This Victorian style apartment is a fantastic place to use as a base for exploring Niagara Falls. It’s only 10-15 minutes easy walk to Rainbow Bridge and 10 minutes more to Goat Island. The apartment entry system is easy to use and the apartment is more spacious than it appears in the photos, occupying the middle floor of a very large house. We are a family of four and had plenty of room. The expertly done decor is pleasant and relaxing - we enjoyed sitting in the revolving armchairs and watching the view with a cup of tea. The neighbourhood is a bit dilapidated but felt safe. There is a 7 Eleven conveniently situated 5 minutes walk away on the corner of the block and ample parking if you have a car. The single bathroom is Jack & Jill style between the two bedrooms. The WiFi is also really good. Kitchen is well equipped and had plenty of tea and fresh coffee available along with some other extras. Would definitely stay again.

It was great to stay there but they have only one bathroom, not enough utensils as I expected. Overall it was good.

We found Michael and Sharon's first floor apartment to be comfortable and well appointed for our weekend stay. Although we didn't use the kitchen for meal preparations, the kitchen was well equipped if one were to do so. The bathroom was well supplied, and the bedroom was comfortable with extra blankets and pillows readily available. Our host provided many guide books and local listings of things to see and do in the greater Buffalo/Niagara Falls/Western New York Region. We found the location to be convenient for visiting our daughter at the University of Buffalo. We observed that Michael and Sharon's backyard will be bursting in color later in the spring. Other guests will have the pleasure of enjoying the patio and back porch in the late spring and summer days ahead!

Being from Buffalo and visiting family for the holidays, I wanted to find someplace inexpensive but that didn’t feel too cheap or gross. This place was perfect. Clean, felt comfortable and safe, and close to everything. Plus they kept sending helpful suggestions on everything from the best cafes nearby to parking tips. Very thoughtful and great hosts.

It was a last minute stay since the place we had booked cancelled our reservation the day of because of a "plumbing problem" and we were already at our destination. So luckily Billy got us a place for 5 adults and a 1 yr old, and it was perfect. He was such a god send and very very much appreciated!

Fantastic spot!! I'll definitely be staying here again when I return to Buffalo. Truly a stunning home with a big rooms, very comfortable beds, and a clean home. Thank you again Charles for all the local insights and tips. Highly recommend!

Easy access, clean house, very good communication with the host.

This place was great for what we needed. Plenty of space and central enough to everything we wanted to go do. The descriptions are for the most part accurate, beds are new and all big. Couch is also a pull out bed but pretty sunken when in couch form but not too bad since we’re not there most the day. Perfect for sleeping and a meal and to wind down after a long day. Shower is a little small but the removal shower head works fine. Great place for the price. Very fast responses as well.

This is a repeat visit, I have stayed with Gretchen & Stephen before. It is a beautiful, updated farmhouse on a hill with such aesthetically pleasing arts and crafts throughout their home, many of which are made by the hosts. It is colorful and enjoyable wherever you turn. Bedroom is comfortable with comfy bed, dresser, chair. It’s so quiet and welcoming, even the birds come to feed in the garden. Always a pleasure to stay here.

House as listed and shown on this site. There were some negative reviews in the comments I saw but I must say it’s slander. The house was as described, nice and clean and extremely safe. Ac units in every room and nice spacious rooms! Loved this Airbnb and for one night I couldn’t ask for much more. Price was great also and for an entire house. Thank you to the host. Dindo was awesome and made this experience pleasant!

It was a great place to stay. Practical and economical. You need a car to have flexibility when getting around. I practically only spent money on food to cook at home.
