We had an incredible stay at Filipe's apartment! It is absolutely beautiful, with tasteful decorations and impeccable maintenance. It was spotlessly clean, with great heating that made it cozy and comfortable. The neighborhood is fantastic—quiet and peaceful, yet conveniently close to the park, zoo, bars, and restaurants. Parking was easy, and the welcome instructions were clear and stress-free. The Wi-Fi was excellent, which made it easy to stay connected, and Filipe's communication throughout my stay was outstanding—he was attentive, helpful, and quick to respond. This was hands down one of the best Airbnb experiences I've had. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a perfect place to stay!

A diamond in the rough! Fantastic location and cozy living space made our stay even more perfect while visiting with family. The home was cozy and clean and offered all the amenities you could need, like a home away from home. Our fur baby was able to quickly acclimate to being away from home given the extreme comfy vibe. If you’re looking for a great space this is the one!

The place was easy to access and perfect for the night we stayed. We had a bigger group and this was very accommodating.

Annette was an excellent communicator. Our group had five and that was the perfect amount for this space. The open plan living room made socializing easy, and the enclosed front balcony was a nice space to start the morning.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Julia's 150 year old home. It was exactly what we were expecting. The house is situated in a good neighborhood with access to many interesting conveniences.

Feel like home. Cozy and comfortable. Lots of restaurants and shopping complex near me. Highly recommended for sure.

The pictures don’t do this place justice! Our stay was amazing! We felt so at home and cozy! Robert was so responsible and went above and beyond for us. He brought us over an iron within 10mins of the request. The bedrooms were all good size. The bathroom was very nice. The location was a perfect short 5min drive to restaurants, convention centers and casino. I would absolutely recommend and book again!

Ryans home was perfect for our weekend stay to see the Bills game. The street was quiet and private and just 5 minutes away were all the stores and restaurants you would ever need. Highmark Stadium was only a 20 minute drive. When we come back for the Bills game next year we will definitely stay with Ryan again!

We rented both orange and clementine houses and was a great space for our large family in town for a wedding in Orchard Park. The host was quick to respond and flexible with check-in and out times and kept the pool open for us for our later September visit and we got to really enjoy it!

Felt right at home. We had a longer stay (3 weeks) so having all the things; laundry, full kitchen, dishwasher.. was perfect. The half circle driveway is great for not only getting out on the busier street but also loading and unloading the car. The beds were so comfy I slept so well. Having everything accessible on the first floor (except laundry) is great for mobility issues and giving second floor and basement space is great for family members to space out. Super happy with our stay and would definitely stay here again. Thank you Sajjad and Jennifer for your hospitality!

We had a great time at Julie’s private hideaway! The house was immaculate, beautifully furnished and very cozy with a gas fireplace in the living room and a lit Christmas tree to greet us! We were in town to see a Bills game and this house is a great find within a 30 minutes of the stadium. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again! Thank you, Julie!

We had a wonderful stay. The kitchen equipment and amenities are by far the best we have experienced in other Airbnb. There are many outlets and good lights. The internet works very well in every room. There are many games and books for adults and children. The designated work area made the apartment very efficient for us. Ibrahim was a most attentive host. When we asked if we could stay to extra hours rather than spending them at the airport, right away he changed the time of arrival for the cleaning crew. A true pleasure to be at this apartment and of course we will come back again.

Stayed here for a couple nights. Great place in a great neighborhood. House was clean and had everything we needed. Kevin was responsive and the entire process was simple. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

Jessica's apartment was just as pictured on the listing. Check in was easy and we had no issues getting into the apartment and settled. Everything was there that we could possibly need for our stay. Its location right next to the Martin House was really special and there is an especially great view from the kitchen windows. The street the house is on is also very picturesque and quintessential Buffalo. There is even a great pub in walking distance, the Parkside Meadow, which was perfect for a quick bite after we got settled in. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our family visit to Buffalo, Jon's home is located in a great area for taking strolls around the neighborhood, and close to some really fantastic restaurants. The home itself was ample space, and for anyone who loves the charm of an old home, this had it in spades. It was really lovely, clean, and had all the amenities a family with a baby could need. We would definitely recommend checking out Jon's place.

I travel a lot for work and family leisure and prefer to stay at airbnbs where they are clean, comfortable, and the host pays attention to detail. This property knocked it out of the park!
