Absolutely amazing stay! The host was incredibly friendly and responded quickly to any questions, making the experience seamless. The environment was welcoming and comfortable, and the location was easy to find, making travel hassle-free. The space was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything I needed for a perfect stay. Every penny was worth it! Highly recommend and would definitely stay again

We loved this place a lot , so we even revisited snd started again there towards the end of our vacation . It felt like home away home. There is a nice general store just outside the compound . The lush green view from Balconies reminded us of Costa Rica … It’s super clean, with all the things that would make one’s stay without any hassles. The numbered lock and elevator adds to the smooth entry and exit . So next time whenever we visit Goa; we will stay there so that we can enjoy the secluded south Goa beaches not very far from this location and the delicious seafood places too.

We spent a wonderful month in this lovely Riverside property in Talpona . Dharman was a great host, he gave us clear instructions on how to find the property and was there to greet us on arrival and show us around. He lives close by and organised a Scooter rental for us and was available if needed. We had a wonderful meal with Dharman and his family. The house is very comfortable and well equipped. Great bathroom and kitchen, lovely bedroom and very comfortable bed. There is Smart TV with Netflix etc. The Verandah is the real plus, looking out onto the river with comfortable sofas, table and chairs and great lighting. We loved our evenings looking out over a few drinks and a meal. Talpona is a great location, lovely peaceful village with a few local shops for necessities, a handful of bars/restaurants and a great beach. We must mention Ravi who's boat is moored by the house. We did a great river boat trip with him. We love this house and location and will return, highly recommend.

Akilesh was very friendly and helpful, he arranged for a taxi to pick us up from the airport. He personally drove us round the area and introduced us to the local greengrocer. It was really lovely. The accommodation was very comfortable with good Wi-Fi and water purification system so no worries about drinking water. We enjoyed our daily walks to the beach through the village and getting to know the local people. We loved staying in Akilesh’s place.

Beautiful property to stay at , everything was clean and hygienic. Easily accessible and close to Pallolem and Patnem . Had an amazing time staying here .

The place is right at the beach and near some of the finest hotels in Goa. The compound has multiple small other cottages which keeps the goa vibe alibe along with peaceful nature of south goa. the place is apt for 4-5 people and extremely clean and beautiful, surrounded by 2 pools and beautiful common area. Sophie as a host is perfect, communicates effectively and provides insights whenever you ask for help. she is very flexibtand friendly. this will definitely not be the last time i have been to her listing.

It was the perfect get away that we had in mind. The view from this stay was absolutely beautiful and the fact that this was situated on the river bank was simply amazing. The property has beautiful lawn area and has compound wall for privacy. Over all we loved the stay. If you are looking to relax in the slow pace of south goa, then this property is for you especially if you are traveling with family. We Had A Wonderful Time. We are glad that we choose Benoulim for our stay in Goa. Presley you are a wonderful host. The apartment was a great location, well connected and with beautiful surrounding atmosphere. And the pool was an icing on the cake. Everything was exceptional. The clean Benoulim beach, the nearby eateries, souvenir shopping, supermarkets and other nicknack places were just few paces away. The apartment was well equipped and comfortable.
