I am still in Awe of the Location & Interiors especially! It is a cosy home away from home. I stayed 3 nights. I cooked almost 2 meals a day der. excellent Location and view. You can enjoy nice beach view & Sunset just sitting in the huge private balcony. I did Sip my coffee with my breakfast there and enjoyed evenings & late night chilling on a swing & relaxing chair. Nice Studio woth colorful tapestry. Balcony, Bedroom, Kitchen, Bath area & Lobby all were spacious & well defined. We enjoyed cooking with all the basic amenities available. Bath area was squeaky clean. Lipy is welcoming & helpful. All in all Good Value Home with Cosy & Comfortable stay. The Balcony, View & Location is the TRP. Total Privacy with things available inside the house & around. One of the Best Stay & Vacay ! 5☆

Grant's place has everything you need to have an amazing time is Goa. It's located near Ashwem Beach and is just 2 minutes walk away from the sea. Perfect location with lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. The checkout was smooth. Special shoutout and thanks to Nigel who helped us with everything and made us feel welcomed in the home. He explained everything so well and we loved his happy vibe. The kitchen is very well-equipped and has everything that you might need to cook delicious meals. The apartment is super clean and has beautiful interiors. As a sustainable living enthusiast, I was so happy to see all the cleaning supplies and products eco-friendly and sustainable. Loved every bit of our stay. Thank you Grant and Nigel for making our stay comfortable. ❤️

we booked the cottage but then decided to go for the main villa. Ms Nandita was kind enough to consider our request at short notice. The place itself is a rustic beauty. The charm of being isolated and the feel of having a house and then garden and then the beach was fully lived at this property. The view from balcony or having your meal sitting by the pool area was soulful. The place is isolated but then that's the charm of this place. Being in the midst of nature and yet a luxurious stay to live at. It's not just the villa but the experience that comes along as you don't feel the need to step out. The beach itself is clean beautiful and amongst the lesser known marvels. Special mention for caretaker Ram and his family who make you feel at home and are so courteous. Visit this place for the unique experience one might get. It's far from the market or the noise of city and that's what makes this place special. Already planning for next visit soon. 2 nights stay wasn't enough.

Vielleicht das schönste Zimmer in ganz Arambol. Man wohnt direkt bei der Familie in einem kleinen Apartment, das wie ein Penthouse ist. Ein grosser Raum mit allem was man braucht. Schön eingerichtet, mit BohoStyle. Grosszügiger Schrank und alles vorhanden was man braucht. Besonders die Beleuchtung und die Aussicht zu allen vier Seiten auf die wunderschöne Naturumgebung sind hervorzuheben. Wir haben uns hier wie zuhause gefühlt, und Ricardo war immer sofort erreichbar und hat direkt Lösungen geboten, wenn wir etwas gebraucht haben. Ein rundum positives Erlebnis. Had a great stay at Sumedha’s place in Goa! The location was perfect—easy access to the beaches and lots of good restaurants nearby. The home was clean and comfortable, and Sumedha was a helpful and responsive host. Highly recommend!
