Staying at this stunning home in Cape Town was an absolute dream. From the moment we arrived, we felt an immediate sense of comfort and warmth — it truly feels like a home away from home. Every corner of the house is beautifully and thoughtfully designed, blending style and coziness in the most perfect way and super clean. The outdoor space is simply magical — serene, elegant, and ideal for relaxing at any time of day. Everything is immaculately maintained, and it’s clear how much love and care has gone into every detail. Franziska was an exceptional host — always quick to respond, incredibly kind, loving and genuinely committed to making our stay unforgettable. She goes above and beyond in every way. Stylish Penthouse apt with mountain & ocean views

We loved the views of the mountains and the ocean (for sunsets). Thanks for generously offering to let us leave our luggage in the apartment for the day even after checkout! We're very grateful for the little amenities: milk, coffee, tea, sugar, salt, pepper, wine ... the list goes on :-)

I stayed at this beautiful waterfront villa with my family whilst visiting Cape Town. Very clean apartment and ample space for lounging and relaxing with comfortable beds. Super safe as the compound has high security. Highly recommend, will stay again next time!

What an amazing house, great open plan for everyone to get together and private and quiet bedrooms down the corridor. Convenient outside flatlet for “the parents”. Fantastic overall the hiking and biking options at your doorstep and the beach a short drive or walk always makes this the perfect weekend getaway

The accommodation has the most peaceful and spectacular views of lagoon, mountains and ocean. It is very small but I managed to keep my sanity with 2 teenage boys. I would definitely love to return. The house has everything you need. A little piece of paradise.

Great stay in Franskraal. Beautiful views from the house, and the house is spacious enough. Everything is provided for, including little touches like bags of ice in the freezer, coal for the braai, fresh protea flowers and wood for the fire. Thanks for an excellent stay!

Kelly is the sweetest, and a very communicative host. The place has a great view of the ocean, felt safe, and is in walking distance of camps bay restaurants and the beaches - both camps bay and Clifton. We had AC in one of the bedrooms which was great. We really enjoyed our stay.

The perfect spot for our weekend in kalk bay. Easily walkable to the mountain and the ocean. Great restaurants, shops, book stores and art galleries. The hosts were friendly and helpful and also left us to our privacy. Would definitely stay again.

Check in was seamless and great communication from Lee-Anne. Lee-Anne made us feel right at home from the start. The apartment is extremely clean, well furnished and a great view of Table Mountain! We got a welcome basket with snacks, complimentary milk and water which was a nice gesture. The beds are super comfy, the linen and towels crispy fresh and clean! Had a wonderfull time and will surely return.

Ligger i ett lugnt område, vilket vi uppskattade. Ändå nära till olika sevärdheter som Cape Point, Boulders Beach, Miller's point. Inte långt till Cape Town med allt som finns där. Mycket tillmötesgående värd som gav oss tips om inköp och när man bör resa och var. Enkel men funktionell inredning som hade det man behövde. Bra säng, som vi tycker är viktigt på ett boende. Poolen var stor nog för att få lite motion. Fågel skådning med massor av små vackra "Sugarbirds" gav oss verkligen ett bonus. Rekommenderar detta till de som vill ha ett mysigt och lugnt boende. Wir waren zu acht bei Alex im Haus und hatten eine tolle Zeit und abwechslungsreiche Zeit in Hout Bay. Die Gegend ist mit Kindern sehr zu empfehlen und wir haben uns immer sicher gefühlt.

Our group of 8 had an incredible experience at this home located incredibly close to Johannesdal 1207 wedding venue (our reason for visiting Stellenbosch). Lieb and the staff were incredibly friendly, responsive, and went above and beyond to make our stay a comfortable and memorable one. The house is beautiful and the surroundings are stunning, and this property has some fantastic views on the walking trails. I highly recommend staying here for any trip to the Stellenbosch region!

Our stay was perfect! Every aspect of this home is resplendent of superior laid back opulence and comfort. Susan has meticulously attended to every detail, achieving an immaculate curation of the home. Susan's team was super responsive, kind and clear at all times. It's a perfect stay for families. I stayed with my 2 children, ages 13 and 14, who enjoyed the peaceful neighborhood and comfortable living areas and pool. I cant praise this home enough as well as the responsiveness of the staff who received us. Would recommend again and again!.

Wir wurden von Ryan herzlich empfangen. Die Lage und die Aussicht der Wohnung ist perfekt. Ruhige Gegend. Leider waren wir nur auf der Durchreise und konnten die liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung nur zwei Tage genießen. Es ist alles vorhanden was wir benötigt haben. Falls wir wieder nach Simons Town kommen, würden wir wieder bei Ryan diese Unterkunft buchen. Vielen lieben Dank und viele Grüße aus Emmendingen/Freiburg
