We booked this place for a place to stay before our cruise and it was perfect! The house is spotlessly clean and uncluttered, open and very nicely styled. My kids and I were able to chill-out! We loved the pool and great yard. The house is close to the village and filled with restaurants and shops. And we were 15 minutes from Cocoa Beach and Port Canaveral. I wish we had a few days booked after our cruise to come back. I would recommend the house for families or no-kid adventures, great fit either way. I should note that Anee was very responsive and helpful in all communications.

Lisa’s home was a great home away from home. My wife and I spent hours outside by the pool and watching the Television out there. Very quiet neighborhood. Watched a few rocket launches from the pool area. Whenever I had questions Lisa always responded quickly, sometimes she contacted us to make sure everything was going well. Definitely recommend to anyone who would like to be in this area as much as we do. Thank you Lisa and Mike for sharing your home with us.

You never know what you’re going to get when you’re traveling four states away to an Airbnb, but this location was exactly as described. The space was set up well and had everything we needed, and then some. Our kids loved being able to run outside to the pool whenever the mood struck, and we drank our coffee in the back yard each morning. We loved relaxing here!

Highly recommend! This was a return visit, and we enjoyed our time there every bit as much as the last time. Andrea's house is that sort of place you take pictures of so you can duplicate it when you return home. Lovely furnishings and a great big kitchen overlooking a gathering area. Nice big dining table to have friends and family over. It is spotless inside and out, with super comfortable and beautiful furnishings. Including outdoor furniture and beautiful heated pool. Also, to note, the house is a split, so traveling with family & friends lends privacy since the master is on one side of the house, and the other 2 bedrooms are in a area with its own bathroom and sitting/tv room. Neighbors are friendly, too!

Fantastic! My husband and I needed a few weeks of R&R and that's just what we got at Mike's & Jeff's place. The home is very clean, nicely decorated, and in a quiet neighborhood. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances, pots & pans and dishes. The pool was perfect, we sat outside most every day reading and soaking up the sun. If I have my way, we'll be back next year, but longer.

The listing is accurate and she has thought of everything that a guest would need for their vacation. No skimping on supplies and no crazy chore list! There is so much to do in the house alone on nights you stay in. Whether you want to relax in the pool or hot tub, watch tv, dine-in or play games of ALL kinds. The list goes on. There is definitely, something for everyone here! It was great to have coffee and snacks in the morning before we were able to go shopping for the week. Very clean, well-stocked and beautifully decorated. She is an extremely responsive host and we would highly recommend staying there for a fun, safe and comfortable place for vacation because it just feels like home.

Great pool, very spacious, great kitchen. Very clean home. The beds aren’t particularly comfortable. Firm mattresses, basic metal bed frames, basic bedding, etc.. But it was nice to have a lot of space to spread out in the night before we departed on our cruise.

Ali’s listing exceeded our expectations! They had everything to keep any age group satisfied. Ali went above and beyond to make sure our stay went as smoothly as possible. I would recommend Ali’s listing to anyone and everyone! We felt very safe and also enjoyed the privacy we were given. The neighbors were very friendly! I can’t say enough great things about Ali’s listing.

This immaculate, cheerful vacation home was ideal for our family vacation. The parents were able to escape to our private cabana and our teenagers had the main house to themselves. The pool was clean, warm and exactly as described, and the pool area was a mini oasis with bar, TV, lots of beach and pool furniture and toys, and no annoying insects thanks to the screen enclosure. The kitchen was well-stocked and easy to use, and we very much appreciated the extra toiletries that were available. The garage area with the new washer and dryer was sparkling clean and full of beach chairs and toys, a beach umbrella, and everything needed for a great day at the beach. Although our children are older now, I was also impressed by all the baby supplies (diapers, wipes, etc) left for guests, a very thoughtful touch. Would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed staying in Amy's home. It was spacious, layed out well, clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. The electronic door lock was very convenient. We lacked nothing! The inground pool was refreshing during the hot weather. It was good to be able to wash some clothes prior to leaving. Amy had a copy of laminated notes/instructions/important numbers on the kitchen table. Amy promptly returned text messages. It was a very pleasant and relaxing stay. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you Amy!

Our family had a wonderful week staying here! The home was clean and free of clutter. It was easy to settle in like home! Loved that there were supplies for the beach and even a wagon to carry everything! Perfect proximity from the main street downtown Cocoa Beach. Short drive to the Space Center (which is a must!!!). Couldn't ask for anything better. We will be back!

Our stay was very enjoyable. The pool was amazing! Eddie was very responsive to our needs. The home was well equipped with everything you would need. We will definitely be contacting Eddie on our next trip!

The stay was fine. House was fine. Met up with Randy because of some problem with the house keeper that somehow was living in the most tiny wooden shed in the backyard? Anyway, Randy pointed out a few things he’s fixing in the house. The biggest thing was how Randy speaks to you in person and over text but it’s not worth getting into an argument for. He couldn’t give a direct answer on what times he would or wouldn’t be on site doing yard work or repairs. It eventually turned to he didn’t show up at all which was preferred but was not communicated at all. I asked all communication to be re-communicated over the Airbnb chat so we both had record and he refused. Anyways house is fine for the price.

This home created the most incredible vacation for our family. The place was a refreshing, clean, and relaxing getaway that we all needed. The most incredible part was the short, easy walk to the beach. We all enjoyed boogie boarding for the first time, our boys loved jumping waves, and my husband and I enjoyed the hot April Florida sun. Coming back to the house, we'd cool ourselves in the pool and enjoy supper in the backyard together. Watching a rocket launch from the beach was quite a memorable experience I don't think any of us will forget. One night, after a busy day, we all sat in the hot tub discussing our next trip. We all agreed we'd be interested in staying here again. Thank you for allowing our family of six feel so comfortable.

My Wife and I stayed 3 nights from March 17th through 20th. The house was very nice, clean and well stocked. Our only suggestion would be that a grill be added for cooking outside. There is seemingly never ending space in this home, it was really way to big for the two of us but would be fantastic for a family vacation! It has two separate living areas with large TVs, perfect for the kids and adults. The pool was very nice also, although we did not make use of it. The home has a concrete pad poured next to it for storage of a boat or RV, this is great for fishermen visiting Headwaters Lake as I did. The drive to the ramp was about 30 minutes and was a very easy route. We will rent again if we return to this area.

Wow! Did not expect to be so blown away by our stay at John's place. The photos do not do John's amazing lil' strip of Banana River paradise justice. This spot is a REAL Florida getaway, hold all of the neon kitsch and nonsense: the apartment is pristine yet homey, decorated with shells found on the beach, hand-carved wooden turtles, and John's space race adventures. The rooms have nice quality linens and comfy beds, with ample light and good a/c. You can launch kayaks from the backyard, dolphin and manatee watch from the deck, walk 5 min to a quiet beach, and eat at good quality small businesses within a short drive. John has everything: kayaks, life jackets, boogie boards, beach umbrellas, showers and hoses to rinse off post-beach. We were only sad not to get to stay the whole week. Compared to other rentals in the area, this spot is a steal for four people. You won't regret booking – and we'll be back.

Absolutely loved this house! I took my family on vacation to Melbourne for the 1st time and this house was a perfect fit for us! I had my husband, 2 teen girls and one of their friends, plus our 2 dogs and we had plenty of space! The house is located in a great place, close to everything! There's plenty of restaurants close by and there are beautiful beaches within 20-30 minutes. The pool was awesome, my kids loved being able to swim whenever they wanted to. It was still a little to chilly to get to really enjoy it, so we definitely have to cone back when it gets warmer! I would definitely bring my family back and stay here again! I wish we could've stayed longer, since we were only able to stay 4 nights. So next time we're staying the whole week. I definitely recommend this house to others! We had an amazing time!

Tracy is a stellar host who takes seriously keeping her home beautiful clean and hospitable. She was always quick to respond to any questions or needs we had. She made sure we understood how to work the pool and where things were. Master bedroom was very comfortable and there were many areas in the home to relax. The lanai and pool area were great. Everything was fresh and clean. Looks as though the home was recently built. Very roomy and comfortable.

Beautiful, peaceful, and relaxing home with a fantastic pool. Very spacious and modern and conveniently located near restaurants and stores. And not too far from major attractions such as Aquatica water park and airports. I highly recommend this house for a family vacation!

This house was in a perfect location. It’s close to the beach and restaurants. There are plenty of beach chairs for guests to take to the beach. The house has everything available that you could need. It has lots of room inside and out for 6 adults. If you book this house you won’t be disappointed!

The house was beautiful. We had 8 of us staying at the house and we all had our own beds. The 5 BR and 5 B were great. The neighborhood was very quiet and close to restaurants, the USTA facility, and Pet Paradise, where I boarded my Goldendoodle! We really enjoyed hanging out together, watching TV, and talking. It rained all day Monday so we weren't able to play tennis so it was nice having lots of space. Didn't get a chance to enjoy the pool but hope to next year, weather permitting. Heidi was great about communicating with me. The driveway was very spacious and accommodated our 7 cars no problem. Thanks so much for letting us stay in your lovely home! It was so much better than having to reserve a bunch of hotel rooms.
