完美的度假公寓，强烈推荐！有三间舒适的卧室，一个干净整洁的大厨房，厨具齐全，配备微波炉、烤箱、烤面包机和大冰箱，以及常用的调料，适合烹饪一切当地菜肴。有两个干净洗手间，其中一间带浴缸另一间是淋浴，外面配有洗衣机烘干机和晾衣架。地理位置十分优越，距海滩仅200米，宽敞的阳台上能看见海滩和街道上充满热带风情的棕榈树。距离Aldi和Can Picafort公交站约400米，出行和购物很方便。周围有很多谷歌地图和小红书上高分好评的餐厅。在这里可以舒适地享受充满阳光和美食的慢生活，下次来马略卡岛还会住这里。

Der Aufenthalt war super und die Kommunikation mit Miguel sehr sympathisch und unkompliziert. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist ein Traum. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und würden du jeden Fall wieder kommen!! :)

Perfekte Unterkunft in schöner Umgebung :) Schlafzimmer und Balkon zeigen entlang der Bucht von Cala Pi, was wunderschön und entspannend ist. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht und nach einem Frühstück auf dem Balkon kann man z.B. 5min zur Bucht spazieren und baden oder mit dem Auto die vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten der Insel erkunden. Toller Ort, sehr guter Kontakt, wir kommen gerne wieder! 10/10

The accommodation was perfect for us as a family of three (parents and a 4-year-old). We didn't mind that the lift wasn't operational at the start—the flat is on the 5th floor—and we didn't mind a little workout at all. It's not the host's fault, these things happen. There is a Spar shop with a coffee station right at the doorstep, which is super convenient. There are lots of great restaurants in the area; we especially loved La Pizza (5 min walk). We were renting a car, and within 30-60mins there were lots of beautiful beaches and parks to see. But if you're walking, the local beach is great too! The view from the flat is stunning. The flat itself faces North, which makes it cooler during the day. Getting lovely, gentle sunshine in the late afternoon. A nice thing was a chest of beach toys that we used during our stay. All a child needs to build a decent sand castle! The bed is comfy. The shower is hot :) An all-around great place to stay for a few days or longer!

La casa è come nelle foto, se non meglio. Dispone di tutti i comfort necessari per trascorrere un’ottima vacanza. L‘appartamento è molto spazioso e perfetto per un soggiorno di gruppo. Francina è stata disponibile fin dal momento della prenotazione, fornendoci molte informazioni utili sulla zona, e sempre reperibile, in generale un’ottima host. La casa si trova sul lungomare di un paesino molto tranquillo e silenzioso, ma non per questo privo di servizi (ristoranti, locali, ecc.). Inoltre, alcune tra le spiagge più belle di Maiorca si trovano proprio nei dintorni di S’Illot. Nel complesso, consiglio questo soggiorno perché ci siamo sentiti come a casa.

It was all we could ask for: peace, quiet, a pool and kittens :) even a washing machine! apartment is very tastefully furnished and all rooms look really nice and are comfortable. if/when we come back to mallorca, this will probably be on our list of stays.

Die Wohnung ist traumhaft ! Sehr hell , toller Ausblick, Meer /Berge .Alles was man benötigt ist vorhanden .Sehr sauber und gemütlich . Die Dusche ist nach einem ausgiebigen Urlaubstag wie Wellness Pur , so wünscht mich das ! Kommunikation war 10 Sterne ! Urlaub war Perfect ! Alles sehr zu empfehlen

Très bon séjour chez Joana, nous nous y sommes sentis comme à la maison ! Entouré de verdure, le cadre est beau. Merci encore à Joana qui a tout fait pour que le séjour se passe au mieux.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in der Unterkunft von Victoria und Lorena. Es erwartete uns eine geschmackvolle und gemütliche Einrichtung so, dass wir uns gleich wohlfühlten. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgeberinnen verlief ebenso super.

We hebben genoten van ons verblijf in Maria’s familiehuis. De prachtige kamers, tegelvloeren en antieke interieur in combinatie met een volledig uitgeruste keuken en goede bedden oversteeg onze verwachtingen. Het ruisen van de wind door de palmboom, het uitzicht op de bergen en de rustige patio maken het plekje extra bijzonder. Combineer dat met Maria’s gastvrijheid, de nabijheid van mooie wandelroutes en een aantal echt goede restaurants en je wil nooit meer weg. We hopen snel nog eens terug te komen!

Logement spacieux et très cosy, petite cour intérieure sans vis à vis. Très propre, bien équipé et conforme à la description. Peu d'intérêt dans Manacor mais localisation idéale pour visiter l'île. Pere est réactif et s'est montré arrangeant. Nous recommandons

Wunderschöne Finka in ruhiger Anhöhe 10 Gehminuten vom Strand. Die Vermieterin ist äusserst zuverlässig und hat uns herzlich empfangen. Ausstattung ebenfalls sehr komfortabel und sehr gemütlich. Der Pool immer top sauber, durch spezielle Filteranlage. Hier kann man sich richtig gut erholen. Der Ort ist etwas ruhig, aber mit dem Auto waren wir jeden Abend in 5 Min. im wunderschönen Cala Ratjada, wo man unzählige Lokale direkt in Küsten- u. Hafennähe findet. Der Strand Font de sa Cala ist dafür ideal, nicht riesig aber wunderschön. Selbst das große Hotel dort ist optisch vertretbar. Die Strandbar kulinarisch nicht ganz so prickelnd, aber für Pommes (ohne Wurst o. Hotdog - die gehn gar nicht!!!!) & Eistee o. Eiskaffee hat's gereicht. Alles in Allem ein traumhafter Urlaub in einer traumhaften Finka. ❣️🌞❣️

Incrível. O dono da Casa foi bastante prestável. Casa super bem equipada. No lugar ótimo para quem quer estar longe da confusão. Tem uma piscina gigante, muito bem tratada. Apenas sentimos que haviam bastante mosquitos tendo ficado picadas. Tem bastante espaço e tem tudo que precisamos, até mesmo aqueles pequenos extras que por vezes não são assim tão necessário comprar. Gostamos muito, um check-in bastante fácil assim como o checkout. O dono da casa deixou de ficar até o final do dia.

We had a wonderful stay at Carmen’s place. We traveled with our two young children and her place was kid friendly with a crib and a high chair. The place was very clean, had all the essentials, and the outside patio space was very large and great for eating all our meals outside. The street and neighborhood were very quiet and it was always easy to find street parking right outside the front door. Her place is easy walking distance to town, close to a kids playground and to a small beach that was perfect for our kids. There was a great corner store 1 block away that had delicious pastries and grocery essentials. Carmen was always quick to respond and was so welcoming and friendly. Thank you Carmen for a wonderful stay in Portocolom.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit zu viert in dem Haus. Es gibt genug Platz, sich zurückziehen, die Bäder waren sauber und die Betten bequem. Die Außenküche war ein Highlight! Genau so der Pool, toll instand gehalten mit Day Bed und allem drum und dran. Tomeu und seine Frau sind super, haben aufgrund von Flugverspätung lange auf uns warten müssen und uns dennoch herzlich in Empfang genommen. Wann immer wir etwas brauchten, war Tomeu zur Stelle und hat tolle Tips für die Umgebung parat. Vielen Dank für alles!

Byt je prostorný, skvěle vybavený, ideální pro rodiny s dětmi. Vše bylo čisté, uklizené. Dostatek ručníků pro všechny hosty a dokonce i ručníky na pláž! Pro děti hračky na pláž, také slunečník a lehátka. Klidná lokalita blízko pláže, zároveň pár minut na ulici plnou obchodů, barů a restaurací. Bel okamžitě reaguje na zprávy. Určitě se vrátíme!

We stayed here for 6 days with our boys ages 11 and 13 and loved everything about the place. The view is incredible and the location unbeatable! We spent many hours on the balcony enjoying the view and the boys loved the pool and being able to walk 1 min to the beach which feels very safe. Christian was a fabulous host- very responsive and gave some great recommendations. We would definitely stay again!

Le quartier était calme debut avril. Nous avons trouvé sans difficulté un stationnement dans la rue mais peut être est ce plus delicat l été.

Ralf ist ein liebenswerter, offener Mensch, der seine Gäste warmherzig und grosszügig empfängt. Alles war perfekt, und wenn wir das suchten, war Ralf gerne bereit, ein bisschen mit uns zu plaudern. Wir werden bestimmt bei Gelegenheit wieder bei ihm wohnen.

Wir haben eine Woche in der Unterkunft verbracht und waren sehr zufrieden! Schöne Wohnung und die Lage und der Ausblick vom Balkon auf das Meer traumhaft! Kommen gerne wieder!

everything was perfect. the only comment I have is that Cristobal doesn't keep any consumables. not even salt or tissues. so you need to run for shopping as soon as you arrive.

Stephanie was a fantastic host—very responsive, proactive, and helpful. The flat is well-equipped, though there was barely any soap and no shampoo or shower gel provided. The kitchen, however, is fully stocked with everything needed for cooking (check the shelf under the cooker hood for salt and spices). The space is generally clean, though there’s a slight trace of sand, but it’s not an issue overall. The main drawback is the lack of direct sunlight in the apartment. When we arrived in early November, it felt a bit chilly and humid, but thankfully, there’s a heater inside. The location itself is magnificent, especially if you’re a cyclist. It’s very calm and cozy, although you might hear some faint noise from a nearby hotel disco around 11 p.m., which isn’t a major concern. Overall, it’s an excellent choice if you’re looking for a calm and pleasant place to stay. My recommendation!

Vi hadde et fantastisk opphold på fire uker. Veldig barnevennlig og romslig leilighet. Uteområdet og basseng ble mye brukt. Hadde alt vi trengte. Jasmina var hyggelig å kommunisere med, og svarte raskt på meldinger. Vil gjerne tilbake!
