The Coach House is a converted coach house and stables. Downstairs, it has a 42 square metre open-plan living space, with a well-equipped kitchen, dining and living area. There is even a small pool table. Upstairs, bedroom 1 has a double bed and views of Severn Estuary towards Wales. Bedroom two also has a double bed doubling as an office with a large oak table. The bathroom has a shower and bath. The walls are decorated with our art work including many of local places you may like to visit.

Walking around the beautiful grounds, carp fishing or boating on the lake, enjoying a game of tennis, boules and table tennis, or discovering miles of safe cycle paths around the Cotswold Lakes area. A 3 bedroom New England style lakeside holiday cottage on Isis lake located within the Cotswold Water Park. Isis Lake is a family friendly small holiday park that offers large green open spaces, well manicured gardens, and a wide selection of activities. The house offers open plan living, with patio doors opening out onto a private lakeside sun deck. The master bedroom boasts a double height French window with excellent views of lakes and gardens with a lovely en-suite.

Be prepared for instant relaxation in this peaceful rural spot at an historic watermill on the banks of the River Monnow, the only sounds are those of the river and the local wildlife. Take a glass of wine or BBQ down to the river in the early evening and be sure to see the kingfisher flying down the river and trout jumping. Walkers can join the riverside Swan walk, which runs through the Ruthlin grounds and woods and fishing can be arranged on request.
