You'll be 4 miles from downtown Ellicottville where you can spend a day walking through the shops, restaurants, brewery and winery. Want outdoor adventure? Holiday Valley is 5 miles away, where you'll find the best skiing, tubing, mountain biking and golfing in the area. We're also just a short drive to Salamanca and Allegany state park where more thrills await!

Relax with the whole family or a bunch of friends at this peaceful place to stay. Farm house on 100 acres with three bedrooms. Two bedrooms with queen beds, and a third bedroom is a bunk room that sleeps SEVEN! Living room has two fold down leather futons. This is a perfect rental for two families! 30 minutes from Highmark Stadium! 10 minutes from the RT 219 Springville Entrance/Exit. 22 minutes to Kissing Bridge Ski Resort. 32 minutes to Ellicottville, NY. The cabin is secluded and not visible from the road. The cabin overlooks a pond where you have access to kayak or paddle boat. There is so much wildlife surrounding the cabin that you can enjoy from the large tall windows. The cabin was remodeled to include all modern amenities while being immersed in nature.

Village Retreat, with four bedrooms and large yard

Enjoy the peaceful, private experience at our village home in Gowanda. The entire house with yard, patio and front porch are included. Downstairs bath updated in 10/23 and half bath (toilet and sink) installed on second floor 1/24. A new playset was added 7/23. Well-behaved pets are allowed with advance notice. Damage or extra cleaning due to pets will be charged. Window AC unit located on first floor and in the 3 upper bedrooms during summer months.
