We had a fantastic stay here! The house was spacious, spotless, and well-equipped with strong WiFi and plenty of TVs to keep everyone entertained. Having three bathrooms was a total game-changer for our group. The neighborhood was peaceful, secure, and quiet—perfect for relaxing. What really stood out was the host, Jennelyn. She was incredibly kind, patient, and communicative, even replying late at night when we had questions. Highly recommend staying here—we’ll definitely be back if we’re in the area again!

The place is big and will fit a big family. My grand kid enjoyed the small pool. Enjoyed our stay!

Prim’s place was fantastic. She is very responsive and she provided all the important information that we need prior arriving her place. The house was clean, with complete equipments especially for cooking and eating and their living room was really wide. Kids and big groups can enjoy get togethers because of it’s wide space. Btw, living room doesn’t have aircon but they have provided 2 electric fans. The bedroom linens are clean and tidy. The master’s is the only bedroom that has aircon. Only downside was it doesn’t have a comfort room at the 2nd floor which would be challenging if you have senior citizens with you. Overall, it was a nice place to stay. Felt like home and a chill place. Thanks Prim!

The place is clean and well-maintained. It has two spacious bedrooms on the second floor, each with a toilet and bath (one located inside the master bedroom), and another bedroom near the kitchen area, where a separate powder room and bathroom are located. The house is very spacious and comfortably accommodated all 13 of us. The pillows, bedsheets, and blankets were super clean and fresh. The kitchen is well-equipped with cookware and utensils, including plates, spoons, forks, knives, glasses, cups, and other cooking tools. Appliances such as a refrigerator, microwave oven, and an induction stove are also provided. It’s also great that the house is equipped with a water heater.

Mylene was very responsive and helped us with all questions immediately. The home is very safe, within a gated community with a guard present at all times as well as gated property itself. The area is residential, but within a short drive or tricycle ride to plenty of grocery stores. The man selling Taho for breakfast walks by every morning! One thing to note; this is a traditional Filipino residence, it is not a western-standard home. The bedroom sizes are not large, but there are plenty of them & 3 of them are air-conditioned. There are 3 bathrooms (one en-suite upstairs, one hallway bath upstairs, and one full bath downstairs) and the two upstairs have hot-water heaters for the showers. While there is no hot-water in the kitchen, there is a water boiler machine (IYKYK) that keeps water hot all day, so you can rinse your dishes in boiling water if that's important to you. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Mylene's place and are grateful for her hospitality.

Great Location: We like the location of Lili’s unit. Easily located by a private car & public transportation is available too. Close to the market and shops. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. Aesthetically Pleasing Residence: Lili’s unit is comfortable and homely. The house is sturdy & the layout is well-designed. It is spacious & inviting as it has plenty of natural light. The furnitures & appliances are all great, as everything you needed are all there. We are impressed by the stylish decors & thoughtful amenities. We really adore the skylight roofing & the patio is incredibly tranquil. WFH-Friendly: The Wi-Fi is fast & reliable. There is a dedicated workspace that made easy to get work done. Host’s Hospitality: Lili is an outstanding host. She is quick to respond & ensures that we had everything we needed. Her instructions & reminders are detailed and complete. I highly recommend this unit for anyone looking to unwind. This is indeed, a home away from home.🫶🏼🤎

Everything was wonderful and we enjoyed our visit, exceeded our expectations! The home was beautifully decorated, incredibly clean, and stocked with thoughtful touches like coffee and cooking supplies . The location was close to malls, restaurants and public transport. This is one of the best Air BnB experience. It was the perfect place to celebrate our birthdays. Though it was quite a challenge to go to the place since Tagaytay road have a bridge ongoing construction, once we got to the driveway we immediately felt at home. It was a nice retreat from the city with the beautiful flowers everywhere. Elaren's quaint home is well thought of. Layout is good. Bedroom downstairs for the seniors. Enough spaces to chill as a family and a complete kitchen. We also appreciate the wood and gas for the bonfire already set-up. We just brought the wrong sticks for grilling our hotdogs. Tree house was under repair though the kids still went up to check it out. Decor was also nice. French countryside feels. Overall our family had a great time making memories in this place. Sam's place is like my second home whenever I visit Manila and we often stay for 3 weeks or more. The place is quiet and private even the building is next to the road which makes it accessible and convenient be it taking public transport, taxi, grab or even just walking to the nearby SM Southmall, 7-11 & tons of food places all around. Sam's place is spacious, clean, and has all the basic amenities needed during our stay. I love that it even has a coffee maker! The hosts, Sam and Michelle were very responsive to our requests when we need something and their staffs were also polite and helpful. I highly recommend Sam's place.

The stay was great, we had a little bump during check in, but otherwise, it was perfect. Property owner and assistant were very accommodating. The property has complete and over the top supplies and ammenities. A highly recommended go-to place in the area.

This was the best AirBnB I’ve stayed at in a long time. Not only was it a very nice place, the hosts were also very friendly and responsive. I will definitely stay here again when I come back to the area!

The house was clean and matched the description. It was cozy and all amenities were easily accessible. We attended a wedding and it was a very eventful 2 nights of stay. The surrounding area is quiet and transportation is easily accessible. As someone coming from the north, it was challenging to commute. But overall, it was a good stay and the host is easy to talk to, very flexible and considerate. I recommend this homestay for those who need to stay in the area.

We had a wonderful stayed at Boots place. The place was close to everything. The unit was clean. Communication was very good. We'll stay again here next time. Thank you for being a wonderful host.

Host and Property Manager are both very responsive to concerns. And area is peaceful. Will book again next time for staycation.

If you really want to get away with stress then this is the place for you. Peaceful, quiet and private place that I would highly recommend. Wish the refrigirator is bigger so if we want to stay longer then we can keep more food. But nonetheless, we had a wonderful stay and will surely book again!

A Wonderful Stay! I had a great time at Mark's place! The space was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated. The beds were super comfortable, and all the amenities I needed were right there. The host was incredibly responsive and made check-in a breeze. I especially appreciated the little personal touches throughout the space that made it feel like home. The location was perfect—quiet and safe. Definitely recommend this place and would love to come back again!

Angelyn's a great host. She replies fast and proactively communicates how to get to her place, the rules and checking in. My family and I appreciated her a lot as a host with her communication and for taking care of us as she considered to extend our check out because we arrived past 12am. Her place is exactly as we've seen in the pictures and my kids enjoyed the small foosball and mini board games. It was close to Lausanne so it's easy to get a coffee in Dear Joe or in Windmill. My family and I enjoyed our stay and will certainly go back.

Great value for money

Very cozy and quiet room, hosts are very responsive to questions, and location is very accessible and the check in is very easy. Great place for quick getaways without breaking the bank. The room is clean and cozy, the AC gets very cold especially in this hot summer weather, kitchen has all the basic necessities. thank you so much! Hoping to come back soon 🫶

Ms Mary Ann’s place was very homey. Perfect for relaxation and bonding. Although only 3 of us could come out of the 8 guests, we were able to enjoy our stay. This place is highly recommended.
