Fully renovated from top to bottom, nothing missed, including a full service kitchen, beautiful living/dining area, big screen smart tv with netflix, high speed internet and luxury linens throughout.

There is easy access to downtown art galleries and cultural attractions, the medical campus and Elmwood Avenue with its diverse shops and restaurants. The guest space is a large one bedroom apartment ideal for a couple or a single visitor. Please no events or gatherings. This is a smoke free house. Please don’t smoke. Artair has a three night minimum stay .

Take it easy at this remodelled, well stocked, peaceful, family friendly, vacation spot. Fish, swim, kayak, golf, visit wineries or just watch nature. Located in Sunset Bay, a beautiful sandy beach on Lake Erie, 10 minute walk away. This is a beach community, during the summer it is very active, two beach bars in the bay. There are boat launches nearby. Trains pass nearby, which may disturb your sleep. This area is 40-50 min. drive to the Buffalo/Niagara Falls area.

It is an 8-10 minute drive from downtown and the Falls and a very short walk to a bus stop that will take you where you need to go. We are less than 20 minutes from Kissing Bridge and Buffalo Ski Center. We're a quick 30 minute drive to the city of Buffalo and 40 minutes from Niagara Falls.
