Great location, perfect off street parking, and adorably stylish, cozy and clean apartment. Bed was comfortable and all amenities were clean and thoughtfully placed. Quiet neighbors and barely any road noise. AC and adjustable thermostat, the heat was great. The place smelled so good and clean when we first walked in! Will be staying here again in the future.

Very clean space in a great location. The actual space was just like the pictures showed. I had a little problem with the Wifi and they were very understanding and responsive. I would definitely recommend to anyone and if I ever need to stay in Webster again, I would want to stay here.

What a beautiful and cozy historic space! I loved the fireplace in the bedroom and the very comfy bed. Very quiet house and neighborhood. Extremely clean! The bathroom is tiny but functional. My only complaint would be that I was provided only a single bath towel for a 2-night stay. Other than that it was perfect and I would definitely stay again. Thanks Tim!

My husband and I came to Ithaca to play shuffleboard at a local brewery. Sarah’s place was so centrally located to everything you could need in a cute town like Ithaca. Sarah was very responsive and the guide she sent was thorough and so helpful. The apartment was adorable - everything looks just like it does in the pictures! Everything was impeccably clean and that bed was SO cozy! Definitely would stay again, and hopefully in nicer weather to take advantage of the covered sitting area.

Kevin and April were very nice hosts. Easy to communicate with and quick to address a minor issue. The house was clean and well stocked. The beds were extremely comfortable and the towels/linens were new and fluffy. We were there over Christmas and they had no issue with us putting up a Christmas tree to help the house feel cozy and festive! We would easily stay again and highly recommend this Airbnb.

We had our 10 month old baby with us, and Merry made sure there's a high chair and a pack n play for the baby. The house could use a refill on some coffee and some bath essentials, but overall I would 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for an accessible and beautiful place to stay near the finger lakes! I recently moved back to Rochester, NY but my new place wasn't ready yet. I stayed at Adham's home for the month of February. The quaint living room furnishings made me feel at home, and the more modern kitchen and bedroom were both functional and comfortable. Having stayed for so long the washer and dryer were essential. An enclosed front porch was designed as a work space, and being there the month of February the heat vents kept the room usable. The house is set back from the road, which allowed for more privacy but during my time there it snowed nearly every day. Adham always kept the driveway meticulously shoveled, and never commented on my poor reverse-driving skills. My host provided some little extra touches that were both unexpected and welcomed. I can't think of anything that could have allowed for an easier transition. Thank you, Adham!

The house was conveniently laid out for our family group. The beds were very comfortable and everything was super clean. We had a 10 month old with us so the high chair and crib were much appreciated. Door Dash found the house easily too

We had traveled for about 12 hours and very tired when we arrived. It was very comfortable,and clean. Angela is very great host. We appreciate the quiet nights rest and will stay here again

Hidden gem! Located just a short drive outside of Ithaca, you’re never too far from the action, but it’s quiet and peaceful. I have a son attending Ithaca College, so I try to visit every now and again. Check in and check out instructions were very clear. Will definitely look to book this place again the next time I am in the area.

Relaxing atmosphere, peaceful stay.

Tobiah was a fabulous host. He answered all questions promptly and was very helpful. We had a small gathering of family, coming from far apart and the condo was wonderful! It worked beautifully for our needs. We loved the view of the lake off the balconies-- especially with a full moon reflecting on it! The condo was well-appointed, with everything we needed. It was a very comfortable setting and close to hiking, wineries, and water activities, as well as cycling along the Erie Canal. The condo's location, a short distance between the towns of Naples and Canadaigua, made it easy to run an errand or go out eat. We highly recommend Tobiah's waterfront condo!

Booked as a surprised for my bills-fan husband the weekend of our wedding. Pretty cool place. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable, but it was fine! If you’re coming here to watch football- keep in mind it’s a projector screen and not a tv. Sound only comes from the projector. The screen isn’t taught so I don’t think it’d be be best place for watching parties. But other than that we had a great time!

This location is great! You can walk to many restaurants and Marinas! The house is very new and clean. It was perfect for our family of four. We will definitely stay again in the future.

Place was great, check in was smooth, very clean. Great place after a long day at letchworth. Also very easy to communicate with.

This is a great place to unwind and enjoy the town and lake. My family and I loved it and would highly recommend it
