Brilliant location for St Ives. The hill was no problem, nor was parking in the car park along the road (£10.50 per day). Our girls (8 and 11) loved their room and my wife and I felt the same about ours. Super comfy bed and lovely view. Also great to be able to wash and tumble dry our clothes. Highly recommend this brilliant apartment and will definitely be staying again.

The view was outstanding! The walk to the beach was easier than I expected. I had forgotten my AirPods in the apartment and Katherine has generously offered to mail the back to me. She’s very helpful. The town only had a few amenities but it was still okay. It was the view that particularly sold me.

Myself and my friend stayed here for a few nights and it was spot on. The location is perfect with the sea view room and lounge, we enjoyed morning breakfast from the bench seating next to the big open windows. The hosts were very easy to communicate with and through that we were able to drop our bags earlier than check in. Overall the whole stay was wonderful and it was in the perfect location

Mike you’re awesome, property is great with a wonderful view. Mike keeps it super clean and has provided what you could need to have a great stay. The beach view and waking up to the sound of the waves is priceless. Total gem

We had a great few days in Liz’s little apartment, 2 adults and a teenager. A lovely place with a huge comfy bed! So convenient for the beach and some great eateries!

Thank you, a lovely stay…..was worried about 1 full bedroom for 7 of us but actually worked fine - had all we needed and wow what an amazing views of the beach and dunes! Great communication from Miranda and wonderful to be back in Perranporth!

The property is terrific and located in a particularly lovely part of the world. Easy walk to the beach, easy drive to local amenities, stores, and restaurants (also entirely walkable, though you may have to deal with lots of traffic and roundabouts depending where you are headed). On the couple of occasions when I did reach out to Lizzy and Scott, they responded quickly and completely. Everything in the property was as described or better, especially including the comfortable sun room and the huge back garden. I couldn't have wished for a better experience.

This house is in simply the best location for the town and beach. The house is home for home and the kitchen has every utensil you need and the bathroom is great. The courtyard is a lovely intro in the afternoon too. My only slight reservation: we are a family of 5 and I think the house is more suited to a family of four. The living areas and kitchen/diner feel smaller than the photos look.

We had a wonderful holiday in the perfect location. From Ocean’s Edge, perched above the glorious Smugglers’ cove, the views are outstanding. All necessities are provided plus a welcoming bottle of Prosecco. We look forward to returning!

Excellent location. Super big house for our family celebration

Lovely base for a weekend in Newquay. The house is in a great location. Plenty of space for our group of four, comfortable beds and big communal areas downstairs. We didn't use the garden much but it's a nice space and great to have the option. There was a small issue with the flush in the downstairs toilet, but we weren't home a lot so it didn't really affect our stay too much. Ellie was very responsive and helpful in trying to resolve it. We would definitely stay here again!

Just got back from a week at Shaun’s place. Had a brilliant time. Easy to find and park. 5 min walk to beach, great Chippy, Pub and shop. The house was very clean and in great condition. I don’t think the pics really do it justice. It’s an upside down house and the top floor is open plan with amazing views. Communication with Shaun was prompt and helpful. Definitely going to book again!

We had a fabulous stay at this quirky little house. We felt right at home and really didn’t want to leave! The view from the house is absolutely stunning. We felt like we could sit on the balcony all day, mesmerised by the sea. The house had everything you could possibly need. We will definitely be back. Thank you Barbara :)

Becky and Alex's flat has beautiful views and they give very clear and thorough instructions. They also let you know what to expect in advance regarding the road leading to the flat and they give you several different parking options, which were really helpful. The place had everything we needed and it was really cozy!

Exemplary apartment, very well equipped. Really close to beaches and walkable into town. We absolutely loved our time here and couldn’t believe how beautiful the space was! Highly recommend :)

We had a wonderful stay in the apartment. The view is exactly as it looks in the pictures and is so pretty! The location is within great distance to anything you could want or need. The apartment itself was really clean, well kept and nice and cosy. Julia is a great host, making everything smooth and easy and was incredibly polite! We will definitely be back to enjoy this lovely place again I can’t recommend it enough! :)

We had a great bank holiday stay at Alex's apartment. The accommodation was perfect and had everything we needed, and was just a short walk to the beach. There were some nice welcome touches of some snacks for us and for the pooch too!

Stayed here over the New Year period and it was perfect. Great location, the sea view was spectacular and the log burner was a great addition given the cold weather. Local pubs were so friendly and food was great. Will definitely return, thank you.

We had an amazing midweek stay, thought it was very good value, even out of summer holidays loads to do and open your door and you’re overlooking the beach. Apartment was spotless and even on the rainy days we loved just using the boardgames and enjoying the comfort! Very friendly and helpful hosts, hopefully we can stay again!!

We have just returned from a memorable stay at Tina’s apartment. The location couldn’t be more ideal. Just a stones throw from the beautiful beach and brilliant cafes. We could’ve spend our whole time venturing no further than that! The apartment itself has everything you need, especially as you’ll be spending most of your time outdoors enjoying the gorgeous surroundings.
