Little Avenis was a truly magical place to spend time with our family & friends over the Easter holidays. The house is beautiful inside & out, with a well equipped kitchen and everything you could need for an enjoyable stay (our kids loved the well stocked play room!). The garden is stunning & well maintained, with areas for relaxing, play, and dining outside. We were lucky with the weather so were also able to take advantage of the many lovely walks in the surrounding countryside (along with some excellent country pubs). There is also plenty nearby to keep kids entertained.. Slimbridge Wetlands centre got a big thumbs up! We had a wonderful time and hope to be back soon!

My girls and Paula described the house as 'cute, cosy and homely' and 'excellent'. They had a great time staying there. Thanks for the flexibility too Jamie and Miles.

A great house with character, everything we needed, and surely the best garden in Bristol. Richard and Jessica were lovely, welcoming and accommodating hosts. Thanks for letting us take over your home for a couple of days!

We had a really lovely stay this weekend for 2 nights as a little getaway. We had 2 toddler boys who loved having lots of toys to play with, the garden looked amazing too however the weather said otherwise! Frances was really great communicating with us & made us feel really comfortable.

Property was ideally located. Really close to the centre but far enough away to have peaceful surroundings. Beds were really comfortable probably the best bed away from home that I have stayed in. Lovely stay in frome. The house was great and Fiona was a great host. It’s in a superb position for the town and lots to do across Somerset. Particularly loved the High Pavement restaurant in Frome, a real treat without the kids 😊

We spent 2 weeks at Yahya's while visiting family nearby. The place is really great, matching exactly the pictures and the description. Check in and check out were both easy and the host communicated with us in advance to make sure all was good. During our stay we experienced quite a bad storm and Yahya promptly checked on us to make sure all was ok. the neighborhood is quiet, the high street is not far so we could go to local shops and activities. There is also a big Tesco just a walk away. We will definitely book here again when visiting family in future

Just got back from a wonderful weekend in Bath, this house was walkable to the Christmas Markets and was just perfect for our stay, clean, had everything we needed and felt like home. Was so cosy to come back to after a long day of walking. The beds were comfortable, bathrooms were spotless and everything was just so easy. Thank you so much we have recommended to friends and will definitely be back to stay again x

Had a great experience. A beautiful apartment with all the essentials. So comfortable and inviting. Centrally located on a quiet street within walking distance of several excellent restaurants. Our host (Jonny) was very responsive. We really loved our time here!

The apartment was so warm and cosy - and a good enough distance from the city centre with a scenic route. Ian's hospitality was 10/10, really appreciated the handbook with recommendations too, thought that was a lovely touch. And not forgetting the underfloor heating in the bathroom & lounge... how do I go back to normal life (hehe). Will definitely recommend to anyone when they visit! Thank you Ian 😊

Would definitely recommend as close to parks and beach.

We had a great stay at John’s place in Bath. The flat was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing visit. The bathroom was especially lovely, really nicely done with a great bathtub. One of the best things about the place was the location, just a short walk from loads of great cafes, restaurants, and local shops. Perfect base for discovering the city. Would definitely stay again!

Schönes Appartement. Hell und zeitlos eingerichtet, absolut geschmackvoll. Wir haben uns alle sofort Zuhause gefühlt. Wir haben die Küche kaum genutzt, sie war aber perfekt ausgestattet, auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt (Waschmaschine vorhanden). Es gibt in der Wohnung Schlafmöglichkeiten für 4 Personen in zwei Schlafzimmern. 2 einzelne Betten, ein Doppelbett und obwohl wir nur zu Dritt dort gewohnt haben, wäre durchaus für eine weitere Person ausreichend Platz vorhanden gewesen. Trotz der zentralen Lage, sehr ruhig. Patrycja hat im Vorfeld den CheckInn gut erklärt und war immer erreichbar.

2nd time I have stayed at Dan's place with friends and the host is always very helpful, informative and quick to reply to messages. We love the flat, a perfect location for getting around the visitor attractions, restaurants and bars. There are a lot of stairs up to the accommodation (we are aged 55-66 year olds!) but just plan well so you don't need to keep going backwards and forwards. Highly recommend staying here for a great holiday. Thanks Dan for all your help during our recent stay.

This is the third time we have stayed here and again it was great, the accommodation is brilliant, comfy and private, the kitchen has everything you need to make your own food and drinks, on arrival there was milk and bread etc so you can have a brew, the bed is comfy and the shower is awesome, the surrounding area is beautiful and there are various walks around and a lovely pub in the village, Michelle and John are excellent hosts and are very responsive if you have any questions, we love staying here and will definitely be back.

Our family of 4 (2 adults 2 kids) were very comfortable staying here. The decor was modern and lovely. The beachside views were incredible, and the sunsets! We wanted a peaceful weekend away from the noise and this home provided just that. The kitchen has everything we needed to cook a few meals, and we drove less than 10 minutes to local restaurants. Being able to walk outside and be on a sandy beach in less than a minute was more than ideal.

Cai's place was one of the best we have stayed in: it's really stylish, very well equipped, lovely and bright and everything was clean and pristine. It's a beautiful apartment with the most amazing views over the city of Bath, and having a place to park during our stay was a great bonus. We enjoyed the 10 minute walk to and from the city centre and it was great having a base that wasn't too far away from all the main attractions in Bath. We felt really at home in the apartment and were sorry to leave!

This is the 2nd time we’ve stayed at Chris’s place. The views are outstanding and the bustling marina is only around the corner. Well equipped kitchen which we cooked in on both occasions. Great location for those interested in walking along the Somerset coastal path. We got to Clevedon this time! The only real drawback is the 4 flights of stairs (worth it once you’re up there! 🤩) which might be tricky for less able people. We will definitely return again 🤗

Great unit. So good to be able to walk to parks, etc. Handy mini-mart downstairs, but close to a couple of other supermarkets for your supplies. Bring your own milk and washing machine detergent, and pegs. Unit faces busy, noisy main road. Would happily stay again though, if it was a back unit.

the photos do not give the property justice it really is a stunning property and you can tell the owners take a lot of pride in their properties. a lot of care and attention to detail. always responsive and location perfect for what we needed. parking was not issue and we stress about that but no need here. squeaky clean and spotless with great facilities. everything you would need as a home from home. located in the quieter end of the sea front which offered peace from main town. beds were very comfortable and thr shower was excellent. the theme of the property worked really well and was nicely done. would visit here again without hesitation and have become very intrigued by the other properties to see what he has done. the ciders were greatly received!

We had a lovely time in this fabulous place. Very quiet spot and super location for a walk to Bath, Saltford or Keynsham. Not far to the bus or train if your legs have done enough walking

Zoe was a fab host! Super transparent and communicative, plus the place was lovely. Absolute steal for the location, made for a lovely weekend for a friend of mine whilst he was down in Bristol.
