We had a really lovely stay. Our host was super genuine and kind, and she even prepared loads of great little snacks for us, which we really appreciated. The room was cosy and had a really nice, welcoming feel. It was a great experience overall. She replied really quickly whenever we had questions and was always very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again – thanks so much!

Liz and Max were really helpful and the room was just what I was expecting. Clean room and bathroom. Great value, will definitely stay again.

Marian and Terry are really interesting hosts and we had a fascinating chat at Sunday breakfast about their own travels and their hosting experiences. Although it is a shared bathroom I barely saw the other guest and there were no awkward ques for the loo! Marian & Terry are happy for guests to get on with their own thing but also happy to help should you need them to. They were really friendly and communicated great throughout. I accidentally left my phone charger behind and Marian kindly posted it back to me - thank you Marian and Terry! 🙂

Really enjoyed our stay. The barn was beautiful. The beds were really comfortable. The welcome hamper was amazing, cracking wine 🍷 🙏🏻 Alison was friendly and checks in on us while giving us plenty of space too. A really great base to explore West Sussex and Hampshire. Easy to find and tons to do locally. Thanks for a lovely stay 🙏🏻

This was a great stay for us as a last minute booking for one night. Great beds. Everyone slept well. Shower in every room was convenient. Cooked breakfast was great! Helen also went the extra mile providing an iron and printing something off for me. Highly recommended!!

Really nice place to stay

The Cherry Pip was absolutely perfect for us - so cosy and comfortable. Olivia is a brilliant host, and was very generous in accommodating our additional requests. We have already recommended to friends and family.

We had a great stay at Pam's place! It was comfortable, spotlessly clean, in a great location for exploring the local area and very private. The enclosed garden was great - especially as we were travelling with our two dogs - and the welcome pack was indeed very welcome. There was so much to see and do nearby, we struggled to fit it all in on this visit so we'll have to come back! Thank you for having us, Pam :)

Lovely clean and comfortable apartment right by the sea and a pleasant 40 minute walk to the historic dockyard. The apartment was spotless and very comfortable for a short stay for two people, with plenty of pubs and places to eat to choose from in the nearby area, we would definitely stay there again!

We had a lovely stay at Diana’s and would definitely stay again. Nothing was too much trouble, Hythe village is walkable and the apartment was lovely - extremely well appointed and even better than the photos.

Great stay at Eileen's place over New Year. The flat was really warm, hot water from the combi boiler, powerful showers, really spacious. Absolutely everything was provided - shampoo, soap, dishwasher tablets, washing tablets, cleaning fluids, cling film, silver foil, coffee, tea, butter. So lovely to get a welcome pack on arrival - bottle of sparkly, crisps, chocolates, biscuits, bread, milk. Fabulous location for Ventnor town and Ventnor beach.

The location was perfect as we were staying there as my sister lived two minutes away and we had gone to attend my brother in laws funeral but equally it would be ideal for visiting Chichester and the surrounding area. There was all we needed for a two night stay but would be great for a longer stay as well.

sehr sehr schöne private und vor allem saubere unterkunft mit eigener parkgarage und eigenem lift für das arpartement. super aussicht aufs wasser, man kann viele grosse schiffe beobachten. trotz der zentralen lage ist es sehr ruhig. zu fuss kann man in kürzester zeit viele tolle dinge in der nähe entdecken. egal ob aussichtspunkte, shopping oder pubs und restaurants. wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Outstanding! Julia and Steve’s hospitality was incredible and we couldn’t have felt more at home in their beautiful house. The breakfast was delicious and the location was ideal to explore the area and get to some great pubs. Would love to come back at some point!

La casa di Abigail é semplicemente magnifica! Si trova in una posizione fantastica, é curatissima in ogni piccolo particolare e pulitissima!!! Il nostro soggiorno è stato meraviglioso. Ringraziamo con affetto Abigail che è stata molto premurosa con noi e ha reso il nostro soggiorno davvero indimenticabile!

Lovely peaceful, airy room with a very comfortable bed and super shower in the en suite bathroom. Venetia put fresh flowers by the bedside, which was such a nice touch. She also kindly provided us with breakfast early as I was going off to do the local parkrun (also nearby). And the breakfast was great. All in all, this was a perfect overnight stop for us for our visit to the theatre and my Saturday morning run. Highly recommended.

Had a very peaceful night’s sleep and Amy was a great host. With beautiful walks on the doorstep., it was the perfect stopover.

We loved our stay in the Annex. It was very cozy and the grounds were beautiful with lots to do. We brought our dog with us and he loved the fenced paddock and field across the road. Our daughter loved the kids play area and we also had great fun on the massive trampoline! Runner ducks and peacocks in the garden! Winchester was a 20 min drive. All-in-all a brilliant few days!

Thank you so much Angie and Jon. We had the best weekend. Hot tub was amazing along with bbq and fire pit and there was nothing you wouldn’t do for us honestly, you were both so kind with every thing you done for us the last 2 nights, so unexpected but amazing! And those croissants were sooo good, nice and hot mmm lovely to wake you to! Will come back again soon. Hope you had a lovely Mother’s Day Angie. ☺️❤️

Just wanted to say how amazing Sophie has been from start to finish. We booked this one year in advance and Sophie was always on hand with any questions. Probably one of the best service we had ever. The place Sophie has is beautiful. The photos do not do this place justice. We thank you for such an amazing safe space to visit.
