The villa is a beautiful 3 bedroom place. it is very close to the beach and various restaurants. The check-in, stay and check-out was seamless. Would highly recommend this place.

A lovely villa with two en-suite bedrooms of good size . Open plan kitchen living room which we didn’t use at all due to the beautiful veranda and garden to sit in , the kitchen we only used for tea making and fridge for drinks as we ate out the the myriad of nearby restaurants. The swimming pool is 20 yards away , beach only 5 minutes walk. The villa is comfortable and clean and cleaned daily by the cleaner . We had some issues with the internet and electricity and need for extra keys which the owner responded quickly and resolved the issues . We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will most certainly be returning .

We had a truly pleasant stay at this place! Check-in was absolutely smooth - everything in the house was shown and clearly explained, thanks to Mr. Lochan! Plus he gave a helpful scooter tour around for shops and other, and assisted in arranging my own rent a bike. The communication was excellent throughout, both before arrival and during the stay. Any questions I had were answered quickly and helpfully. The house itself was cozy, very neat and clean, and had everything we needed. The kitchen, though compact, was perfectly equipped so it had all the essentials for daily. All appliances, including iron, tv, A/C etc worked just fine. The overall atmosphere inside this gated society was calm and safe. One of the best parts was how incredibly close the sea was, that exit gate literally opens onto the beach. It takes just 2–3 minutes to get there on foot. I’m also especially grateful to Mr. Brian for his kindness and support - even he helped me with ride to hospital once I was in need

We stayed here for 10 days and enjoyed the place a lot. Its a good calm place where you can enjoy with your family in goa. Its secured and can order food from outside as well via other food delivering app. Overall 10/10 for this place. I will strongly recommend this place for staying.

Our stay at Julie's place was absolutely wonderful. The house was impeccably clean and thoughtfully arranged, providing all the amenities exactly as described. Narayan prepared delicious breakfasts for us on both days, and we all thoroughly enjoyed them. The neighborhood is serene and peaceful, with essential services conveniently accessible. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.🌟

Loved the place. Such a beautiful home with lush green surroundings. It had all the right amenities that one could ask for. We had a early checkin at 5am and Esha was responsive and proactively arranged for it for us. The experience was seamless and the peace and tranquility of the place was mesmerising. It’s very close to the beach and the house gives a very authentic Goan feel. Esha also recommended great eating places to go to which were totally worth it. Will definitely visit again.

What a well maintained villa as well as overall property. River view is lovely and calming while it is 3 mins walking to the beach. They have their own shopping complex with a great supermarket for everything required. Literally so much to do within close proximity. Inder (the caretaker) was super friendly and helpful, as was olinda (house help). Overall this property is worth it if you want to stay in the area.

We chose Casa De Dona Telma because we wanted to stay in a Goanese house. High ceilings, large rooms, tall windows—this place had it all. The location was perfect. It is in the heart of Madgao yet situated in a peaceful locality. We could easily visit South Goa, North Goa, and interior Goa from there. The house had all the basic amenities required for cooking. We enjoyed preparing our breakfasts, sitting in the very large dining room, and chatting late into the evenings. Savio, the host, was exceptional. From the day we booked the homestay, he stayed in touch, answering all our queries promptly and helping us with local transportation. Whenever we needed something, no matter how small, he arranged it without delay. Thank you, Savio, for your hospitality. I would highly recommend this place.

It is a great place to have a nice peaceful time in south goa. Beaches are at walkable distance. The host was very helfpul and accomodative. They were reachable throughout and helped us with everything including checking, to recommending places, rentals and lots more. A must recommend place for all planning to visit Majorda and looking for cozy clean stay.

A lovely place to stay, the house is clean and spacious and the kitchen has everything you need. The village is peaceful and beautiful and the garden is full of birds. Lancy was so helpful and we felt at home, thank you so much

Great place to stay in when you are in Madgaon. The owner is super friendly and the whole experience was amazing.

Shoba and Thomas were great hosts. felt like home and as if with family. Had a great stay and the place is peaceful whilst being on the main road. Can go anywhere if you are druving. The kitchen, bedroom, balcony, amenities and all else were perfect for the stay. Enjoyed our favourite joints, beaches, food and were treated to amazing home made local cuisine. Had an amazing and relaxing time in South Goa. Different experience from the usual hotels or resorts. Our first time...and will be back. Highly recommended if you are not fussy and not after frills. NOSTO - run by the couple adds to the experience and convenience.

This is a fantastic place to stay in if you want an authentic Goan vibe. Take this from a fellow Goenkar from Australia who had been to Goa 7 times. The house in Navelim away from the busy streets but a short 10 minute walk to the main municpality area where the shop/ groceries / sweets are. Ideal for Goa Supershow ICN bodybuilding stay (which was the reason for my visit). Has microwave, induction cooker, gas stove, fridge and more to get you through. Desiree (Host) and Mrs Rebello (house local contact) were very attentive to my messages and my requests which was greatly appreciated. Lots of bottled water and extra treats were a nice touch. Please ensure you are specific with guest numbers as no bedding provided for additional room if only 1-2 guests (We were two). Highly recommended for a true Goan / Portugese feel in a modern built house with AC.

Mind-blowing Place all facilities Available peace of mind

Very beautifull and clean villa. Had all the basic amenities for use in good condition. Had cleaning ladies cleaning the place everyday morning. Location is good and colva beach is very close to the place. Grocery store, department store and fairly good eating options available nearby. Also food delivery apps delivery available. Pool was very clean and overall vibe of the place is very inviting. Cleaning ladies and the caretaker were good behaved. Owner was resposive over chat and helped to locate nearby good restaurants, stores and vehicle renting options. It's a good gated society hence very safe to go with family and friends. Highly recommended.

Fernando 's place is a simple one room stand alone house. The entire house, bathroom and the kitchenette are all spotlessly clean. Really appreciate the 5 litre bottle of water kept in the kitchen, as well as the fully filled hand wash and body wash. We wanted a simple place close to Panjim, and this suited our needs. At half the price of most places around Panjim, it was value for money for me.

Anish has an amazing place! He is very pro-active and friendly. Helped in every way he can to make our stay most comfortable. The row villa is located in a beautiful neighbourhood. There's a lot of open space outside for our dog to roam around freely. And we were able to go on peaceful walks in the morning. There is a store and a nice little cafe in walkable distance. This place is definitely a gem. Totally worth it. There's 2 bedrooms on the first floor and an attached balcony overlooking beautiful greens and homes. Kitchen, dining and living room on the ground. Well maintained. Wish we stayed a couple of more days. This is going to be our first preference in South Goa from now! Thanks Anish for the wonderful stay! Notes: Visit the nearby lake. Visit the cafe down the lane[Nik Net Cafe]. Fatrade Beach if you're looking for quiet time.

Agnelo and Hazel are great hosts and are very friendly to approach. They suggested amazing restaurants to check out as well. Check in process was smooth. They were very hospitable.

Great place for someone who is looking to enjoy there vacation with friends or families. So spacious where it could accomadate people of 7. it's so nice property which we would like to visit more.
