We have used vrbo/Airbnb for the last nine years to travel. Connie's home in St Augustine stands out as one of the best! Connie is a very responsive host and the property is well stocked with high end appliances and comfortable furnishings. This feels like a home. We are repeat visitors to this property and hope it's always available for our travels.

Like most other reviews say, the location is perfect in that you can walk to pretty much everything from restaurants to historical places to museums and other attractions yet it's tucked enough out of the way from the crowds and noise to peacefully recover from all your sightseeing. The place was easy to find, great that you get a dedicated parking spot off the street and check in was simple. Inside was clean, looked like the posted pictures & felt very comfortable with the furnishings and decor. Bed was comfortable, linens clean, good quality towels and kitchenette was well equipped. Only two things to mention - it's a downstairs unit and you will hear the movements of anyone directly upstairs (walking around and toilet flushes) and neither window A/C produced any heat despite both having heat settings. This isn't a problem for the majority of the year in St. Augustine but my visit just happened to have two nights in the upper 40's/low 50's. At least the shower was nice & hot!

Best airbnb ever!!! The location was perfect, right by the main downtown but still removed enough to feel cozy. Charming old florida style, felt like an apartment/homey vs a sterile airbnb. Safe neighborhood, gorgeous. And Spinster Abbotts is a must - do trivia on Wednesdays!

I would definitely stay here again! The property was clean, and had everything we needed. Stan was super easy to communicate with.

Gorgeous apartment! Very spacious place and located in a quiet area. Had no trouble with loud noises. The bed was sooo comfy! Same with the couch. Boogie boards and a beach chair is included which I thought was awesome. Getting into the place was a little tricky because the numbers weren’t visible on the keypads - they were like rubbed off completely so you have to count the buttons to make sure you put in the right numbers. We eventually figured it out, but i see this being hard for someone older. Pet hair was on the comforter of one bedroom, and our feet were pitch black the following day after being barefoot in the apartment, and we only stayed for one night. It could use mopping. Besides those things, it was really nice and I would definitely stay again. Kayla was quick to respond whenever I reached out to her. 10 minute uber to bar hopping! Such a fun time :))

This apartment is perfect if you're looking for a quiet place Uptown, walkable and near some great shops. It is clean, well decorated and very comfortable. The cafe next door is good, plus other restaurants nearby (thinking of Raintree!). Don't miss the store below the apartment. Way fun! This place can be a challenge to find by car, but Valerie's directions are spot on. Free parking in the back, well lit. Don't miss the secret walkway in the back that provides a shortcut to San Marco on foot! I would recommend this apartment to my friends! Enjoy!

We had a wonderful stay! Great place that worked perfect for us, and love that we could walk to places to eat as well as enjoy beautiful walks on the beach!

Such a perfect location! Quiet and walkable to everything, also the new NorthWest Square right across the street makes this such a winning visit.

My family of four (to include 2 children) absolutely loved our stay! We had everything we needed, it was a beautiful home and lovely yard and back deck for us to enjoy. We walked everywhere, had several great breakfasts at Ragga Bean and food and drinks at Dog rose brewery- both only 2-3 blocks away. I would stay here again for sure!

This property was the ideal layout to accommodate my husband and I, our two kids and my parents. The kitchen was well supplied with everything we needed when we cooked in. The coffee/tea bar was an added bonus. And the location was close to both Spanish Springs and Sumpter's Landing with lots of restaurant options. The back lanai had a lovely lake view - so peaceful!

It looked just like the pictures on the web site. Very easy to find. Very clean. Lovely neighborhood. Kelly was very easy to understand and deal with. This was my first time staying at an AB&B. Only place to stay from now on.

Sarah’s house was wonderful! It was perfect for meeting up with family that lives near The Villages. Home was comfortable and convenient to everything in the Spanish Springs area. Sarah was quick to respond to messages and very helpful. I look forward to staying here next time we are down for a visit!

Loved our stay! Dog-friendly and comfortable, location was near some cool restaurants and bars and an easy drive downtown. Would recommend and stay again!

Our stay in Kim's house in Daytona beach was great. The house is located 13 minutes from the beach, 10 minutes from the speedway and 10 min from DME sports academy. The house was as described and clean. The patio area and yard was great for everyone to socialize, play ping pong and cornhole we brought. The kitchen has everyhting we needed. Kim was an amazing host prior to and during the visit. She even dropped off new pillows when I mentioned that was the only thing she should look at upgrading- they were on the porch when we got back from our game! Great hospitality and cares about her guests stay!

The house was perfect! It was very clean, near the beach, with everything needed for time spent at the beach, like surfs, balls, trolley, simply everything! There was also a washing machine and dryer, which was very cool. The beds were very comfy, peaceful neighborhood around, sleeping there was like in the fairytale. Kitchen has the basic spices for cooking, containing fridge, fully equipped. We recommend this accomodation, communication with owner was very easy and quick, instructions clear. Definitely we would like to go back again some day.

We loved our time here. It’s spotless, incredibly comfortable and the best views. Absolutely perfect location and set up.

Incredible vacation, was the exact right spot for my family and I to call “home” for a week. Had amazing amenities for my children as well as us as adults. Such a fun time and comfortable! If I was to give one “wish” was just to have a full length mirror somewhere, but that’s just a personal wish. Even without I still would recommend over and over!

If you want an ocean view (and a sunrise AND moonrise!) and to be steps away from the beach, this is your place! For me, waking up and seeing the ocean is soothing and sipping coffee on this deck while experiencing the ocean was perfection. Once you are ready to hit the beach, you walk down the stairs and wa-la, there it is! If you forget something, no worries-- your place is only a few minutes away! It was so nice not to have to lug all the beach stuff and then worry about where we'd find a restroom. Nope-- it's all right there at this place! In addition to the beach, there is a pool and many hot tubs. I'm particular about my hot tubs, but this one did not disappoint. They kept it hot enough to relax those sore spots. We did rent a car and the drive to downtown is about 15 minutes and super easy. We Ubered one night and that was easy. I had a few questions for Butch during our stay and he responded immediately. Recycle in town. Butch will send you the link. Grocery is 2 miles away.

A slice of paradise! We spent 4 weeks here. Secure building, great location, good free parking, nice pool, sauna and exercise room. The pool was wonderful, and the beach is stunning. Grocery and wine stores under a 5 minute drive. 20 minute drives to 4 public golf courses. Apartment clean, and very comfortable. Great bed, shower and kitchen, highly recommend!

She was very quick to respond to emails, and very helpful in the questions that I had. She forwarded all information to me, and checked when we arrived to make sure we got in okay! We had a wonderful stay, and she even recommended a favorite restaurant in the area. I would highly recommend Diane, shes a terrific host!

Really good looking, clean, welcoming place and well located. Todd was always responsive and there to clear any questions or doubts. the check in was easy with clear instructions and it was overall a pleasure to stay here.

This was everything and more of what we were hoping for. The condo was nice and clean, which is huge for me. Nicely decorated. Comfy beds. The view when we first walked in was amazing! Just like the pictures. Kitchen was supplied with everything we needed. Plenty of towels. We couldn’t have asked for anything more! Definitely recommend, if you’re looking for a wonderful place to stay in Daytona Beach!
