The accommodation comprises a large sitting room, wood burning stove, king size bedroom with TV and large ensuite bathroom, with a bath and shower, private terrace overlooking the valley. NO KITCHEN. Free parking, 1 good dog welcome, House rules apply

The contemporary self contained studio apartment with king size bed is in a rural, private but accessible position and is attached to a quaint thatched cottage but with its own entrance, parking and garden areas with bbq. Little Rock is the perfect location to simply relax or explore the country & coast with great food and activities within easy reach.

Set in the beautiful Devon countryside, halfway between the market towns of Axminster & Honiton and 15/20 minutes from Lyme Regis, Charmouth & Seaton beaches. Enjoy having the best night's sleep ever (on our kingsize Eve memory foam mattress & Octasmart topper) and waking up to birdsong! You are welcome to bring up to 2 well behaved dogs and will have your own private garden. There is an external camera which overlooks the gate and driveway and a video doorbell on the gate facing the road.

You might just sleep better than you have in years.

Country House on a Farm

Converted barn in 100 acres of land. A home from home crammed with books, games and toys. Easily accommodates at least 10 people comfortably. The garden, pond, woods and parking areas are all exclusively yours for the stay. We live up the lane from the barn. So you have privacy. We have chickens, ducks, Sheep and pigs on the farm. 5 mins drive from J28 of the M5. 20mins from Exeter centre. Not near any good beaches so don't choose us for a beach holiday. There is no spa or hot tub.

The cottage has lots of character whilst also providing modern accommodation and a large private garden and outdoor seating. It is located in the charming village of Stockland, which is surrounded by fabulous Devon countryside. Our friendly local pub, The Kings Arms, is a few minutes stroll away from the cottage. The cottage is bright and airy, well decorated with quality furnishings, Large gardens with shrubs, flowers, trees, Jacuzzi, swings and trampoline. There is a well fitted kitchen, utility and large Conservatory. Our dog friendly cottage sits 100 metres from the lane, where parking is available.
