Chazy Boat ramp is 500 feet from the house so do not hesitate to bring your boat. You can enjoy the beautiful sunset outside or from the veranda or decide to stay cozy by the fireplace inside. The spacious loft overlooks the numerous gardens which guest can help themselves to in peak garden season. Enjoy farm fresh eggs and visits with the three friendly pet goats. Inside you’ll find 500 square feet of cleanliness, warmth and maritime style. A grill and new full kitchen provide the culinary options of home. A stylish bar/island compliments both kitchen and living areas. Outside you’ll find two spacious decks. One has a nautical feel, overlooking the lake, built of original stone and wood. A second larger deck overlooks the meadow.

We are minutes from hiking the Long Trail, rock climbing the Bolton Dome, skiing Bolton Valley, Stowe Mountain Resort, or Smugglers Notch, swimming in Lake Champlain, or playing golf at the West Bolton Golf Course. We are also less than an hour drive to Burlington, Montpelier, Stowe and the Canadian border.

Lakefront Comfort

Enjoy the relaxing ambiance of private waterfront home on beautiful Lake Champlain. The home was originally constructed in 1840 by the family for whom our bay is named. The lakeside fire pit & patio are a great place to chill by the water. There are 3 King bedrooms, a trundle bed (2 twins) and 1 bedroom with 2 twins. One King bedroom with walk in shower is on the first first floor. We have a 1/2 bath on the first floor and 2 full baths on the second floor. No large parties.

Newly constructed centrally located charming cottage with lake views on the east shore of Grand Isle. Step out your front door and enjoy a walk, run or bike ride along the quiet scenic road that winds along Lake Champlain. Includes 5 x 7 lockable cedar storage shed with beach chairs, cooler and room for bikes and extra gear. Offering lake views only, this property is not lakefront. Free public town beach is approximately 2 miles down the road, see last 2 photos in photo tour.

You’ll treasure your time making memories in this getaway a few steps away from beautiful Lake Champlain. Located on a small park across the street from the lake this unit sleeps up to 4 people. Wake up early and sit outside to watch the beautiful sunrise or enjoy the sky at night while sitting around the firepit. You can take advantage of our rocky beach, 2 other nearby sandy beaches, or a variety of adventures and activities found in the nearby Adirondacks!
