Homely private studio room with ensuite, sitting area and kitchen. This lovely bright room above our detached double garage is separate to the main house giving greater privacy and relaxation. We will provide tea and coffee amenities, breakfast items and fresh linen. The property is set in the sought after village of Kimington in East Devon on the border of Dorset. The village itself has two pubs, a garage and Miller's Farm Shop. It also backs onto Shute woods with numerous walking trails.

You are welcome to bring up to 2 well behaved dogs and will have your own private garden. There is an external camera which overlooks the gate and driveway and a video doorbell on the gate facing the road.
