What an amazing place to stay at, whether you are a family or solo. 5 star facilities with amazing staff. Hosts were quick to respond and so friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back. This is a very nice apartment. I came here a few days ago. From here I felt like I was in my own home and the view was beautiful.

Really nice apartment, close to many attractions in Pattaya. The view is fantastic from the rooftop, that has a gym and pools. The location is very desirable and one needs to go past security post and need to have an access card to the building to get into any of the floors and only my floor and the community floors were available with the key card. No one without an access card can get into your specific floor, provided for good security. A couple of things to keep in mind, the entire building seems to be very short term rentals, so there is a lot of moving in/out of the building at all times. Also, at times it can take 8-10 minutes to get down to the lobby due to the lack of availability of elevators or being too full, especially at the higher floors. I would stay here again, no question.

The villa is beautiful, it is new (about 2 years old), fully equipped (for ex. champagne glasses are also available, a special wine opener too, etc). Clean. The pool is clean, nice, big ( it is shared with 4 other villas, but it is almost always empty) . To the sea is 7 minutes walk , very quiet area. Nicklas is an excellent host, nice and always willing to help. Really nice stay.

We loved staying at Sunflower (all three of us as we took our dog, Poppy) lovely house and surroundings. Garden and pool immaculate. Friendly staff at Moo Baan and property agents were very quick to respond and deal with any problems we had. Fanny was always on hand to help (through email) and we would love to come back to the area again. Many thanks for a relaxed, happy stay.

Rafael and Janejira are quick to respond, usually within minutes. Khun Aey who was the aunt of Janejira lives nearby and available at all times. We loved the place. Beach is located across the house. The road in between the house and the beach is a dead-end road, therefore, traffic is low except for people going to the restaurants. There are 5 floors with elevator access to each floor. Total of 10 bedrooms, with 6 of them facing the sea. The bedrooms are located on 2nd, 3rd and 4th floor. The first floor is the dinning room, kitchen, small sitting area and the pool. The 5th floor is the lounge with huge sofa, huge screen TV and pool table. Each bedroom is equipped with coffee machine, small refrigerator and bathroom. Lots of good seafood restaurants within steps of the house and a convenient store within a block of house. We absolutely love the house and one of the best AirBnB that I have stayed in. Highly recommend.

This is a very lovely cottage located on a nature-rich beach. The atmosphere perfectly matches the healthy café on-site. It’s the perfect place to relax on Koh Samet!

I'm not really a fan of reviews, as it's often the case that you also have to make negative comments. This is the first accommodation I've booked that was absolutely great. The host's hospitality deserves special mention. I will definitely be back. Thank you, Nancy!

Alex was a great host, his response time to our communications was always very fast and friendly. His house was exactly as described and the location was perfect, check in and out was effortless and the staff at the office extremely friendly and helpful. Can definitely highly recommend this home.

Vi var 2 par som bodde i Philippes hus i 2 veckor och allt var helt perfekt , så fint hus och nära till stranden och den fina poolen . Det var väldigt lugnt och fridfullt där . Nära till bra restauranger , fanns även en del ställen att köpa öl och vatten på i närheten ,livsmedelsaffären låg en bit bort då då rekommenderas mc el bil . Vi kommer gärna tillbaks hit vi har njutit till fullo av vår semester . Philippe är mycket hjälpsam och svarar snabbt .

Michael svarade snabbt på de få förfrågningar jag hade. Incheckningen gick väldigt snabbt och inte ett dugg krångligt. Området ligger en bit från centrum och beachen men detta tycker jag vägs upp av att området är väldigt lugnt och fridfullt. Jättefint poolområde som ligger precis utanför dörren. Ett tips om man hyr Michaels lägenhet är att skaffa ett Bolt konto då är centrum och även Jomtien inom räckhåll för en billig peng! Det ska nämnas att centrala Pattaya ligger en 15 minuters promenad bort. Storleken på lägenheten är toppen om du reser ensam eller med din käresta. Fler än 2 personer tror jag inte är optimalt! Vi har været flere gange Piyas lejligjed og har været glade for lejligheden hver gang. To store balkoner, tv og perffkt wifi. 19 etage med kig ud over vandet og en dejlig swimmingpool tilhørende området. i stueetagen supermarked, vaskeri, og mange andre butikker. CCTV og døgnbemandet motobike og bil parkering. Det hele føles trygt og sikkert. i gå afstand til stranden 100m og til et væld af restauranter og barer. vi kommer igen 😀

Nice quiet location, super close to the beach. There is a nice cafe just around the corner and the big market within ten minutes. Perfect for a quiet stay to relax. The pool and gym are also nice. The housekeeper was very friendly, accommodating, and helpful. Would recommend !

Fin leilighet, rent og pent. Alt av kjøkkenutstyr om du trenger å lage mat. Ligger i 20 etg og har utsikt mot havet. Pga høyden og beliggenheten er du også skjermet for støy fra gaten. Bassenget på taket er fantastisk, og har nydelig utsikt mot Pattaya og Pattaya strand. Perfekt beliggenhet i nærheten av der der skjer. Anbefales absolutt:)
