Sophia and her family made us feel comfortable,safe and always a pleasure to talk with. Accommodations were just what we needed. A bright and multipurpose kitchen made it easy to make family meals after a long outing. An amazing Washer and Dryer Her spacious cozy bedrooms helped us to finish the day off with contentment. I highly recommend making the choice to stay at Sophia’s and her family’s place. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Right next to John Hopkins Hospital. 🏥

Excellent quiet stay within walking distance Of Merriweather Post Pavilion. So much variety in where to eat and free parking in the garage make this a must stay for a concert. 15 minute drive to historic Ellicott City for a side trip for shopping. The 3 bedroom unit is very large and well appointed with fantastic views onto the green.

This apartment was great! It looked just like the photos! It was clean and well maintained. Addisu was a great host! He was very helpful and answered all questions that I had. Would visit again!

This is was our second time here, highly recommended! Richard's apartment is very comfortable and his attention to details what made me book this apartment again. Everything you might need during your stay is available for you. The bedding is the best thing about this apartment very soft and good quality. Bathroom and laundry room are convenient and clean. Even simple things like the coffee beans were good quality.

This was our second visit to Paul & Erma’s. It’s in a perfect location for us to visit our son and family in Dover. It’s also very quiet with very little traffic. We especially love the swing, we sit out there in the morning enjoying our coffee and the company of their friendly little gray cat “Smoky.” We couldn’t ask for a better place to stay, it has everything we need. We look forward to go back in the future!

This was a very comfortable apartment for our 4-days stay. From our experience staying nearby, basement apartments can sometimes have unexpected issues. This one has clearly been built right. We had good hot water, great water pressure and very responsive heating & AC. And when we wanted to air things out, we could open windows to let the breeze blow through. The bed was especially comfortable. Kitchen is well supplied. And everything was easy to access. We especially appreciated the TV with a great selection of channels & streaming options. This is a small, galley-style apartment. So be advised that it’s a tight fit. But overall, we have no complaints.

Tom’s place was the perfect stay for my friend and I while we were in town for a concert. He was very responsive, the apartment was clean and cozy, and we had everything we needed. We walked to many of the local establishments in the neighborhood, and his guidebook made our decisions easy and helpful. Had a great time!

Mary's place was everything we hoped it would be. It is historic, walking distance from a wide variety of stores, restaurants etc. in Havre de Grace's quaint downtown. We had a wonderful time and will schedule future getaways to HdG around the availability of this unit!

Great location, quiet. Spacious and clean house. Well connected in terms of grocery stores etc. Host very responsive and helpful. We had a 2 week stay and it was perfect for our needs.

New construction - everything was new and in good condition. The check-in was fine, only thing was that I had to google how to use the electronic door keypad and manual lockbox. Otherwise, a nice little cozy getaway in DC!

Maggie’s house was perfect for our family getaway! You can’t beat this location. It was a quick walk to Eastern Market metro and tons of local shopping/dining options, yet the street was peaceful and quiet. We were able to spread out and relax as a family of three with two dogs. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed. Maggie was responsive and helpful from booking and through our stay. 10/10, would book again.

Super cute house! Perfect location to walk to Naval Academy and all the shops by the City Dock. Great front porch and the house is comfy and pristine! Beds are awesome! Sally was super helpful and communicative! Will definitely stay here again when in Annapolis! Thanks, Sally!

This was a great location to explore DC with our group of friends. It’s a short drive to the other areas of DC. There is are stores, restaurants, and a fantastic coffee shop/bakery nearby. The space is perfect for a small group. The beds re comfortable and the curtains block the light well. Fantastic shower in the upstairs bathroom. Great communication and details for all needs.

We had a nice stay while in town for a wedding! Great for our families together with enough space for four families with children. We were very grateful for their accommodations in setting up some extra air mattresses for the children.

Clarence & Sheila have a really nice place and are great hosts. As a self-proclaimed "hotel person" I was a little hesitant to stay in an Airbnb in a city that I am unfamiliar with. My biggest reservation was what a few reviewers said about the location. To be honest, they were over-exaggerating, the neighborhood and neighbors were fine. Like most urban communities, you may have to ride through some less desirable neighborhoods, but to be honest I didn't feel like the surrounding community was bad at all. As for the property, it was immaculately clean and stocked with snacks. The wifi was strong so I was able to work while there. The place looks exactly like the photos. I appreciated the assurance and quick responsiveness that Sheila provided when I had some pre check-in questions. I would definitely book again.

My husband and I loved our stay at Celia’s place! It was in the perfect spot to explore DC but also a quiet and cozy home to return to at the end of our day. Celia was so kind and went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay! My husband and I were in DC for early birthday celebrations and Celia & Stuart left the sweetest treats and a card— which absolutely made our day! Check in/out was very easy and flexible, and the space was the perfect size and very clean. Thank you again for hosting us! I can’t recommend Celia’s Capitol Hill stay enough!

Es war das perfekte Apartment für unseren Städte Trip! Die Lage am Capitol Hill ist fantastisch und in 20 Minuten Fussnähe zum Capitol und vielen Museen. Es ist ein ruhiges Wohnviertel mit einigen netten Restaurants in der Nähe! Wenn ich nochmals nach Washington D.C gehen werde, würde ich wieder dieses Apartment buchen!

Burke was super friendly and very helpful. Checkin was easy which is great after our drive. The house was clean and matched the description. We’ve already been talking about another DC trip and plan on staying at one of Burkes listings. Thank you Burke for your hospitality and for hosting us so my FIL could meet his newest granddaughter.

Five Stars All Around! I stayed here over Easter weekend with my kids and our small dog, and once again, Alexandria didn’t disappoint. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful—communication was a breeze from start to finish. Check-in was seamless, and the place was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located. One of my favorite things about staying here is how walkable everything is. Great restaurants, charming shops, and clean, quiet streets—this town really knows how to host. We always enjoy our time here, and this stay was no exception. Highly recommend!

I definitely loved this home soooo spotless felt right at home. You might hear people walking here and there BUT it’s not an all the time thing, other than that it’s so peaceful. Kitchen is beautiful and has all the spices you kinda need if you wanna cook, bed was sooooooo comfortable and the living room was so inviting. It’s close to food spots banks grocery stores, etc. I’m definitely booking again.

We had an amazing stay.. the place was exactly as described and very close to all the main tourist spots . Great place to stay if you have young kids too.
