We had such a peaceful and wonderful stay at Kate and John's Airbnb! The property itself is absolutely gorgeous, offering a serene and relaxing atmosphere. Kate and John were incredibly friendly and welcoming, greeting us at check-in and making sure we had everything we needed. Their sweet dog, Spike, was a delightful bonus! The space was well-stocked with everything we could possibly need, and the bed was super comfortable. Evenings spent in the hot tub were the perfect way to unwind. Kate and John also provided great recommendations for local grocery stores and beautiful parks for walking, which made our stay even better. Overall, this was an incredible stay, and we would absolutely come back. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful and cozy getaway!

We needed somewhere to stay for the Florida game. Kimia was proactive about check in, and very friendly and helpful. The space was very cozy with a great view, and within walking distance of several restaurants and the stadium.

We came to Gainesville for a Florida football game. Amy’s place was conveniently located near campus and a quiet, cozy retreat before and after the big game. The condo was well stocked and peaceful. Amy was very communicative and very thoughtful making sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. Great stay! Would stay again!

I was very happy with the apartment. It was clean and roomy, and there were clear instructions for everything. There was a reasonable and short list of “things to do before checking out”. The neighborhood is quiet and, although I didn’t bring my dog along, it’s a very pet-friendly area. Right across the small street (with practically no traffic) is the community pool and gym, to which you are allowed access. Around the pool is a grassy/wooded area where you can take a pet, and the neighborhood has lots of walking paths. Restaurants and the Saturday Farmer’s Market are within a very short walk, and there is a small play set area next to the closest restaurants, which offer outdoor seating and sometimes live music. I spent a lot of time on the balcony because the weather was beautiful. I’d definitely stay here again!

Vacasa/host was very responsive when needed and had questions and the apartment was very clean and modern. If local host was not available, the chat feature provided a good backup for questions . A great location to the nearby indoor track which was the purpose of our visit. There are two bedrooms and sofa. There were sufficient kitchenware to cook but cooking utensils were limited to mostly silverware. Will definitely look to this place if we return !

Margaret's place it great. I had to bring my dog for consultation at the University of Florida Small Animal Hospital and Margaret's place is literally 2 blocks away so it was perfect for me! The university is right around the corner and very convenient for everything on Archer. The complex is very quiet and easy to get to. The parking is right outside the door and check-in was a breeze. Will definitely stay again if it's available.

Maria‘s rental was just as stated in her listing. It was very clean, kitchen was well furnished, and the back seating area was so peaceful. We truly enjoyed our stay. Also, Maria did a great job of communicating with us prior to, during, and after our stay. Would definitely rent her place again if we were in the area

Host was extremely responsive and very helpful. Property is a little outdated and pool was dirty. Surrounding area a little run down but plenty of space in this condo.

This place was great, exactly as described. I would stay at one of Giri’s listings again! We used this condo for a very last minute and quick trip to watch a cousin graduate. The 6 of us had plenty of space and were very comfortable for our short stay.

A very nice apartment that is in general quiet and comfortable. It’s a ways outside of town, but not too far.

This is a two-level condo in a large but quiet development with the bedrooms above the living and kitchen space. Easy access to major roads made travel easy, and large, open, comfortable space on the first floor made it the perfect place to relax and recover between events at an athletic competition twenty minutes west. Restaurants within a mile (eg, BJs for dinner and First Watch for breakfast) made eating easy when we were too tired to cook. The host responds within minutes (literally) to every question. We will be back!

My family and I can't express enough gratitude to Sandra, our host, for her exceptional hospitality during a very stressful time while we were abruptly displaced by Hurricane Milton. From the moment we arrived, her kindness shone through, especially when she accommodated our early check-in. With the storm looming, the gorgeous sanctuary provided us with much-needed peace of mind and safety. The property's multi-room layout was perfect for our family, allowing us to have personal space while still being together. Highlights were a neighborhood stroll and gathering in the beautifully serene pool area, catching a glimpse of a reddish, Florida sky while unwinding. The combination of comfort and beauty made our stay not just safe, but truly enjoyable. Thank you once again to our wonderful host for making our stay so memorable in such challenging circumstances. We truly appreciate your generosity and hospitality!

This was an great experience everyone was extremely nice and friendly at the resort my rental was nice clean and cozy we brought our electric bikes and left them outside the entire time and didn't have to worry about them at all which was pleasant I'm definitely planning to visit again soon and thanks to the best host ever Melissa!

This place is a hidden gem! Close enough to everything you could do in the Gainesville area but far enough away to be away from the hustle and bustle. Heather was super helpful with suggestions for my family and very responsive whenever we reached out. Loved the little neighborhood and the other residents were nice as well. Additionally, the little things that Heather did for us really hit home, super sweet of her! When we come back to Gainesville, we will be staying here.

Kids loved the pool. The house was very clean, the beds slept well They had nice towels which I feel is rare, shampoo body wash and conditioner which was also nice. Extra linens towels and pillows You have to stop in the flying boat for a craft beer and pizza! Good music as well.

Another wonderful stay at Matthew’s place in Ocala! This was our second time staying and we are already looking at dates to book for next year. The house is exactly like the pictures and very comfortable. The furniture and carpets and kitchen and bedrooms are very clean. All the linens are labeled and had extras. They provided lots of paper products for us and fun games for the kids to have in the yard. There’s a huge garage, which is easy for loading and unloading. Had a backyard that we did not use enough but there’s a lot of space to the lot. We are not fans of charcoal so didn’t use the grill. The bedrooms are spacious and each has a set of drawers in them. Matthew was super responsive. Anytime we had difficulty he responded and even refunded us for a night when there were local water issues that impacted our stay even though it was out of his control and not his fault, he still went above and beyond to make us happy. It was another great Florida circuit in our home away from home!

Would highly recommend this peaceful property. Our employees loved having this peaceful and beautiful location to rest and wake up to the peaceful surroundings the next morning after working hard all day. Their stay here was good for morale and productivity. The property is gorgeous, comfortable, well maintained and would be a great place for vacation. Host were great, friendly and helpful. Very clean! We really enjoyed our stay at the incredible home! Very close to everything you need in ocala. Next time we are visiting ocala this will be our first option!
