The place itself is astonishingly good despite the presence of mosquitos and insects (better to have off lotion) since its an open air ventilation so most of the time insects would just fly in and out. We didn't get the chance to start a bonfire tho since the wood is wet but would be nice if the caretakers set aside some dry wood for the guests to maximise the deal. Only cons here are the insects and hot humidity in the morning since ( there is no air-conditioning ) which is a must for back up during summer season. Grateful for the experience and responsiveness of our hosts.

It is in a slightly remote area in Antipolo but still easy to find through Google Maps. The bungalow is ok but could use a little more cleaning. Still had a great time! The place is peaceful and can help you reset :) Kitchen is complete with all the utensils you need. Although there is no signal, Wi-Fi is strong. Bedroom has AC. We didnt expect it would get cold because of some openings on the window but surprisingly, it did its job. Karaoke has a fee of 500.

It was an awesome experience for our family, the location was private as described, very nice, the staff were friendly, and helpful.

Get your social media ready because your going to have amazing new photos after staying at Grace's place. The views and the property are both worthy backgrounds for your pursuits and your pictures. Both during the day with amazing cityscape at night. Bring a tripod if you have one. Grab food is limited, at least for me to McDoc and Andocks, but my gf also got KFC. With grocery delivery from several outlets we were set. We did not take advantage of the beautiful outdoor kitchen/cooking space. But next time we will. The houseman was also great. Extremely helpful and very low key. Rare to find someone who talks directly with me (as a foreigner) rather than my Filipina partner, and it was much appreciated. Getting to town is maybe 20 minute drive, 7-11 etc... oh and we also failed to try the ATV rental, but heard it's a great time Thanks to both Grace and her staff. We hope to be back.

Ambiance: warmth and relaxing. -The house is clean and cozy. All equipment is readily available and functioning properly. -Room: pleasant aroma (fresh bedding). -Complete kitchenware. -Emergency preparation resources are available; however, they lack detailed information. -The owner is very responsive whenever we have a problem. - **Security Issue:** The sliding doors and windows cannot be locked properly. Better sana view if maganda weather but sadly rainy less enjoyable sa mga possible outdoor activities.

Very nice and relaxing place. Good location in the middle of a forest. No phone signal but they have wifi for guests. Only complain was the electric power seems underpowered.

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The staff is kind and very accomodating. The place is clean and big. It's quiet and it's nice to relax. The room is big and there are many beds. It's really nice in their place, it's cold especially at night. Malakas ang starlink 😊Thank you for welcoming us.

Would definitely visit again. We stayed during the summer but we were suprised that the place was cold esp at night. Very peaceful. appreciate the gesture of giving us unlimited coffee daily, the welcome coconut drinks and visit to their camp site by the river.

The place is especially good for a retreat, away from the bustling cities and the noise. It's a refreshing view and helps you really connect with nature. The place is a little far from convinience store, and about a 10 min hike but it's a perfect get away. If you plan to stay a little longer than overnight, you may want to consider bringing a cooler as the mini fridge won't be sufficient for foods especially for a big group. Overall, it's a nice experience, both the host and caretaker were extremely accommodating and can offer flexible arrangement as long as properly communicated and there's no other guests for the next day.

Good place. Very accommodating host and personnels. Lot of things to do. Worth the price. Although, bumpy access road going into the property, but manageable. Very accessible, just 1 ride from SM Masinag and 1 tryk ride.

The pool was amazing, the teepee houses were a unique and fun touch, and the river experience was truly the highlight of our trip – we'll never forget it! Even the brief brownout we experienced was a minor inconvenience, easily overshadowed by all the positives. The cold weather was surprisingly pleasant, and the comfortable beds ensured we slept soundly. We loved it so much that we even requested an extension on our checkout time to soak it all in! Lunti is one of the best places to stay in Infanta. Place is quiet, clean and comfortable. Staff are friendly and helpful. Rowena is also very responsive to all my inquiries. Highly recommended and will definitely book again.

Me and my family really did enjoy our stay in AJ's place. It's a family friendly staycation house. My parents enjoys the scenery and the province vibe while my nephews enjoy the pool and the available sports amenities of this place. My mom also love the kitchen area. All in one place. It’s a home away from home, so far the best place i’ve booked in Airbnb. I will definitely come back. The place is a piece of paradise, having the nice view or sierra madre mountains. We saved money by bringing our own food, there’s no need to go restaurant since the kitchen is well equipped with complete utensils. We had our toasted mallows and grilled hotdogs in the bonfire, it is the first time for my son who experience the boyscout campfire experience. Super 360 great view from front porch till backyard. It felt like the karate kid scene in japan. Pool water is from natural spring waters with no chlorine. With comfy beds and clean sheets. The design of the house has farm in san benito feels. Caretaker is helpful too. We will come back soon one day is not enough.

The place is great if you want to bond with your friends. I enjoyed our stay there, however, the directions going there is too difficult and the road is very bumpy causing us to arrived at the place late at night. Signages should be put to recognize the direction going to the main road. Overall, it's a great stay!
