Gorgeous place in a beautiful town. About a thirty minute walk (or 4 minute drive!) right into downtown with cute shops and restaurants. The cottage is beautiful, clean and so cozy. Highly recommend.

Lovely location in Picton, very peaceful. The carriage house was very clean and very comfortable. This was our 2nd stay at this Airbnb and it was just as nice as the first time. The hosts are super nice and respond quickly to any questions. The 5 star rating is definitely deserved.

Beautiful fall getaway. I could not ask for better lakefront views. The cottage is just like the pictures and has all the amenities. Robert had great local recommendations and brought us homemade cookies. We are looking forward to returning again in the future.

My GPS gave me a slight hassle, even though I was coming in from not far away…it was after dark. Ann was wonderful with responding quickly to help me find my way in! No trouble at all, just one glitch with the shower but again, it was handled quite prompt and effectively. Thanks Ann!

Great private place! Easiest check in. Neat and clean place. Loved the printed description and instructions. I would recommend coming during summer. Day we stayed was cold and windy, and flowers were yet to bloom so we couldn't fully enjoy the pond.

We had a great stay at Margarets place! It was exactly what we wanted for a weekend getaway. Margaret was very responsive and accommodating and made us feel very much at home. Lots of great hiking and restaurants within minutes. Would definitely stay again.

This place was a perfect weekend get away for myself and husband. Plenty of space for the two of us. The place was nicely, decorated and fully furnished with accessories if you wish to cook. I enjoyed the spaces between the outside patio as well as the hot tub. Bill was great with giving suggestions of local places, even though I was a local myself.. if you’re looking for a quiet getaway this is your place.

Chance's airbnb was fantastic... plenty of space for my family with small children to enjoy ourselves. Chance was also very friendly and responded to questions almost immediately. My family and I will definitely be booking again next year, maybe without the kiddos. Everything was very clean, very nice dishes and cookware were available too. There were enough linens for all of us, towels, blankets, washcloths, shampoo, conditioner just went all out to make sure you're comfortable. I wouldn't change anything about our stay except maybe that we stayed longer. There was a beautiful dog Harley that we fell in love with that Chance let us play with for awhile also. This is a great space to enjoy time with your family. Chance is a great host. Out in the middle of nowhere, but felt right at home.

Denise’s place was an amazing gateway from the craziness of the city. If somebody wants to escape and feel the quiet of the nature please book this right away. My boyfriend and me enjoyed this place a lot for the only two days we stay. Thanks Denise’s ❤️✨

Our stay at Nancy's was just what we needed after a long week in the Adirondacks. We chose this place for the location near the river and it helped cut our trip home to Pittsburgh down. The place is just as described and made even better with the simple touches and thoughtfulness that Nancy has put into the space. We landed for just one night and spent most of our time outside on the dock watching the beautiful river and natural surroundings. We saw many birds and a few beavers - while drinking our morning coffee a bald eagle gave us a show and made our trip end on a wonderful note :) I would recommend staying with Nancy to anyone who finds themselves in the area and wants a slice of comfort and nature to lodge in. On our way out of town, we went to a local diner that Nancy had recommended, Lakes Sweets and Treats for a delicious homestyle breakfast and made our way up to the country store from there to pick up a few local maple syrup bottles to gift our friends. We felt very comfortable here but missed having a few amenities, especially a toaster oven, a dishwasher, and a laundry. If you’re not staying for more than a few days these items would not be important. We were staying for 8 days and planned to do a fair amount of cooking which made these items more desirable. However, none of this was a dealbreaker. The overall coziness, comfort, and attention to detail and decorative touches were more important to us and appreciated!

We had a fantastic stay! The host was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Our two dogs loved the spacious backyard, and they had a blast playing fetch. The house was spotless and comfortable, with clear instructions for everything. Overall, it was a great experience, and we'd definitely recommend it!

Our stay was fantastic. The home, top to bottom, was very clean and organized. Instructions on entering and use of the home were clear and informative. The surrounding area is beautiful and a wonderful change of pace from our big city lifestyle. Serene is a good description of the property. The home is as pictured and had every amenity we needed. My wife and I had a wonderful stay at The Carriage House. Stephanie was a great host who very graciously allowed us to check in early due to an early flight. The Carriage House was cozy and we had plenty of space. The bed was comfortable and the shower, while a little tricky to figure out, had plenty of hot water. The location was perfect for our day trips to Niagara Falls, Syracuse, Salamanca, and Victor NY. We enjoyed watching the sheep and chickens on the property. The 11:00 check out time was also nice as most places we stay want you out by 9:00-10:00. We would definitely stay here again. If you stay here, be sure to eat at Stone’s Countryside Tavern. The prime rib dinner was amazing and so was the hot turkey sandwich.

Fantastic place for a weekend getaway! Gail is a lovely host and very responsive. You have one room as shown in the picture, and a separate bathroom with a shower, towels, and toilets. It's a 20 second walk away from the main room. We visited during autumn and the trees were beautiful. You can use a grill and fireplace, as well as a boat on the small lake. Can highly recommend!

I had such a great stay at Yelena's charming little house! It’s small but super cute, making it the perfect place for three people. Everything was cozy and well-appointed, and it felt like a home away from home. The location is also fantastic—there are some adorable spots nearby to explore, with plenty of cute cafes and shops. Yelena and Katia were friendly and responsive, and the place had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quaint and relaxing getaway!

The Creek Hallow Hideaway was a lovely countryside getaway. It was very peaceful private. It was very close to Ithica where there was shopping and restaurants. The hosts were very responsive and thoughtful. We will stay here again when we are back in the area.

Hawk’s Landing exceeded our expectations! What a gorgeous cabin! It is beautifully decorated, meticulously clean and private, with all the amenities we could have wished for. We enjoyed the beautiful lake views from our veranda, soaking in the hot tub and relaxing by the fire every night. The two gas stove fireplaces kept the house very warm and cozy at night. The surroundings are stunning, very peaceful and so relaxing. Our host Tom was so kind, caring, responsive and genuine. He welcomed us and made us feel at home right away. All the love and caring he put into this cabin shines through. Lastly, his dogs and co-hosts, Zoey and Milo, greeted us daily and came to play with our dog, and brought extra joy and happiness. This place is AMAZING! Do not hesitate to book it! We will definitely be going back!
