and private. Supermarket, bakery and cafes around the corner. Our flight was delayed and we arrived very late- but someone greeted us with the keys with no problem at all. We will definitely be back!

Excellent location. Regularly cleaned. Everything we needed for a few weeks stay. Lovely large balcony with great views. A list of numbers for local services would have been useful. We didn’t need a doctor but if we had, we had no way of knowing how to contact one.
